"Good hotel. We stayed with friends for one night in a family room. Breakfast was included and started at 5:30 AM, which was convenient for us as we had an early morning departure. I recommend this hotel."

"I booked the standard room type. The self-check-in process was very convenient. The hotel entrance is about the size of a regular residential building entrance, so keep an eye out for it. The room, though not large, was very cozy. The small table and chairs by the window were practical and comfortable. The washbasin and shower in the bathroom were very easy to use, clearly good quality fixtures, except for the shampoo, which wasn't great. This street is High Street, with many fashion stores that British people like, not tourist souvenir shops. There are also restaurants nearby, especially CADIZ restaurant next door, which has excellent food."

"Really cozy studio apartment with kitchenette facilities! A little bit unfriendly in terms of accessibility due to the stairs needed to access the floor of rooms following the lift as well as the sometimes faulty bottle stoppers of the bathroom amenities. However, we’re very glad we stayed here since it was a quieter place to rest away from the tourist hot spots and the staff were genuinely so kind! Thank you."

"Location is excellent, walkable to all the tourist spots.I literally walked to all the places without taking bus ride at all. I booked for studio suite, it has kitchen in it, equipped with microwave, electrical stove, dishwasher and washing machine!! It has more than everything you need in the room. There is Tesco express just 2 mins walk from the hotel. Super convenient! The only minor down side is house keeping not provided everyday , but u still can request the amenities or coffee refill if you need to. But this doesn’t bother me at all. I highly recommend to traveller who wish to do small cooking during the trip to stay here. It worth for the price u pay."

"Traveled with my wife and our 10-year-old kid. The location was superb, right in the heart of town—near Scott Monument and directly in front of Victoria Garden. The hospitality was top-notch, especially in the F&B department. A waitress from Asia (likely Nepal) was exceptionally professional and friendly. An amazing place to stay with family & friends—highly recommended!"

"The hotel's location is superb, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. It's just a 5-minute walk to Calton Hill and very close to Princes Street, all easily accessible on foot. There's a large shopping mall right next door, so sightseeing and dining are no problem. In the mornings, there are croissants at the front desk, and a coffee machine offering hot chocolate is available all day. This room type offers a view of the top of Calton Hill (though the view from the room itself is just okay; the view *from* the hill is much better). The room is also quite spacious."

"The hotel is perfectly situated right on the Royal Mile – the location is absolutely superb! It's just an 8-minute walk from the train station. Be aware that there are some steps along the route, which might be a bit of a workout if you're carrying heavy suitcases. It's a very family-friendly hotel. The bedroom has a large bed, and the living room sofa converts into a double bed, comfortably accommodating two adults and two children. Our room was incredibly clean, newly renovated, and surprisingly quiet. Even though the Royal Mile is bustling with street performers and activities, we couldn't hear any noise from our room at all. Having amenities like a washing machine and oven in the room was a huge plus. Just a note: toothpaste, toothbrushes, and slippers aren't provided as standard. We brought our own dental kit, so we only needed to ask the front desk for slippers. Breakfast is served à la carte; you order what you like, and top-ups are available if you're still hungry. Edinburgh Castle is a mere 5-minute walk to the right from the hotel's entrance, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby – incredibly convenient!"
