"I had a very positive experience at this hotel. It's excellent, very close to the main square. Although it's a little hidden, this doesn't detract from the experience at all. Furthermore, the cost-benefit is outstanding; it's definitely worth the money. The receptionists are wonderful, always willing to help, and very polite. They always use a translation machine with audio and text to ensure clear communication. Every time I entered the hotel, they would greet me warmly. The service was consistent—every day they placed a small bottle of water in my room and replaced the toiletries. I initially stayed for two days and left because I had booked another hotel, but I couldn't stay long at the other one and ended up coming back here, which was the right decision. On my next trip, I will definitely book here again."
"I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better hotel! The staff are welcoming and friendly, there is a tea and snacks area next to reception available for free all day. The rooms are modern and beautiful and have every amenity you could ask for. The shower has wonderful heat and water pressure. They provide water, tea, coffee, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel that is refilled daily. The location is very convenient, next to the Metro and just one block away from Zhongyang Pedestrian Street. They also have free laundry on the third floor available before 10pm. I only wish I could have stayed longer."
"Great clean hotel with friendly staff. Staff don't speak English but try their very best with the translator app to accommodate you. Location is decent with most attractions a short taxi ride away."
"Location is at central street which is extremely conveniet for shopping, sight-seeing and dinning. It is just 1 street across a charming russian restaurant which serve flavourful vegetable soup and hearty meat dishes. Room is family type for 3 persons and with dry and wet shower and bath. Served simple breakfast and supper."
"Excellent stay in Harbin Everything was great. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located about a 10–15 minute walk from Zhongyang (Central) Street, which made sightseeing easy. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommended. Xie xie!"
"We chose this hotel because there is a TCM place literally on the opposite side of the block and my sister could get acupuncture there. All the staff were friendly, the hotel was modern and bright, and it was easy to get taxis outside. My sister especially enjoyed the breakfast bigger because there was a lot of dongbei food and the hot dishes changed every day. While we were there (Spring Festival) there were free snacks at reception, like hulutang, frozen pears, egg tarts."
"As a solo traveler, this hotel exceeded all my expectations! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive—nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean, cozy, and the amenities were fantastic. Felt safe and welcome the whole stay; will definitely be back!"
"Upon entering I was immediately greeted and with someone to carry all my luggage. I was also given a warm water. Front desk lady is great with customer support. It was freezing cold, despite my room not ready, she upgraded me to a family room and made sure to remove cigarette smell in the room. I have the view of the central street as well as Sophia cathedral. I really appreciate the team’s service."
"Compared with hotels located on Central Street, this hotel is more budget-friendly while still offering a comfortable stay. Central Street is approximately a 20-minute walk away, and Shangzhi Street Metro Station can be reached in about 18 minutes on foot. Some room types have been newly renovated, and the facilities are adequate with all basic amenities provided. The front desk staff are warm, attentive, and responsive. Given the reasonable price, this hotel is a solid choice, especially during peak seasons."

GGuest UserHarbin Central Street Habsburg Hotel (Sofia Church) exceeded all expectations. The location is absolutely perfect—right near Central Street and Sofia Church—making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing, shopping, and food. The hotel itself is elegant, clean, and very well maintained, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. A very special shoutout to the amazing 管家 team: Max and Nan, who were exceptionally attentive, friendly, and professional throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and comfortable for us. There was also another 管家 who helped us greatly (so sorry I forgot his name!), but his service was just as outstanding. The entire team truly made us feel taken care of. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Harbin—this hotel offers not just a great stay, but genuinely memorable service. 🌟

