"This student accommodation helped fulfill my dream of studying in the UK. I was given an accessible room, which meant it was very spacious. It came with a microwave and a fridge, and there's a laundry room where you can pay by card. The only downsides are that there's no daily cleaning service, and you have to pay to get fresh towels."

"The hotel has an excellent location, with most Edinburgh attractions within walking distance, and there are many restaurant options nearby. The room is warm and beautiful, spacious and comfortable. "This was the accommodation I stayed at for my trip to Edinburgh. If you have heavy luggage, the road leading to the hotel is very bumpy, making it difficult to pull your suitcase. Also, around 10 PM, the fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate, but we didn't receive any instructions, which was quite startling. Even though it was April, the weather was so cold that I wanted to turn on the heating, but it wasn't working well, so I stayed cold. However, I was very satisfied that I could cook in the room. And the view when entering the hotel is beautiful."

"I just wanted to follow up regarding the situation we encountered when we arrived. We had booked three double rooms for two nights so that our group could stay together. Unfortunately, we were informed at check-in that one of the rooms had no electricity and couldnât be used, and one of our friends had to be moved to a different hotel.
We completely understand that unexpected issues can sometimes happen. However, since we specifically booked three rooms in the same hotel so our group could stay together, having one of us placed somewhere else has been quite inconvenient for us and has made it more difficult to coordinate our plans during the trip.
In addition, the hotel that was arranged for our friend was unfortunately of a much lower standard than the one we originally booked. This was quite surprising for us, especially since we had chosen and paid for your hotel expecting a certain level of comfort and experience for everyone in our group.
While we appreciate that your staff tried to find a solution at the time, the overall arrangement has left us feeling rather disappointed with the situation.
We hope you can understand why this has been frustrating for our group, and we would really appreciate it if you could let us know whether there is anything that can be done to help make up for the inconvenience caused.
Thank you for your time and understanding"

"Enjoyed the location. Facilities were okay, nice to have a common area for kitchen and ground floor to watch World Cup. Everything was functional, but room was poorly designed. The doors would slam into each other, no air flow and shower curtain blocks the drain. Rating is okay for a couple of day stay for adult couples."

"Ideal location within budget
I used to study in Edinburgh uni and my student hall is right opposite - thatâs why we chose here
The value is pretty good but I wonât give it 10/10 Here are the reasons
1. The towels have fluff coming out all the time
2. Bathroom hand wash sink doesnât go down properly
3. Shower pressure fairly low
4!! The WiFi!! Thereâs barely any connection within our room. The 5G got down to 4G on 1-2 bar so even we use our own data is very slowâŚ
The wifi gets way better in the Lobby and in public corridors but who wants to chill in the lobby after a whole day of walkingâŚ
My husband got severe dry eye symptoms at the end of the trip (it may not have something to do with the hotel but he wakes up every single night)
The hotel has very good amenities that benefits every member who stays. but within the room i can always figure out something that doesnât match up the 4star hotel standard things."

"The location is great, you can walk to most of the attractions in Edinburgh's Old Town. The space is very large and the facilities are well-equipped, including kitchen appliances, a coffee machine, and a washing machine, as well as a drying rack and an iron. Although breakfast isn't provided, there were two small bottles of milk and some butter in the fridge. The front desk is staffed 24 hours a day, and the service was excellent when I needed to ask questions or needed help."

"Super hotel. Very convenient location. There's no point in booking breakfast; there's a price difference when you book, but in reality, there's no breakfast. They don't have a restaurant, but they always offer free coffee and croissants in the morning for guests.
Not entirely clean.
Overall, very good.
There's a kitchen, so you can cook. There's even a dishwasher."
