"I had a very positive experience at this hotel. It's excellent, very close to the main square. Although it's a little hidden, this doesn't detract from the experience at all. Furthermore, the cost-benefit is outstanding; it's definitely worth the money. The receptionists are wonderful, always willing to help, and very polite. They always use a translation machine with audio and text to ensure clear communication. Every time I entered the hotel, they would greet me warmly. The service was consistent—every day they placed a small bottle of water in my room and replaced the toiletries. I initially stayed for two days and left because I had booked another hotel, but I couldn't stay long at the other one and ended up coming back here, which was the right decision. On my next trip, I will definitely book here again."

"I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better hotel! The staff are welcoming and friendly, there is a tea and snacks area next to reception available for free all day. The rooms are modern and beautiful and have every amenity you could ask for. The shower has wonderful heat and water pressure. They provide water, tea, coffee, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel that is refilled daily. The location is very convenient, next to the Metro and just one block away from Zhongyang Pedestrian Street. They also have free laundry on the third floor available before 10pm. I only wish I could have stayed longer."

"Location is at central street which is extremely conveniet for shopping, sight-seeing and dinning. It is just 1 street across a charming russian restaurant which serve flavourful vegetable soup and hearty meat dishes. Room is family type for 3 persons and with dry and wet shower and bath. Served simple breakfast and supper."

The hotel is conveniently located about a 10–15 minute walk from Zhongyang (Central) Street, which made sightseeing easy. "We chose this hotel because there is a TCM place literally on the opposite side of the block and my sister could get acupuncture there. All the staff were friendly, the hotel was modern and bright, and it was easy to get taxis outside. My sister especially enjoyed the breakfast bigger because there was a lot of dongbei food and the hot dishes changed every day. While we were there (Spring Festival) there were free snacks at reception, like hulutang, frozen pears, egg tarts."

"Upon entering I was immediately greeted and with someone to carry all my luggage. I was also given a warm water. Front desk lady is great with customer support. It was freezing cold, despite my room not ready, she upgraded me to a family room and made sure to remove cigarette smell in the room. I have the view of the central street as well as Sophia cathedral. I really appreciate the team’s service."

Central Street is approximately a 20-minute walk away, and Shangzhi Street Metro Station can be reached in about 18 minutes on foot. Some room types have been newly renovated, and the facilities are adequate with all basic amenities provided. The front desk staff are warm, attentive, and responsive. Given the reasonable price, this hotel is a solid choice, especially during peak seasons."
