"Good hotel. We stayed with friends for one night in a family room. Breakfast was included and started at 5:30 AM, which was convenient for us as we had an early morning departure. I recommend this hotel."

"Location is excellent, walkable to all the tourist spots.I literally walked to all the places without taking bus ride at all. I booked for studio suite, it has kitchen in it, equipped with microwave, electrical stove, dishwasher and washing machine!! It has more than everything you need in the room. There is Tesco express just 2 mins walk from the hotel. Super convenient! The only minor down side is house keeping not provided everyday , but u still can request the amenities or coffee refill if you need to. But this doesn’t bother me at all. I highly recommend to traveller who wish to do small cooking during the trip to stay here. It worth for the price u pay."

"Everything about this place was excellent, making it my top choice for a trip to Edinburgh! I just forgot to take pictures of the room and hotel facilities, so I've included photos of breakfast and the street view instead. **Location:** It's very close to the train station, making it convenient for airport access. Most importantly, it feels incredibly safe, with a separate passcode lock for the main entrance. **Ambiance:** Housed in an old Baroque building, the interior is surprisingly modern. The view from the window overlooks Edinburgh's famous 'watch street' – truly impeccable. If you're coming to Edinburgh, you can't go wrong with this place; it's a guaranteed hit! **Service:** Every staff member was incredibly friendly and attentive, from check-in to storing my luggage after check-out. A major highlight is the hotel's highly automated management system. Each room has an iPad where you can view specific hotel services and contact staff. The front desk also has these iPads, making everything incredibly convenient. **A small suggestion:** The breakfast restaurant the hotel partners with was a bit average. Food choices were limited, and guests from the hotel were always seated in less desirable spots. I'd recommend bringing in more breakfast providers to offer more variety and competition."

"Really cozy studio apartment with kitchenette facilities! A little bit unfriendly in terms of accessibility due to the stairs needed to access the floor of rooms following the lift as well as the sometimes faulty bottle stoppers of the bathroom amenities. However, we’re very glad we stayed here since it was a quieter place to rest away from the tourist hot spots and the staff were genuinely so kind! Thank you."

"The room was clean and the front desk service was good. I was able to check in even at 10 PM. The hotel is located near the castle, between Haymarket and Waverley train stations, and it's closer to Haymarket. It's not far from various attractions like the Scott Monument, the National Museum of Scotland, Princes Street, and the Royal Mile, making it very convenient for sightseeing."

"The location couldn't be more perfect, right in the heart of the Royal Mile, with windows overlooking the church. A crucial tip for arrival: from the train station, definitely avoid the stairs and take the main road instead; it's about an 8-minute walk. The kitchen and washing machine are fully equipped, great for preparing your own tasty meals. The bedding was excellent, ensuring a very comfortable sleep. The only minor point was the slightly low shower pressure, but that's often to be expected in an older building."
