The room itself was fresh and airy with great ventilation. Everything was meticulously cleaned, with no dust or water stains in the corners, and the bedding was soft and clean. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, handling check-in efficiently and resolving any issues promptly. My overall stay far exceeded my expectations before the trip. This is definitely a top choice for travelers who prioritize convenience. A solid five-star rating!"

"I really love the Pullman brand; I always stayed there when I was abroad, and I'm pleasantly surprised that the service in China is just as excellent. I especially liked the turndown service in the room. The porter who checked me in, Xiao Bo, thoughtfully asked about my pillow preferences and provided a buckwheat pillow, which was incredibly considerate. The hotel's location is also fantastic. Overall, the service was impeccable."
