"This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way and made the whole trip incredibly smooth and enjoyable. Even before check-in, the staff proactively contacted me, provided detailed transportation guidance, and made sure I knew exactly how to get there. The location is outstanding — literally right next to the subway station. Once you exit the station, the hotel is just there. It’s also in the heart of the city, making it extremely convenient to reach all major attractions, shopping areas, and restaurants. Another thing I really appreciated was their flexibility with check-in. If the previous guest checked out early, the staff would quickly prepare and clean the room so guests could check in earlier than the official check-in time, which was incredibly helpful. The hotel also offers luggage storage and even provides a microwave for guests to use. Inside the room, there was basically everything you could need. The refrigerator was surprisingly large, the room itself was spacious, exceptionally clean, and beautifully designed. Considering the price, the value for money is outstanding. What impressed me the most was the service. The staff kindly helped me reserve a Michelin one-star restaurant in Chengdu, which normally requires a Chinese phone number and is known to be quite difficult to book. Thanks to their help, I was able to enjoy an amazing dining experience without any hassle. Their support truly made my trip much more convenient and memorable. There are only two minor downsides: The hotel is located inside a building with a lot of people coming and going, and there are only a few elevators serving many floors. If you stay on a higher floor, you may need to wait quite a while for the elevator and sometimes it gets crowded. The shower area is a bit small. However, compared with all the advantages, these are very minor issues. Overall, this hotel is absolutely worth the price and I highly recommend staying here. Honestly, part of me doesn’t even want to recommend it because I’m afraid too many people will discover this hidden gem!"

"Cloud Eye is in the same building as the hotel. The front desk staff were really nice! The room had a beautiful view and was very comfortable! Plus, there are free self-service washing machines and dryers, which is super convenient~ No matter how late it was, the customer service lady always responded thoughtfully to our questions, and even gave us a very detailed guide when we checked in! They were really friendly~ Chongqing has such good food! I'll definitely come again next time!"

"Need to read the detailed information about the address of this hotel to understand the best way to access to the reception (at Level 7). To move around in Chongqing is quite easy and to book Didi is best to use the recommended address given in the hotel information. First encounter with the female receptionist to temporary deposit our luggage is quite negative. Fortunately on the check-in day, the male receptionist is very helpful and friendly. The assistance via WeChat channel is very useful. Personally I feel that the room that we booked is value for money."

"The location of the room is excellent, right near Chaotianmen, Jiefangbei, and Hongyadong, making it super convenient for sightseeing. The room itself is beautifully decorated, and the large floor-to-ceiling windows offer direct views of the Two Rivers and Three Banks. The night view is absolutely stunning! The large bathtub in the room is also a great plus. The hotel staff, especially the male attendant, was incredibly patient and helpful. He assisted us with luggage storage and even helped tidy up our belongings in the room when we were pressed for time to check out. He truly deserves a big thumbs up!"

"This hotel is located in a prime spot in the Jiefangbei business district, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. You can easily walk to popular attractions like Shibati, the Mountain City Trail, and Hongyadong. The room is fully equipped with everything you could need: a microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, electric iron, and a full set of pots, pans, and tableware. Both the room and bathroom are spacious and very comfortable. There's a supermarket right across the street, which was great – after getting tired of spicy food, I bought some corn and cooked it myself. It was cheap and delicious! Three ears of corn for three yuan – Chongqing's prices are truly amazing! The staff are all wonderful. As soon as I arrived, a staff member helped me with my luggage, and the lobby is on the 11th floor. Every time I returned to the hotel, a staff member would help me with the elevator. The cleaning staff were also very polite. Overall, it offers good value for money, and I would definitely consider staying here again."

The twin room was incredibly spacious with two large beds – it could easily accommodate a family of four comfortably. The location is super convenient. There's a pedestrian street right downstairs, and taxis are readily available outside the hotel, making it easy to get anywhere. In the evenings, I could visit nearby attractions easily; it was only a 10-15 minute taxi ride to popular spots like Hongyadong, Hong'en Temple, and Jiujie. Travel efficiency was excellent. During my extended stay, the room was cleaned daily, toiletries were replenished promptly, and complimentary bottled water was provided – all the little details were perfect. From check-in at the front desk to room service, the entire experience was attentive and thoughtful. Any questions were answered quickly, and the staff's recommendations for local attractions and dining were professional and accurate. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay. It offered great value for money, excellent service, and a convenient location. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!"
