"The breakfast is really great, even better than a hotel's, I ate so much every day, haha! 😂 Housekeeping isn't daily; they clean if you stay over a week. You need to bring all your own toiletries. For the single rooms, there are quite a few shared bathrooms, usually two or three rooms sharing one. Once you get used to it, showering and using the toilet aren't an issue. The free luggage storage is also a nice touch. Overall, it's excellent value for money!"

"The hotel is close to the city center, which was convenient. However, they didn’t provide shower gel, shampoo, or slippers — only one towel per person. So if you usually rely on the hotel for basic shower items, it’s better to bring your own. The room was also a bit dirty, but since the hotel also functions as a student dormitory, I can understand why the conditions may be more basic…"

"The hotel has an excellent location, with most Edinburgh attractions within walking distance, and there are many restaurant options nearby. The room is warm and beautiful, spacious and comfortable. The only drawback is that the bathroom space is a bit cramped. Self-driving parking is very convenient. The agreed NPC parking lot coupons are available for 13 pounds for 24 hours. The parking spaces on George Street are free at night, and can only be parked for a maximum of 3 hours during the day, which costs 6.7 pounds per hour."

"This was the accommodation I stayed at for my trip to Edinburgh. If you have heavy luggage, the road leading to the hotel is very bumpy, making it difficult to pull your suitcase. Also, around 10 PM, the fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate, but we didn't receive any instructions, which was quite startling. Even though it was April, the weather was so cold that I wanted to turn on the heating, but it wasn't working well, so I stayed cold. However, I was very satisfied that I could cook in the room. And the view when entering the hotel is beautiful."

"I just wanted to follow up regarding the situation we encountered when we arrived. We had booked three double rooms for two nights so that our group could stay together. Unfortunately, we were informed at check-in that one of the rooms had no electricity and couldn’t be used, and one of our friends had to be moved to a different hotel. We completely understand that unexpected issues can sometimes happen. However, since we specifically booked three rooms in the same hotel so our group could stay together, having one of us placed somewhere else has been quite inconvenient for us and has made it more difficult to coordinate our plans during the trip. In addition, the hotel that was arranged for our friend was unfortunately of a much lower standard than the one we originally booked. This was quite surprising for us, especially since we had chosen and paid for your hotel expecting a certain level of comfort and experience for everyone in our group. While we appreciate that your staff tried to find a solution at the time, the overall arrangement has left us feeling rather disappointed with the situation. We hope you can understand why this has been frustrating for our group, and we would really appreciate it if you could let us know whether there is anything that can be done to help make up for the inconvenience caused. "I booked this hotel at a budget-friendly price compared to other options, and it was good value for the money. The room was clean, comfortable, and everything was well maintained. There were just a couple of small issues. The room had a wardrobe but no hangers, which was a bit inconvenient. The soundproofing was also not very good, so I could hear nearby guests opening and closing their doors. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would recommend it if you're looking for a clean and affordable place to stay."

"Ideal location within budget I used to study in Edinburgh uni and my student hall is right opposite - that’s why we chose here The value is pretty good but I won’t give it 10/10 Here are the reasons 1. The towels have fluff coming out all the time 2. Bathroom hand wash sink doesn’t go down properly 3. Shower pressure fairly low 4!! The WiFi!! There’s barely any connection within our room. The 5G got down to 4G on 1-2 bar so even we use our own data is very slow… The wifi gets way better in the Lobby and in public corridors but who wants to chill in the lobby after a whole day of walking… My husband got severe dry eye symptoms at the end of the trip (it may not have something to do with the hotel but he wakes up every single night) The hotel has very good amenities that benefits every member who stays. but within the room i can always figure out something that doesn’t match up the 4star hotel standard things."

"The location is great, you can walk to most of the attractions in Edinburgh's Old Town. The space is very large and the facilities are well-equipped, including kitchen appliances, a coffee machine, and a washing machine, as well as a drying rack and an iron. Although breakfast isn't provided, there were two small bottles of milk and some butter in the fridge. The front desk is staffed 24 hours a day, and the service was excellent when I needed to ask questions or needed help."

"Super hotel. Very convenient location. There's no point in booking breakfast; there's a price difference when you book, but in reality, there's no breakfast. They don't have a restaurant, but they always offer free coffee and croissants in the morning for guests. Not entirely clean. Overall, very good. There's a kitchen, so you can cook. There's even a dishwasher."
