"The hotel has a good location, with supermarkets and fast food restaurants nearby. There's a bus line, number 62, nearby, which is a relatively inexpensive way to get to downtown, but it only runs about once an hour. You need to leave a tip in US dollars for the room service staff each day; otherwise, the Mexican staff won't be as proactive in cleaning. Internet access was an issue, as I had a lot of emails. The connection would drop every 30 minutes, and one day I was constantly trying to reconnect while meeting guests at the Westin Hotel in downtown Los Angeles. Their internet speed was very stable. Hotel security was good; you need a card to access the floors. Overall, it's a nice and quiet hotel."

"The room was spacious, and the mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm – so I slept very comfortably. The hotel is located right in the city center, next to PwC, and is surrounded by consulting and financial institutions, making it very convenient for getting around."

"Hidden little gem, the outside appearance of the hotel is a little bit of a head tilt, the rooms themselves are incredibly comfortable, clean, and tidy. In the two nights and two days I stayed there, I didn’t hear a peep from neighbors, or any commotion from other rooms, the only time noise was heard was standing next to the door itself. The room was also very spacious and had really good features, like a microwave, although some rooms don’t always have one. The tv is one of the best features, being able to comcast/stream from my phone or computer to the tv in the room. The two guest service members I did have the pleasure of meeting were incredibly friendly, and helpful. All in all this has become one of my new favorite places to book on a budget, and in my hometown of DIamond Bar."

"The hotel has a good location, and the front desk service was excellent. There were fresh fruits, coffee, and drinks available in the lobby. The service and quality are well worth the price. Plus, the area around the hotel feels very safe and is a nice neighborhood. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I have the chance."

"Overall, the hotel's service was excellent. However, the only drawbacks were the presence of homeless people nearby, and the moldy and dusty smell from the air conditioner in the room, which was incredibly unpleasant. "The hotel is close to the Getty Museum. It has a beautiful environment and large rooms. However, some rooms are close to the highway and you can hear the sound of cars. The air conditioner in the room is very loud when the heating is turned on. The parking fee is 49 dollars."

"The front desk staff were friendly, and the hotel had vending machines for snacks and soft drinks. The hotel's location isn't very close to the city center, but there are supermarkets, restaurants, and laundry services nearby, so the facilities are quite complete. Our room was on a basement floor, so there was a lot of noise and traffic at night."

"The worst hotel in this trip to the United States, more than 1,000 per night, but the room facilities are very poor, similar to the domestic hotels that cost about 100 yuan per night, the bed is of very low quality, my left and right feet were hit by the wooden blocks of the bed and left two big bruises, the towels and supplies are also poor. The facilities of hotels in other cities around 1,000 are much better than this one. I don't recommend you to stay here"
