Jakarta Hotels with Jacuzzi

"Booked the executive Jacuzzi. The service was superb. The staff was so attentive. The room was quite small to my expectations. A little sad part of my vacation was the jacuzzi system when i turn it on, the whole tub will smell like fart. Probably the unclean filter. Which is sad because i purposely book this for the private jacuzzi. Maybe need to do some maintainance. Oh side note, No iron provided."

"We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. I had requested a small birthday surprise for my father in advance, and the hotel kindly prepared a birthday cake for him. It was beautifully arranged and made his day truly special. We really appreciated the effort. Security at the entrance was well managed, which made us feel safe throughout our stay. All staff members were professional, warm, and attentive. The breakfast spread was exceptionally diverse, with a wide range of Western, Chinese, Japanese, Indonesian, and Indian dishes, as well as desserts and fresh fruits. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. We would gladly stay here again."

"1. Staffs were friendly with great service 2. Toilet/bathroom though a bit small were clean - water pressure was great too. 3. Room lighting were superb & the pillows too! 4. Love the tea/coffee bar (plus mini fridge)😍. Only thing that really needs attention was the air-condition...😩 Location is great too if you love street food, humble ”rumah makan” & local cafes.... 😘🥰😍 At the price I booked, Verse Luxe is a real bargain! "Nice location, nice service for 3 starts apartments. We were upgraded to Van Gogh room for free! A bit old furniture, equipment. Very noisy from the street (very crowded and trafficked area). Staff is nice and very friendly. Has pool and gym. Big free parking. "

"Stayed here 4 nights and paid about 767 AED total, which is actually very good value for Jakarta. The main reason I chose this hotel was its direct connection to Mal Ciputra Jakarta, which turned out to be extremely convenient. 👍 What Was Good Staff effort The staff were genuinely helpful and polite. When problems happened with the room, they assisted with luggage and helped move me twice without much resistance. They also later tried to make up for the experience by offering an executive dinner at the lounge on the 17th floor, which I appreciated. Gym Surprisingly good for a hotel gym. It’s well equipped and spacious, easily one of the better hotel gyms I’ve seen. Breakfast buffet Breakfast was solid with good variety. No complaints there. Location & mall access This is honestly 75% of the reason to book this hotel. Being directly connected to the mall is extremely convenient for food, shopping and avoiding Jakarta traffic. ⚠️ Where Things Went Wrong Room issues and multiple changes I had to change rooms twice. • First time was around 2 AM after arrival because the shower wasn’t working and the bathroom felt quite dilapidated. • The next morning I had to move again because the AC wouldn’t go below 23°C, which made the room uncomfortable. The third room they gave me was more modern and functional, although slightly smaller. At least the bathroom and AC worked properly. Food quality: This was probably the biggest disappointment. One evening in the lobby I ordered chicken spring rolls and whiskey, and unfortunately bit into a bone inside the spring roll, which was not a pleasant experience at all. The staff removed the dish from the bill and offered a fruit plate, but it still left a bad impression. The à la carte food was also underwhelming. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and fries for around 354,530 IDR, and the pizza honestly tasted like a frozen pizza that had been microwaved rather than freshly cooked. Room service was similarly average. 🚧 Facilities The swimming pool was under construction, so I didn’t get to try it. Final Thoughts Overall I’d say 3 to 3.5 stars. The location, gym, and staff effort were good, but the room issues and disappointing food quality brought the experience down. Would I stay again? Possibly for the location and mall access, but I would definitely skip ordering food at the hotel next time."

"The service provided by the staff is heartfelt and truly wonderful. However, the entire building has become dilapidated, which has significantly lowered our satisfaction. In particular, as shown in the attached photo, the windows are not properly fixed, and there are a few mosquitoes in the room. Although renovation is necessary, this investment has been neglected for a long time."

"Stayed at Kimaya Slipi Jakarta by Harris and had a pleasant experience. The hotel is in a strategic location in West Jakarta with easy access to many places in the city. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Overall, it’s a good choice for both business and short trips in Jakarta."

"The room at first glance looks clean but under the mattress there is a lot of garbage, the breakfast is not separated, choose the menu, only fried rice or noodles, in front of the elevator there are dirty dishes from when I checked in to check out not taken too"
