"The moment we walked in, the staff greeted us with a refreshing juice and walked us to a viewpoint — the sight of Sigiriya Rock was absolutely mesmerizing. The room is incredibly cozy with beautiful, interesting wooden decor that gives such a warm local feel. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of fresh fruit and great coffee. A perfect stay for exploring the ancient rock fortress!"

"It was difficult to find the location from the road and the darkness from the street to the hotel building at night and early morning. It's nostalgic, but I'm surprised in the dark because dogs come by. Another point, for some reason, there are two bath towels with embroidery parts and seams of the hotel logo. It was a little discolored, and at first I thought it was a rag. I should have brought it. The staff was good and the breakfast was very substantial, so it is safe there. I thought it was worth the price in total."

"First of all, service from Bagdea, Jaathu, Kishaulya and the young restaurant girl (forgot her name, my bad) made my stay warm and quite pleasant. They were all quite helpful. When I was late arriving at the hotel and the sky was dark, Kishaulya texted to enquire. That felt reassuring. I didn't really enjoy the breakfast buffet but at dinner, I had a good a la carte meal. Sigiriya is a little town rather self contained. Apart from the pool, there isn't much entertainment at the hotel although they had a cultural performance and a pop singer on the 2 nights I was there. You have to appreciate the ecological side of the Sigiriya area. So if you are looking for energetic activities, then it's not for you. Unless you count climbing the Lion Rock! My room was nice and spacious although I would have preferred a double bed instead of 2 singles. On my 2nd day, I went out of the hotel to have lunched and hung the sign for my room to be made up. Upon my return, I was pleasantly surprised someone noticed and did it in the short time I was away. So I found that I was well taken care of there"

"This is a nice hotel in a great location in terms of seeing the key sights in the area we wanted to visit (walking distance to Sigiriya and Pidurangala rocks, and a short tuk tuk ride to a night loris walk). It is on a main road so there is a bit of noise from that if you have a room at the front of the hotel like we did - especially some loud music playing early in the morning. I recommend asking for a room as far away from the road as available. The room was more basic than I expected for the price but importantly it was big and clean. I think you are paying the price for a proper hotel in this location. The hotel pool is big and very clean, it is perfect for a dip to cool down - and very scenic, surrounded by lovely trees. We were a bit disappointed with the hotel restaurant menu which has nearly no vegetarian options on it, and similarly the breakfast buffet wasn’t worth it for us to purchase, but there are lots of other restaurants walking distance from the hotel to go to. The staff were helpful especially in putting us in touch with the loris night tour."

"This hotel exceeded my expectations; the price-performance ratio is amazing. Currently, the hotel only has 10 rooms, as the new area is still under construction and will be fully completed in 2027. The road to the hotel isn't easy to walk, but we even saw wild peacocks along the way. The hotel has a small garden with various fruits and vegetables, a small cabin, and a small jungle trail where you can shoot arrows. We casually strolled around and met some staff who gave us a tour, explaining the different fruits and vegetables – it was really interesting! They even offered to take us birdwatching the next morning, although there weren't many birds, haha, but the morning air was truly refreshing. At night, there were sounds from the rooftop, like some kind of animal running by, along with various bird calls – very natural. Breakfast is a set menu; we ordered the American and Continental options, and there wasn't much difference. The taste was just okay. Overall, a very satisfying stay, I would recommend it to friends, and if I have the chance to visit Sri Lanka again, I would definitely stay here."

"The hotel has a very friendly reception and exceptional service staff, which creates a very positive first impression. The pool area is lovely, surrounded by lush vegetation and equipped with hammocks perfect for relaxing in the sun. The path to the bungalows and small apartments is adorned with well-kept gardens, full of life, where you can observe squirrels and birds. This connection with nature makes the stay really special and enjoyable. The interior of the room is incredibly spacious, with two huge and very pretty beds. We appreciated the detail of the flowers that were left for us; it really adds a special and pleasant touch to the stay. It has a small terrace, which is perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the surroundings. Spending time there was great. The bathroom is also very spacious. As for breakfast, I think they should improve the Western options a bit to live up to the category of their facilities. It is a small sacrifice that they could easily improve. The only negative detail was the internet connection, which failed us on several occasions. We had to call reception twice to have the connection checked, which was a bit of a pain. However, it should be noted that the hotel is a bit far from the nightlife; you need to walk about 15 minutes along the road to reach the restaurants where you can dine. Despite this, the tranquility of the place makes up for the minor inconvenience. In short, the hotel's ambiance, along with its attention to detail and the natural beauty that surrounds it, all contribute to a memorable experience."

"A fashionable boutique hotel full of greenery like in the jungle. Convenient location, less than 10 minutes by tuk-tuk to Sigiriya Rock. The room is clean and the owner is very kind. Above all, the breakfast was delicious and the amount was plentiful, and I was full from the morning."

"We stayed for 2 nights for sightseeing in Sigiriya Rock, but it was a nice resort hotel living in a large forest. The room was a two-story cottage style and our room was on the first floor. It was noisy that the footsteps of the people on the upper floor heard the slapstick from 4 o'clock in the morning and I was worried about the smell of the drain, but the rice was delicious (breakfast did not change much) It was good to be able to eat comfortably at the restaurant in front of the pool where the refreshing breeze passes. I had dinner because there was no restaurant nearby, but I chose the first night from the a la carte menu, and the second night was a buffet with plenty of curry and desserts. On the second day, I was troubled because I couldn't use Wi-Fi on the １ day due to network failure, but it was fixed the next morning. The staff were kind and smiley. Because the hotel is remote, I asked the hotel to arrange a round trip to Sigiriya Rock and a round trip to Pidulangara, but it was said that it was 4800 ruby twice. The same driver came on both days and was a good young man, but the local guide was surprised that this price was much higher than the tuk-tuk I caught around it. Please be careful if you are using it."
