"This was my first trip to Washington, D.C. Because I snore quite loudly and didn't want to disturb other guests, I opted for a capsule-style room instead of a typical hostel. Although the space wasn't large, the amenities were excellent, and the privacy was great, making me feel very comfortable. The staff at the front desk were friendly and attentive, and they even offered a breakfast discount for guests – a very thoughtful touch. The hotel was conveniently located next to a subway and bus station. Whether you're traveling independently or staying for a short vacation, I highly recommend this accommodation – convenient and comfortable!"

"Stayed four nights for a conference across the street at the Hilton. I have stayed here once before and had a good stay. It seems to have gone downhill, as the service was terrible no matter who I spoke to at the front desk. Housekeeping never came my entire stay despite: 1) being told housekeeping is every 2 days (according to one person ) or 3 days (according to a different person); 2) requesting trash pickup, extra hangars, two clean towels on Day 2 and being told it would happen while I was gone for the day; 3) requesting it again on the next day since it didn't happen previously. Again, I returned to my room at the end of the day and it had not happened. Explained this to the front desk upon checkout on Day 4 and they were ”shocked.” No attempt to rectify/compensate though. Another problem was I missed a delivery one evening because the phone was not working in my room. They never fixed it. I was dealing with a different person each time and not a single one was able to address any of the above issues. Last time I am staying here."

"Spotlessly clean with fantastic service. The location is absolutely prime – most major attractions are within easy walking distance. Plus, you'll find plenty of large supermarkets, diverse restaurants, and lively bars right on your doorstep! Highly recommend this place to any traveler! It's also just a 10-15 minute walk from Washington's train, bus, and metro stations. Seriously, you wouldn't trade this location for even the best 5-star hotel!"

"The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of the Noma district. There's a Harris Teeter supermarket just around the corner downstairs, and a Trader Joe's a few hundred meters north. The closest metro entrance is 100 meters away, and another is about 200 meters, with a 7-Eleven next to it. Noma, in general, is very new; the streets are clean, and it looks much newer than many other areas in DC. It feels quite safe at night, with many apartment buildings around, housing a lot of working professionals. There are also plenty of dining options, including fast food. The room was relatively quiet, with typical Hilton amenities, though some facilities showed a bit of wear and tear, which wasn't a major issue. The staff, mostly Black or South Asian, were polite, enthusiastic, and easy to communicate with."

"Guest rooms are very spacious. Location is great: walking distance to Georgetown and five minutes to the DuPont Circle Red Line station. Check in and check out were fast. The fitness center equipment was upgraded during my visit. The pool was, however, closed for the duration. Staff were friendly. The business center’s printer’s toner needed to be replaced but wasn’t during my visit but front desk staff helped me with printing. Housekeeping staff are nice but sometimes maybe too busy and can forget to replenish everything, such as paper cups for the coffee machines. Generally very good value hotel."

"Although you can book capsule rooms here, there are actually only open dormitories with bunk beds. The capsules are all in their U Street store. But after comparing the two stores, I still chose to stay here. This is their new store, clean and newly renovated, with a better location. Most importantly, there is a large kitchen and a hearty breakfast. The staff are also super cute and friendly. I spent 4 happy days here. I highly recommend it!"

"Room was clean. Maid service was prompt and excellent. The Garden Cafe was extremely convenient for breakfast and an early start. The one complaint I have: we called the front desk to ask where the Ice machine was. We were told that they would send ice up to the room. The ice never arrived."

"I stayed at this hotel during the Christmas holiday, and it was a fantastic experience. The location is excellent — very close to the White House, with plenty of restaurants nearby. What I really appreciated was the daily cleaning service, which was always done thoroughly. The restaurant on the first floor was also impressive, with food and service comparable to a fine-dining restaurant. Everything about this hotel was perfect the location, cleanliness, and friendliness of the staff. If I visit Washington again, I will definitely stay here again."

"We love place,,beautiful without being extravagant, extremely clean place, an extraordinary conformable bed. The paid breakfast was excelent and the most important was its location. We walk to the national mall, all monuments, museums, restaurants and attractions.  We sure will choose Washington Plaza Hotel agramo and recommend to our friends and family. We are avid travelers and this is a gem of a Hotel."
