"This is our second time staying at FAV Hotel, and the overall experience was very pleasant. Firstly, the room design is very modern, giving it a comfortable feel. The interior color palette primarily uses warm tones, complemented by wooden decor, creating a cozy atmosphere. The room's layout is also very practical. The bunk bed design is especially suitable for family travelers; children can play on them, making it easier for parents. Additionally, the beds are extremely comfortable, ensuring we had a good night's sleep. In terms of space, the room is exceptionally spacious, and it provides plenty of charging ports. The room is equipped with a kitchenette and a washing machine, which is extremely convenient. The only minor drawback is the limited parking, with only three spaces available. However, there's a nearby parking lot which costs just 600 yen for the whole night. Furthermore, there's a convenience store within a one-minute walk. In summary, I was extremely satisfied with the design, comfort, and convenience of the rooms at this hotel. Highly recommended for family travelers!"

"The hotel is in a good location. It's very close to Domachisuji Station (trams and city buses), very close to Shopping Street (very close to Kamishatori Shopping Street), and close to Kumamoto Castle. The room is quite new. I will stay here again next time."

"Overall, I am satisfied, but as the review shows, the heating was only on the ２ floor because of the maisonette type, and the １ floor remained very cold. I gave up the air conditioner and used only the small fan heater that I had prepared in the room, but it was warmer than using the air conditioner. (in summer, if the air conditioner is not working, it may be tough without a fan.) The shower head was more troublesome than the air conditioning, and it was not very easy to use in terms of water quantity. I was a little disgusted during my stay, so I went to a hot spring called Yurakusu nearby. It may have been inconvenient because it was a long stay, but tableware (paper plate, etc.) is prepared only one sheet a day, so it may not be enough to eat three meals. Also, since the trash can bag was not prepared to be replaced, I used the same trash bag all the time. If you are interested, you may want to buy it separately because there are 100 averages nearby."
