"The location is quite convenient, and there is ample free parking available. The outdoor environment is pleasant, well-maintained, and clean, making it a nice place to relax. There is also a BBQ pit provided, although guests need to bring their own utensils and ingredients. One downside is that there is no refrigerator in the room. The bed makes some slight noise, but it is still acceptable for a short stay. The room also comes with a small balcony, which is great for enjoying the night view. Check-in and check-out are quick and hassle-free. An ironing board is available at the reception area, and a hairdryer can be borrowed upon request. Overall, considering the price, it offers very good value for money."

"Our rooms were Chalet style at the forested area. It was fun as we had to use a bridge to cross over to our rooms. The shower is good, hot water was very hot. But not very stable. No aircon but have fan as its cold at night. I don't recommend chalet if you have walking difficulties. Better stay at the hotel side. The chalets do not have a room phone and it may be a little challenging if you need help at anytime. I have feedback to Vera and Dav at Front Desk regarding the experience of some noise in my chalet at 3/4 am for an hour. Likely by wild animals. We could see Mt Kinabalu from our balcony."

"Had such a pleasant family trip! The view, ambience, facilities, and service were all beyond awesome. Bonus: free breakfast for every room. A huge plus is that the place has its own restaurant, so we didn’t have to head out in the dark for dinner. I tried the nasi goreng tuhau and it was sedap! Prices are really affordable too. I know exactly where I’ll be staying next time I’m in Kundasang."

"it was suites for friendscation and small family vacations. it has nearest restaurant just by walking few steps away. the parking lot was spacious and the it was not far from pekan ranau. the view of mount kinabalu was perfect but at that time, mountK was hiding behind a cloud. it was clean, comfy and we add extra bed and it fit for another bed. overall we were happy for our one night stay. will book in another vacation. thank you!"

"Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Pros: Easy check-in, with a receptionist available. Great location, only about a 5-minute walk to Bataras Supermarket, with Uncle Bob and Aicha in the same row, making it very convenient for food and daily necessities. Although it is close to the supermarket and shops, the area was surprisingly quiet at night. No bad smells in the house or around the toilets. The view is pretty good and better than expected. I requested a ground-floor unit because we had an older guest with us, and they kindly arranged a ground-floor unit for us. Really appreciated this. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The floors and kitchen were clean. The kitchen utensils were also clean, which was a big plus. Many guesthouses have clean rooms but dirty kitchen utensils, so I really appreciated this. The place is spacious and suitable for a big group. Cons: The bidet spray/water pressure was a little too strong, and some of the pipes were leaking. One of the toilets became clogged on the second day. There is a small graveyard nearby, but personally, it was not an issue for us at all. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and felt comfortable throughout. The convenient location, cleanliness, helpful staff, and spacious layout made this a great choice, especially for a big group. We definitely would love to stay here again!"

"All good! We chose a room with plenty of single beds. There were 5 beds, haha, perfect for families, friends, or even a honeymoon. The room was really spacious too. Just a heads-up about the water heater, you can't adjust the temperature; the water gets super hot! You have to mix in cold water to get it lukewarm. Overall, it was great. There's a kettle and a water dispenser right outside the room door. And the views? Right at Mount Kinabalu itself!"
