"The room was great, with 270-degree sea views from the floor-to-ceiling windows. It was clean and hygienic, with no strange odors. However, housekeeping was often quite late; we'd often come back from being out and the room still hadn't been cleaned, so we frequently had to remind them. Also, there was a fishy smell from a trash can in the hallway that wasn't dealt with for two days, but it was quickly resolved after we reported it."

"I stayed here for business, and the hotel experience far exceeded my expectations. The location is very convenient, a 3-minute walk from my office. There's a QR code-scanning electric scooter at the entrance, making it easy to get around. The tea table in the room is also nice, and the lighting is perfect for working. I needed to print a contract last-minute, and the front desk lady immediately helped me out without any delays. I came home late from work late one night and asked for a charging cable, which arrived in three minutes. They even asked if I needed a coffee to wake me up. The mattress was incredibly comfortable, with excellent soundproofing, and I slept soundly and rested. I was catching the high-speed train, and the front desk even gave me a complimentary iced Americano to take away. It was a fantastic experience. This is a great choice for business travel; it's worry-free and efficient. I'll stay here again next time."

"The room furnishings are all new and very comfortable to stay in. This room is spacious, and the tatami mats mean you don't have to worry about kids falling off the bed while sleeping. It also comes with a refrigerator, massage chair, smart toilet, bathtub, and projector, making for a great stay. The front desk offers 24-hour service, and they'll bring anything you need to your room, so service gets full marks. We had unlimited access to the swimming pool, which the kids loved. In the evenings, we watched movies in the room and played in the bathtub."

"The May Day holiday is 4 days and 3 nights in Shantou. Each room is very clean and tidy. There is a separate bathroom. It is cleaned every day. The toiletries are replenished in time! The villa environment is very good, there is a small open-air swimming pool on the first floor, the living room on the first floor is large and there is a mahjong machine. The villa has a total of four floors. The entire second floor where our four families live. The parking at the entrance of the villa is very convenient. There are also many parking spaces in the landlord’s house. The landlord Fu sister is very enthusiastic. Super cool!"

More outrageous, the aisle in the early morning was very noisy, the sound was very loud, and there were people knocking on our door one night. The worst experience was that more than 300 hotels were less than 100. I hope you don’t step on the pit. I am also a tourist. After playing, who has nothing to care about such a small thing? "The hotel is on a small street. It should be a converted office building. The environment is very good and the corridor is spacious. It should be newly renovated not long ago. The waiter on the first floor during the day shift is a girl. The service is moderately good. When I came back from outside at night, there was no cold water for showering in the hotel. It was very hot. I coordinated with the front desk. It was a boy who immediately coordinated with the engineering department to solve it as soon as possible. Although it was not fixed that night, it can be seen that he was very guilty. He personally came up with tea leaves to deliver water. He kept apologizing when checking out the next day and sent tea leaves again to express his guilt. It was also very heartwarming! However, the water problem still needs to be fixed. After all, there are elderly and children! Everything else is very good. I wish the business will get better and better!"

"Location: Very easy to find, unlike other guesthouses where you have to wander around into residential areas. Environment: Very comfortable; you can tell the owner has put a lot of thought into decorating each area. Cleanliness: Super clean and comfortable. Service: Unbeatable. We arrived late, and the owner, worried we might be hungry, thoughtfully prepared bread and milk – incredibly considerate service. Other: The most satisfying thing was that the toiletries were all L'Occitane. While many things are great, the toiletries are usually just average. This place was exceptional; they didn't skimp on details and were excellent in every aspect! Soundproofing: I have very poor sleep quality, but I slept very well here because the soundproofing was excellent. It must be soundproof glass; opening the windows makes noise."