GGuest UserAfter taking 5 hours Journey on a 40 seater public bus that cost me 100 yuan i arrived at a beautiful homestay run by family, the homestay is the 1st at the entrance of the village. Room is comfortable with huge bed and heated bed and floor, eventhou the bed is just a thin mattress (its call a Kang Bed) but i still can sleep soundly every night. Only things need to change is the toilet because our toilet bowl is right at the center so i cant shower or use the basin (no space to stand)😀 They provide toothbrush and disposable face towel only so you have to bring your own towel and toiletries. Restaurant, reception counter and living room are together, this is a place for the owner and all guests to have meal and gathering. You will see them all day at the living room. We also have some activities such as making tanghulu (fruits coated with syrup), making dumpling and just chit chat eating popcorn and frozen persimmon and pear. Food is so yummy, no need to eat outside because you can order from this homestay. Breakfast is free. Its a simple and healthy- plain porridge, bun and pickles. The northern people are not so much into sugary or fancy drinks, even like tea or coffees. plain hot water is what they had most of the time. Lunch and dinner you can choose from their menu. Few activities you can do in town such as walk around town and enjoy the beautiful scenery like what i did, i also took the sleight horse (200 yuan) to go to the national forest and also stroll along the river for sightseeing. If u want to have ski, snow mobile, tubing there are 2 private own mini park that you can go just by walking distance 5-15 minutes. There is a bigger park Rime Ridge, also known as Wu Song Ling, is a place in Harbin, China where you can see rime and snow scenery, and participate in winter activities this will cost 400 yuan. At night there will be campfire and singing at the village. You can join for free. Go for a walk at night to see lots of villagers selling foods by the road side. I also enjoyed experimenting the ‘boiling water thrown into the sky’ ..beautiful effect from the ice steam. Most important please bring extra cash incase the alipay not working you will still have money. There is no bank or atm machine in the village. Its all solely depending on online payment such as allipay/wechat. I have problem with my alipay payment and I didn’t bring much cash so i cant spend so much at the village. The homestay owner knew about my problem so she worry i dont have enough money to eat so she cook meals for me FREE.. such a nice person. God bless her 🙏🏼 I wish to come again with my family, and i will stay here
GGuest UserWhat a gem! The hotel is so close to Harbin Airport, which made our trip super convenient. The rooms are modern, very clean, and spacious, with comfortable beds, a nice shower, and a separate toilet area. We really appreciated the free airport shuttle, the courteous driver and staff, and even the elevator to the upper floors. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise—an affordable all-you-can-eat option for just 20 RMB. You can also order dumplings or wontons off the menu. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the countryside air was fresh, and there were restaurants just a short walk away. We liked it so much that we stayed here twice on our trip. Would definitely recommend it!
GGuest UserThis hotel is very nice amazing service is pretty good and if you want a budget friendly hotel i will highly recommend this. As a foreigner it was great hotel.

GGuest UserMy recent stay at the Yabu Loni Hotel was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. It perfectly combined comfort, convenience, and fantastic service, making for a memorable winter getaway. First and foremost, the hotel itself is lovely. The hotel counter staff are helpful and friendly too. The rooms are nice and cozy, providing the perfect warm and inviting retreat after a long day on the slopes. It felt like a true home away from home. The highlight of our trip was the seamless ski package coordinated with the Sun Mountain Ski Resort, the snowboard equipment is new. The package made everything incredibly easy, and I must give a special commendation to the staff at Sun Mountain Resort. They were exceptionally professional and efficient. Their excellence was truly demonstrated when I unfortunately lost my DJI Pocket 3 on the way to the slope. Once I reported it lost, they managed the situation brilliantly and, to my immense relief, helped me find it! This level of care and responsibility is truly above and beyond. When it came to dining, the hotel’s restaurant, Er Bin Si Fang Cai, was a delight. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet provided by the hotel every morning, which was a great way to start the day. The food and service were so good that I ended up having dinner at the restaurant every night. The service was attentive, and the food was consistently delicious. In summary, I highly recommend Yabu Loni Hotel. The cozy atmosphere, valuable ski package, and outstanding service from both the hotel and Sun Mountain Resort team make it a top choice. I will definitely be returning!
