We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at the hotel. Its biggest advantage is its close proximity to Masjid al-Haram. You can reach it in just a few minutes on foot, which is especially convenient for Umrah pilgrims. The rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with modern furnishings. The beds are very comfortable, and the air conditioning system works perfectly. There's quality daily cleaning service. The view from the window is also very beautiful. Breakfast is rich and delicious, with a variety of national and international dishes available. The staff are very polite, prompt, and always ready to help. The check-in and check-out process was quick and smooth. This hotel is very suitable for both family trips and guests coming for pilgrimage. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit. The hotel’s location is exceptional—just a short walk from Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, making it very convenient for prayers at any time. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were courteous, professional, and always willing to help, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The breakfast offered a good variety of delicious options, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and relaxing. I felt safe and comfortable staying alone, and the excellent service made my visit even more memorable. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 An absolutely wonderful stay! The location is unbeatable – just a minute’s walk to the Haram. The hotel is spotless, always smells fresh, and the staff at reception and housekeeping are extremely professional, humble, and welcoming. Rooms are perfectly sized, with cozy beds, excellent bathrooms, and great amenities. I loved the complimentary Nespresso machine with unlimited pods, free drinks, and the fruit/snack basket delivered every other day. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes and an impressive selection of teas and coffees. The hotel also has a beautiful prayer area. For families, this hotel is perfect – it has a kids’ nursery and play area with a nanny’s supervision, so parents can relax while children are entertained in a safe environment. One of the best hotels in Madinah – highly recommended for both families and solo travelers.

Convenient location, kind and polite staff. Rooms are spacious, and cleanliness is maintained both in the rooms and throughout the hotel, including the dining area. Breakfasts are varied and very delicious! Check-in is quick, and check-out is efficient, without any hassle.

I booked a triple bed room, but the hotel generously upgraded us to a suite room at no extra charge. It was such a lovely surprise! The suite was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed. The beds were very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. Thank you to the hotel team for the thoughtful gesture — it made our stay even more memorable.

Too close to the haram especially for women, nice reception, great and varied breakfast buffet. I would recommend it.

My stay was average overall. The hotel benefits from an excellent location and the convenience of free parking, which made getting around very easy. I would also like to commend the staff for their helpful attitude and good service. Whenever issues were raised, they responded promptly and did their best to address them. That said, the property would benefit from som9e renovation and maintenance. The room furnishings appeared dated, the mattress was no longer very comfortable, some of the lighting fixtures were not working, and the cable TV signal was inconsistent. The bathroom drainage could also be improved, as water tended to remain on the floor after use. While the hotel offers good value in terms of location and service, updating the rooms and facilities would greatly enhance the guest experience. I would be happy to stay here again if renovations are carried out in the future.

The hotel was perfectly located near the Masjid al Nabawi and restaurants and shops. The staff were helpful and accommodate my request for early check in. Highly recommend the hotel.

I was given a room overlooking a construction site, despite specifically asking for a quiet room at reception. I requested a change, and that's when things got complicated! They kept moving me to different floors, but never away from the infamous construction. This happened 3 or 4 times, and each time I had to navigate crowded elevators that stopped on many floors, all while lugging my suitcases. Eventually, I asked the duty manager to resolve the issue and, if possible, give me a room on a lower floor to avoid the elevator stress – it was the least they could do after all that. He asked me to wait. I was practically in tears, exhausted from a long overnight flight; all I wanted was my room so I could rest. Then, he gave me a room on the highest floor of the hotel. It didn't face the construction, but it was a connecting room with families who gathered there day and night, talking loudly, and he told me that I had paid for a room, and that was that. His behavior was neither professional nor friendly, but rather malicious and sly. I strongly advise against staying here.
