This is an older hotel conveniently located very close to Termini. While the air conditioning is antique, they've clearly made an effort to update other facilities. They offer pour-over coffee at the restaurant, and breakfast items like eggs and roasted vegetables are served unsalted and very light. The front desk staff are very welcoming and leave a great impression. Overall, a positive experience.

The hotel location is just near to train station. Room cleaning service need to improve, as the compliments water supposingly shall be refill for customer but the room service didn't do so for two nights.

From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, every single member of the staff was incredibly kind, warm, and professional. Their genuine hospitality made our honeymoon even more special, and we felt sincerely welcomed throughout our entire stay. When they found out we were celebrating our honeymoon, they surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade. It wasn’t just an upgrade—it was such a thoughtful and heartfelt gesture that truly touched us. It showed how much they genuinely care about their guests. The room itself was absolutely spotless. I’ve stayed at many 5-star hotels around the world, but I can honestly say this was one of the cleanest and most comfortable rooms I’ve ever experienced. Everything was perfectly maintained, and every detail reflected the high standards of the hotel. One of my favorite details was that the amenities were from Byredo. It was such a luxurious touch and made the entire experience feel even more premium. The biggest surprise came after we returned from sightseeing. Waiting for us in our room was a beautiful and delicious cake with “Happy Honeymoon” written on it. It was completely unexpected and made us feel so appreciated. Moments like these are what turn a great hotel stay into an unforgettable memory. If I ever come back to Rome, I won’t even consider staying anywhere else. I will absolutely choose Nobu Hotel again without hesitation. I also hope more Korean travelers discover this hotel. Surprisingly, it isn’t very well known among Koreans yet, but it truly deserves much more recognition. Having stayed at quite a few luxury 5-star hotels, I can confidently say that this was one of the very best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. For me, it was a perfect 10 out of 10. I genuinely couldn’t find a single thing to complain about. Every detail, every service, and every interaction exceeded my expectations. I stayed for four nights in a king room. This place is comparable to a budget hotel like Hanting Express in China. The price was over 2000 for a free-cancellation booking including breakfast for two. Upon checkout, they charged a city tax of 7.5 per person and tried to charge a 12 Euro service fee per night, which I firmly refused. This was the only hotel out of my dozen-plus nights in Italy that tried to charge a service fee. It's a 5-minute walk from the train station and an 8-minute walk from the M1 metro line. After sunset, the area felt quite unsafe, so be careful of potential snatch-and-grab incidents. The room was very quiet, and the breakfast was decent. The bar staff were enthusiastic and helped us get filtered water every day. Most importantly, I'm incredibly grateful for the Chinese-speaking customer service, Kelly! She helped us a lot. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Rome!

Impressed, the hotel location is great, especially the room facing the Colosseum. The hotel staff is very conscious of service. When they leave the hotel, they also take their luggage and take a taxi, because the birthday, the hotel specially prepared birthday cakes, cookies Blessing card, send a bottle of champagne, have kitchen cooking for breakfast, get up early to watch the Colosseum morning glow, bathing facilities are very good, water temperature adjustment is very convenient, the room is rich in decoration, and the Chinese like to drink hot water. The water is relatively clean

We had a wonderful stay at this resort. The cleanliness was outstanding, and everything was well-maintained throughout our visit. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making the service truly excellent. The amenities were also excellent and contributed to a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The only downside was the location, as it was quite far from the city center. Reaching the main attractions required changing buses and metro lines several times, which was inconvenient and time-consuming. It would be very helpful if the property could offer a shuttle service for guests, even as a paid option, to make transportation easier and more convenient. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this property, especially for couples looking for a clean, relaxing, and well-equipped place to stay. Many thanks to all wonderful staffs

Traveling to Rome, I unexpectedly booked this Ibis, which is exceptionally good value. It is less than a kilometer walk from the subway. The hotel is next to a quiet community on a high ground. It is very quiet, and people are running in the early morning. The transportation is convenient, and the nearby bus and light rail are good to go everywhere. The key is that the breakfast is particularly rich. There is a Chinese restaurant opened by Wenzhou people next to the subway station. Occasionally, you can adjust your stomach. It is not expensive and quite authentic. I went out to play in Pompeii for a day, and the luggage was stored in the hotel. The service was also very good. It will still be my first choice next time I come.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. Everything was handled smoothly, and the staff made us feel very welcome. Overall, we had a fantastic experience. The combination of comfortable rooms, good facilities, friendly service, and a pleasant atmosphere made our stay very enjoyable. We would happily come back again on our next trip to Rome. This was the first hotel I stayed at during my trip to Italy. The ”mountain lodge” was actually just a series of small wooden cabins, each containing only a bed and basic bedding. The shared bathroom and toilet were a 100-meter walk away, and the reception desk was 200 meters away. Aside from a pizzeria and a T-bone steakhouse, there were no other shops nearby, requiring a 2-kilometer walk. Although the lodge offered one shuttle bus each morning and evening, getting around was extremely inconvenient unless you had your own car. When I arrived, a local Italian gentleman was dropping someone off. Thinking I was using a ride-hailing service and asking for a price, he simply asked my destination and took me there for free. I don't know how I would have gotten there without meeting him; I was incredibly grateful. I strongly advise against travelers staying at this lodge, as transportation and dining options are extremely inconvenient.
