"This hotel is pretty good. The location is excellent, really close to the subway station, which makes getting around super convenient. Plus, there's a mall right next door, so it's easy to grab a meal or do some shopping. The staff service is also great, especially Moon, Pink, Joyce, and Freya from the service center. They were very responsive to all our needs. Our travel plans changed this time, and they even let us have a late check-out. I'd definitely come back again if I have the chance."

The freshly ground soy milk at breakfast was incredibly rich and flavorful – they said it's made from an old variety of soybeans, and it went perfectly with the freshly made fried dough sticks. Plus, the hotel is right next to MixC shopping mall and a subway station, making it super easy to get anywhere. This experience was truly top-notch, definitely five-star worthy! She was incredibly responsive and consistently greeted me warmly and offered assistance throughout my stay. The hotel itself boasts a fantastic industrial-chic design, and the lobby bar's decor is also very stylish. The breakfast was quite good too. During the concert period, the hotel even set up a Jay Chou standee for photo opportunities, which was a really thoughtful touch."

"I must commend the hotel staff for their excellent customer friendly service. Today morning, I had difficulty accessing Scoot to checkin for my 2pm Nanning-Singapore departure flight. Michael went the extra mile to bring me to the adjacent building to a print company and make use of their computer to login to Scoot airline. Due to different web platform, I was still unable to complete my Scoot check-in. However, I appreciate the extra effort made by Michael. I have stayed in this hotel, in and out, for 6 days and it was worth my money spent. Nanking has many beautiful places of interests."

"The room was spacious and bright, with all the essential amenities. The common areas were also clean and tidy, creating a comfortable environment, and it offered great value for money. The best part was the excellent front desk service. Because it's been raining in Nanning these past few days, and there are so many Yaster hotels around, I accidentally ordered food from a restaurant about 200 meters away that wasn't mine. The delivery driver said he didn't have time to bring it over, so the front desk staff kindly went to pick it up for me after the rain stopped."
