Stayed here recently and honestly… everything was super good. The view was next level — the kind you don’t get tired of even after staring at it for hours. Whether it was sunrise or night lights, it felt like a whole experience on its own. The service was equally impressive. Every staff member was warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about making the stay comfortable. You can really feel the difference when a hotel goes the extra mile without you even asking. The environment was spotless, peaceful, and beautifully designed. It had that perfect balance of luxury and comfort — not too stiff, but still very premium. Overall, the experience was just amazing from start to finish. Smooth check-in, relaxing stay, and honestly didn’t feel like leaving. Definitely one of those places you’ll want to come back to again.

The location is incredibly convenient! Although it's a bit of a distance from Jiuzhaigou, parking is super easy, which was perfect for us as we were self-driving. Places closer to Jiuzhaigou get too crowded, and parking is a real hassle. What impressed me most was the exceptional cleanliness. The room was spotless, the bedding crisp and white, and the bathroom gleamed like new – even the corners were meticulously cleaned. The room itself was also quite spacious, making for a truly comfortable and worry-free stay. This is definitely one of the perks of staying a bit further out – the value for money is absolutely unbeatable. Cleanliness is fundamental, but hospitality is its heart. Every staff member at this hotel, from the front desk to others, provided flawless service! To enjoy such high standards of hygiene and service at such an excellent price makes it truly exceptional value. I genuinely recommend it!

The front desk and restaurant staff were incredibly warm, polite, and attentive. You can just WeChat the front desk directly for any requests. Although the hotel isn't in the commercial area near the gully entrance, but further in at Zhongcha Gully, past Huamei Shengdi Plaza, being on the same mountain as Conrad and Ritz-Carlton Reserve definitely has its advantages. It's a bit removed from the ******* villages, with horse trekking nearby, making the hotel area very quiet with no other noise disturbances at night, perfect for stargazing if the conditions are right. The facilities are quite comprehensive, with smart home features in the rooms and excellent underfloor heating, which was a lifesaver as it gets cold on the mountain at night, but the room stayed toasty warm. Stepping out of the room, you're greeted with views of snow-capped mountains and forests, and in the mornings, you can see the golden peaks. The pool is heated, creating a lovely atmosphere on winter nights. The restaurant is really good; if you don't like going to the commercial street, you can just eat at the hotel. I'd suggest they offer some desserts to make it even better. If the prices during peak season and holidays aren't too outrageous, I'd definitely come back, haha.

🏔️ Originally came to the beauty of Jiuzhaigou, but it was completely fanned by this hotel! It is a treasure place. You can see the red sea of clouds in the morning, and you can enjoy the sunset in the evening. In the evening, you can watch the sunset and sprinkle in the mountains. It is a blockbuster 📸. The Jiugongge in the circle of friends is not enough! The holiday experience is directly full! There are also gurgling water, there are many delicious restaurants nearby, the waiters are also very enthusiastic, like family 👨👩👧👦, not only help plan the play route super professional, but also share the locals' private photo check-in points. In the future, my friends will come to Jiuzhaigou, I will definitely recommend this one first!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly felt it was a great choice. The hotel provided excellent service throughout our visit, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A special mention to staff member H, who was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Their warm hospitality really made a difference in our experience. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and of good quality, and all staff members we encountered were polite, attentive, and provided excellent service. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay, and we would gladly recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel is beautiful, looks and feels brand new. I loved the local culture influence on the design. The staff was very professional and helpful. The environment is beautiful and clean. The location is great, there are many good dining options around. We got the voucher for the photography session and were super happy with the results! The photos ended up amazingly and we ended up buying much more than we planned to😂 I have 1 point for improvement which is the breakfast. For 5 start resort hotel such as Hilton the choices were quite limited. For eggs part there were only sunny side up. No option for omelets or even scrambled eggs. For the veggies section as well, very dull. No cucumber or tomato even. This is the most basic things in my opinion for a resort hotel of such level. After I asked the restaurant manager for some cucumber and tomato they brought me a nice plate, but I think this shouldn’t be asked for, it should be available for all. Overall we had a great stay and experience, hope my notes will be addressed. Thank you!

An absolutely wonderful stay! The housekeeper was incredibly warm and attentive, the room was spotless, and all the facilities were brand new. And the golden retriever at the property was just SO, SO, SO cute!!! A guesthouse where you just don't want to leave once you've checked in! ^_^

The room was large and very comfortable. It was warm outside when it was cold. The room is very hygienic, the bath towels and everything are clean. The lady boss was very nice. She prepared breakfast for us the next morning. The cakes and breakfast she made were delicious. I had a great experience in Jiuzhaigou. I will stay here again next time I visit when the season changes. Had a great time on this trip.

After leaving Jiuzhaigou, we chose this place for a night's rest. Initially, because our tent was located in a remote mountaintop village, we changed two taxis along the way (a local rental and a Didi), but both refused to take us up the mountain due to a local checkpoint. With two children and a ton of luggage, we were incredibly frustrated. Fortunately, after communicating with the guesthouse, we immediately resolved the issue. They apologized, saying that since most of their guests drive, they hadn't advised us on transportation plans. Upon arrival, the attentive and thoughtful service from the guesthouse staff made all our frustrations disappear. The children even commented that this place was ”the best service of all the hotels I've stayed in.” They truly met our every need within their means and reasonable limits. They even moved an extra rocking chair from the next room when the two kids were fighting over it. The surroundings and beautiful scenery are truly stunning; what you see is what you get. It's a perfect place to relax and unwind. Besides the tent, they're also busy renovating the mountaintop cabin, which looks fantastic and worth the wait. I will definitely come again next time to make up for the regret of not being able to see the starry sky due to the rain this time.

Service: Five minutes after booking, they called to confirm my arrival and the availability of free parking at the entrance. Upon check-in, I received complimentary cake and fruit, and was reminded about breakfast times – standard excellent service. What impressed me, however, was that they pre-warmed the room with the air conditioning, making it very cozy. The shuttle service to attractions was a great bonus. Hygiene: The Song-style minimalist decor with black floors was impeccably clean. The wet and dry areas in the bathroom were well-separated, there were no strange odors, and the toiletries were thoughtfully selected – very attentive. Facilities: The facilities were comprehensive. I prefer a firm mattress, and the front desk staff immediately arranged a change for me. I particularly liked the desk, which made working hassle-free. Individually packaged wet wipes in the bathroom were a very thoughtful touch. Dining: The B&B's breakfast was plentiful, but the milk was boxed and not heated, which was a bit unusual for me. The stone pot chicken was incredibly delicious and highly recommended.
