I accidentally left my backpack in the room during a room change. After contacting the front desk, they quickly retrieved it for me. My passport, bank cards, and US dollar cash were all inside, and everything was returned to me exactly as I left it! A huge thank you to the hotel staff!"

"This hotel was amazing. Booked 3 haram views room and the views are breathtaking with speakers in the hotel to read with jamaat. Housekeeping was really quick and efficient. Lifts were a bit slow as we had separate rooms on every floor. Was opposite gate 330 and straight into masjid e nabwi. I recommend booking your rawdah appointment and walk straight down to gate 360. I would definitely recommend and stay here again. It is definitely a 5 star hotel. The shops nearby are a bit expensive but bin dawood mall is really good for groceries. It was an amazing experience. We wasn’t allowed late checkout as our flight was @ 3:10 in the morning so we had to leave the luggage in the reception and wait around 8-9 hours. Thank you for your service and we look forward to book again"

"Our stay at InterContinental Madinah Dar Al Iman was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The hotel perfectly blends luxury, comfort, and spirituality, offering everything one could wish for when visiting the Prophet’s Mosque. The location is unbeatable, just steps away from Al-Masjid An-Nabawi, with direct access to the ladies’ and men’s prayer gates, making it incredibly convenient, especially during prayer times. The rooms were spacious, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds, soft linens, and all the amenities expected from a top tier hotel. The view of the Prophet’s Mosque from our window was breathtaking and made every moment feel extra special. Service throughout our stay was impeccable. The staff were courteous, professional, and genuinely kind, always ready to assist with a smile. Check in and checkout were smooth, and housekeeping was attentive to every detail. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of international and Middle Eastern dishes, all fresh and delicious. The restaurant staff were warm and accommodating, making sure every guest felt welcome. Overall, InterContinental Dar Al Iman truly stands out for its prime location, world class hospitality, and serene atmosphere. It’s the ideal place for anyone visiting Madinah, whether for Umrah, Hajj, or personal reflection. "I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at this hotel. The room was clean, quiet, and provided everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The location is one of the hotel’s strongest advantages, as it is conveniently situated midway between Al-Masjid an-Nabawi and Masjid Qiba. Both can be reached on foot in approximately 10–15 minutes, making it an excellent choice for visitors who enjoy walking. The manager deserves special recognition. He was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always willing to help whenever needed. His professionalism, cooperation, and genuine care for the guests made a noticeable difference throughout my stay. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay, a convenient location, and excellent hospitality in Madinah."

"Madina Aram Hotel ki location bohot achi hai, Masjid-e-Nabwi se walking distance par hai. Staff cooperative aur helpful hai. Rooms clean thay aur stay comfortable raha. Sirf washroom mein pani ka chhota sa issue tha jo staff ne foran theek kar diya. Overall experience acha aur satisfactory raha."

"We had originally booked another hotel but upon arrival there we immediately canceled our reservation and were looking for another hotel in the area ASAP, something clean, close to Masjid Nabawi and fairly priced.  We knew the name and brand; however, we saw two Intercontinental hotels and went with the one we felt had a slight edge or advantage. The hotel was built many years ago and we were informed that it is in the planning process of a renovation so we knew ahead of time what to expect. It has signature blue carpet and a 1950’s/1960’s vibe that I personally adored (almost out of a James Bond movie with Sean Connery).   Everyday we stayed at the hotel, it grew on us.  The view outside was heavenly mashAla.  Remember you can open the window haha some people I imagine think they can’t.  It such an experience and you have to do it.  Most importantly, however, the sweatheart staff and how accommodating they were, you forget you’re staying at the Intercontinental and imagine you’re at your friends house.  Again, We had an amazing window view and could see in the direction of Uhud.  All The cafe’s are right outside of the hotel, the mosque is literally right outside the hotel and down the walking path, maybe a 5 minute walk.  Plenty of pigeons to feed, affordable Ubers/ Taxi right outside, you can walk to Uhud you can walk to Quba, you can do it all.  And the best part, the check-in/help desk are right in front of you when you walk in to the lobby.   Side note: if you enjoy peoppe watching , you get a great view from your hotel room to the outside.  They have a coffee bar in the Lobby with free dates and Arabic coffee (world class) and this hotel served the best Breakfast and room service food I’ve ever had and I’ve been to 51 countries, aged 44.  It was even at par or better maybe than the Jabal Omar in Mecca we stayed at.  You absolutely cannot lose out by staying at this hotel.  If you have any issues pick up your room phone and dial any one of the prompts and someone will alleviate any issues you have.   The hotel executive management were world class and again treated me like a friend/family.  Based off our repertoire I’d come back to this hotel because Sister Khadijah and staff were so amazing mashAla."

"A lovely hotel. We received excellent service throughout the hotel with special mention to the reception desk, the porters and housekeeping. The location is one of the best, if not the best. It is located right in front of the haram. We booked a standard room with Haram view. The view was wonderful. We were located on the 2nd floor and we had a view of the gumbad. The room is comfortable for a couple but it would feel cramped if a spare bed was added."
