"Overall, I was quite satisfied. The breakfast and dinner buffets offered a wide variety of dishes and the food was good. The staff were also proactive and friendly in greeting guests. It's very suitable for families with children.
The only slight inconvenience was that the hotel's restaurants and all the entertainment facilities (including the entrance to the Forest Kingdom) were clustered on one side, while the guest rooms on the other side were quite a walk away. It took about 10 minutes to walk downstairs for a meal with the kids. If we needed to go back to the room to grab something after eating, it would waste another half an hour on the commute. We specifically waited until after school started to visit, so it wasn't crowded and there were no issues with rooms being fully booked. However, the front desk didn't proactively inform us at check-in that there were rooms closer to the restaurants and attractions. Also, the front desk mentioned that all king rooms face the road, while twin rooms face the park, but this wasn't clearly indicated when booking the hotel."

"The hotel environment is excellent, surrounded by lush greenery. The breakfast was plentiful, exquisite, and delicious. The hot springs were comfortable, and the front desk staff and baggage handlers were very thorough in their explanations. Service in the restaurant and other activity areas was also great. There were plenty of activities for children, and they had a wonderful time. It's a shame the weather wasn't ideal; it rained both days we were there, so we couldn't walk along the forest paths. Another inconvenience for guests is the lack of lunch service. Having to go out in heavy rain with children to find food was both time-consuming and meant getting soaked. I hope the owner will arrange for lunch service as well to further enhance the hotel's offerings."

"We chose this hotel for its convenient location next to the Gulong Gorge rafting ticket office, perfect for our rafting trip. To our surprise, they even provided free water scoops for water fights during rafting and complimentary ice cream upon check-in!
The room decor was unique and charming, with arch-shaped designs everywhere, giving it a textured, gentle retro-luxury vibe. The wall colors were soft, and the arched TV cabinet and brass wall lamps created a wonderful ambiance. "This place I stayed at was really lovely, surrounded by a large forest, making the air incredibly fresh. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the room offered views of the greenery outside, which was very relaxing. The courtyard had small bridges and a stream, along with rattan chairs where you could sit and soak up the sun during the day – very pleasant. In the evening, everyone gathered around a bonfire for a chat, which felt very relaxing. You could tell a lot of thought went into the design of every corner; staying here felt like being one with nature. Overall, it was a great experience 🌿"

"I've stayed here several times, but this time the room next door was incredibly noisy, with people talking and singing loudly until 2 or 3 AM. I contacted the front desk, and after security's attempt to intervene was unsuccessful, they immediately moved me to a different room. The service was definitely on point, and the front desk staff were particularly warm and proactive, which I really appreciated. However, the Chinese restaurant seemed understaffed during the holiday, leading to some disorganization. On the bright side, they have robot delivery for room service, which was quite convenient!"

The infinity pool seemed to float in the sky, embracing both the flowing clouds and the evening glow. As dusk fell, I enjoyed the private hot spring pool all to myself, with warm steam rising, accompanied by the sounds of insects in the forest and scattered starlight – all the dust and worries of the world simply melted away. What was even more remarkable was the service – the butlers always had genuine smiles, with a hidden kindness in their eyes. Every small need was anticipated and meticulously met, warm and attentive without being intrusive. The guest rooms were spotlessly clean, and the linens were so soft they felt like they still held the warmth of the sun; every corner reflected careful thought. This wasn't just a brief stay; it was a lyrical poem written in the mountains, making one wish to spend all their time lingering amidst the clouds, water, people, and the peaceful serenity of this place.

1. I truly recommend this hotel! The cleanliness is outstanding, there wasn't a single strange smell in the room, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and efficient. It made for a very comfortable and stress-free stay.
2. The value for money here is incredible. The location is easy to find and convenient for transport, the room was spacious with great natural light, and the bed was just right – not too hard, not too soft – so I slept really well.
3. My first stay here was absolutely fantastic. It was super clean, well-equipped, and any issues I had were resolved immediately. The service is simply excellent.

Guest UserAbsolutely loved this bamboo forest courtyard! It's an immersive experience, nestled within acres of bamboo. The rainy day ambiance was simply divine.
As soon as I stepped into the courtyard, I was enveloped by lush greenery. The drizzle pattered on the bamboo, the leaves rustled, and the air was filled with the fresh, damp scent of vegetation – so peaceful and therapeutic. The glamping tent accommodation had a wild luxury feel, and the private courtyard offered complete privacy. Inside, it was clean and tidy, with comfortable bedding. Hiding in the tent on a rainy day, listening to the white noise of rain on bamboo leaves, created a truly wonderful atmosphere.
The environment is tranquil and elegant, far from the city's hustle and bustle. The owner provided thoughtful and attentive service, making the entire stay from check-in to check-out completely comfortable. The bamboo forest on a rainy day had a unique charm, misty and ethereal, with swaying bamboo shadows. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind, whether you're seeking solitude or a gathering with friends. It's already on my list for a second visit, highly recommended!

Our two days at T Manor Tent camp were very enjoyable, with lots of peaceful walks through the plantation and some spectacular sunsets seen from our glamping tent and from the viewing area at the top of the hill which looks out over the karst-studded landscape. Our tent was located down below which was less spectacular than the tents on the hill but also less exposed and a good option. We had great service from the T Manor staff, who set up a WeChat thread so my husband could communicate with us easily as most of them didn’t speak English. One exception was Allen, a tour guide from Taiwan who was very friendly and helpful, especially on the last day when he helped organise a car to take us to our next accommodation a few hours drive away. A special mention must also go to the restaurant staff, who served us a range of tea-infused dishes and patiently went along with our many queries (our daughter is coeliac which made eating in China a little complicated). Thank you T Manor for a serene and friendly experience, we particularly loved listening to the sound of the bees pollinating the tea bushes as we eat on the veranda of our tent and looked out over the plantation.

An incredible gem of a boutique hotel, run by a friendly host who anticipates and caters to your needs. This hotel is nestled between idyllic hills and farms, and a 20min stroll (or rent their bikes at 60rmb/day) to HuangHua where there’re great restaurants and supermarkets. It was exactly what we did not know we were looking for in a short getaway from HK to Yingde.
The hotel itself is clean and modern, and the food was a pleasant surprise. Being foreigners used to western-style breakfast, we were initially apprehensive while booking, but the farm-to-table, home-cooked breakfast turned out to be absolutely delicious, such that we found ourselves looking forward to it on our second morning.
We felt like we lucked out with this accommodation choice, as just within walking distance from the hotel, the host brought us to local hiking trails with quite the view (tip: go at sunrise, and if conditions are right you’ll get to see the “sea of clouds”), a climbing crag and an amazing cave you’ll have to yourself. The host, who turned out to be quite the explorer and adrenaline junkie in her younger years, happily took us to them, also showing us photo spots along the way.
But perhaps the best kept secret of this hotel is hinted in its name itself. From its roof terrace, we saw shooting stars fly by above the glow of the region’s famous karst.

Must be five-star praise! From check-in to check-out, it is very comfortable, the staff is kind, take the initiative to help with luggage and introduce the surroundings.
