"**I saw the hotel, I contacted in advance, but I made a temporary reservation. I also provided a pick-up service on the same day (thanks). I will help with my luggage and pour tea. I also sent a souvenir. Miss Sister returned to the room and sent afternoon tea. The whole stay was very warm and the staff were very polite. Hotel location is very close to the high-speed rail station, not the best choice from the city attractions (the reason for the location to give four stars) Pu'er is not big, in fact, the city is very fast. If you want a quiet and clean environment, it is the best choice. I have known Deting, Jianguo and Anna before. I didn’t go to the other two without commenting. Anna walked into the room and it was very clean and tidy. The space was large, and I must live with a terrace. Although there is traffic in the street during the day, it is quiet at night and you can see the sunrise in the morning. The bedding is very comfortable, it is very clean at first glance, sleep well at night, the hotel is also very soundproof, playing for 5 days to sleep here is the best and most at ease, breakfast tastes like home, too much to write, write too much is better to experience it yourself!"

This stay directly exceeded all my expectations! The hotel includes breakfast + lunch for two meals, and the price is directly full. The front desk staff is gentle and polite, and the response to any needs is super fast. The questions are patient and meticulously answered, and the service experience is full. The comfort of the mattress and bedding is absolutely perfect, and I lie down all day and relieve my fatigue. It coincided with light rain outside, drinking tea leisurely in the room, and the atmosphere was directly full. I immediately continued to live the next day. It is difficult to have an opponent in the comprehensive quality at the same price. I really recommend it! Looking forward to the brand opening of stores nationwide soon, there will be a lot of loyal fans ～ By the way, I recommend ”Qiangji Huang Beef” 😋 next to the museum... The rooftop garden at Shanhao Garden Hotel in Ning'er is absolutely stunning! The design is breathtaking, the rooms are spacious and airy, and the smart home features enhance the overall experience. Complimentary coffee and tea are available, and you can swim directly in the heated pool. The receptionist is incredibly friendly and helpful, even assisting with your luggage and recommending fun places to visit nearby. She's also very pretty. The location is convenient, making it a must-stay in Ning'er!

Excellent Hotel, Highly Recommend! We stayed at this hotel for several nights during our trip and were extremely pleased with our choice. · Perfect Location: The location is excellent. You can easily walk to shopping malls and the main shopping street. The night market is also nearby. Taxis in the area are very affordable, costing only 7-10 yuan. · Very Clean: The rooms and common areas were impeccably clean and well-maintained. · Best Breakfast: They serve the absolute best breakfast we had during our entire 10-day journey! A great variety of delicious options. · Friendly & Helpful Staff: The staff is wonderful—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with any request. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again on our next visit!

Exceeded all my expectations of a boutique homestay with only six rooms . Ultra luxury linens and beddings , ,Panasonic view of sea clouds at the confer of your bath tub , tasteful contemporary chinese interiors , and to top it all , run by a simple humble couple who goes to ends to make your stay a comfortable one . When you stay for 3 nights or more , they cook up a storm of local delicacies for your dinner , on top of daily breakfast! Do be prepared breakfasts are local style . Bit there’s a great cafe nearby service Arabica yunna beans and it’s become one of my fave ! Def great value for money !

This is the first time I've ever felt compelled to leave a positive review for a hotel! The accommodation was excellent. They offer complimentary drinks and popsicles on the first floor. I was even upgraded to a better room for free, which I really appreciate. The room was fully equipped with Xiao Du smart controls, making everything super convenient. They also provide free late-night snacks, and the reception staff were incredibly thoughtful. When I asked for one late-night snack, they even offered to let me try a variety of options! The bathroom has a great wet/dry separation design, and in addition to regular towels, they also provide disposable towels. For rooms with bathtubs, they even include bath amenities, which is a nice touch. After checking out, I was able to store my luggage and pick it up later when I returned from my errands.

This is a new hotel conveniently located for the airport and station, but not in a touristy part of town. The facilities were really excellent. Everything is brand new and a lot of thought has clearly gone into the design. Some nice touches, like fresh fruit in the evening, and an accessible washing machine were very welcome. The bed was super comfortable and all the linens were pristine. The breakfast was Fine, nothing particularly special. But best of all I have to say was the staff. From the staff on the front desk to the lady who cleaned my room everyone was extremely welcoming and did everything they could to answer my questions, help me with any small problems and make my stay comfortable. A very big thank you to all of you. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone coming to Pu'er.

The first established hotel as you enter the mountains, with plenty of parking spaces right across the street, which is very convenient. It's a bit far from the attractions, so you'll need a car. They offer butler-style service; they'll contact you the day before to provide the address, travel tips, and other information. The hotel has a good variety of activities planned, including roasted milk tea, stir-fried melon seeds, and bonfires in the evening. The hotel's dinner was just okay, with plenty of room for improvement. Breakfast on the rooftop had a great ambiance and taste. The rooms aren't luxurious but are perfectly adequate. The air conditioning was a bit old and didn't heat very well. I didn't have time to experience the travel photography session. It was really expensive during Chinese New Year, haha.

The overall stay experience is very good! The location is super convenient, very close to the high-speed rail station, and the surrounding food attractions are very close to travel. The hotel is a tea coffee theme design, the environment is elegant, and the lobby can enjoy tea and coffee. The fact that dogs are allowed is a big plus. Parking is convenient downstairs, and there are slow chargers, although they're a bit expensive 😂. We booked the largest suite, on the top floor, away from the street, so we couldn't hear any street noise. However, there's a water pump on the roof, and you can clearly hear it running from the rooms, especially the one to the left of the entrance. The one to the right is less noticeable. Since I'm a very light sleeper, my husband had to sleep in the room where he could hear the pump, but he said he could hear it too. So, I think this issue really needs to be addressed. Either add a soundproofing mat to the roof, or move the pump to a location not under the rooms. We stayed for two days. The first day, since only our room had breakfast, they prepared very little, which is understandable. The second day, with more people, they prepared more food.
