Hotels near Daowai, Harbin

"The room was great and the service was excellent, a perfect score! The auntie cleaned the room proactively every day, making it spotless. The hotel front desk staff were also very good, proactively introducing relevant services and recommending nearby attractions. The room was new, spacious, and equipped with smart facilities. The heating was excellent, and it was relatively quiet, ensuring a comfortable sleep. The hotel is located in Daowai District, making travel convenient, with parking right at the entrance. Plus, the self-service breakfast restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel was also very good. We happened to experience snowfall during our stay, which was beautiful. I've attached a few photos of the snowy scene outside the hotel entrance."

"The hotel location is really the plus point as there are a lot of muslim food since it is near the mosque. The room is simple and clean. The train station is just in front if the hotel. Next to the hotel there is a coffee shop selling all halal food, The food was really delicious with lots of variety to choose from. Right behind the mosque also a row of halal food and halal convinient store. We bought the halal sausages and cup noodles from there to bring to Snow Valley and Snow Town for our 3 nights stay as there are no Halal food there."

"Harbin Central Street Habsburg Hotel (Sofia Church) exceeded all expectations. The location is absolutely perfect—right near Central Street and Sofia Church—making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing, shopping, and food. The hotel itself is elegant, clean, and very well maintained, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. A very special shoutout to the amazing 管家 team: Max and Nan, who were exceptionally attentive, friendly, and professional throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and comfortable for us. There was also another 管家 who helped us greatly (so sorry I forgot his name!), but his service was just as outstanding. The entire team truly made us feel taken care of. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Harbin—this hotel offers not just a great stay, but genuinely memorable service. 🌟"

"Around a ten minute drive to the major scenic spots. Restaurants just next to the hote"

"My travel companion and I loved our 5D4N hotel stay. The interior design is aesthetically pleasing in a classy way which elevates the experience. The hotel is very clean and well-managed by polite and helpful staff who assisted in different aspects of our stay, from enquiries, baggages and bookings to housekeeping and breakfast experience. What you see in the photos is what you get. Comfortable bed and pillows for a good night's sleep. Excellent location: A minute's walk from Zhongyang Street and right next to the famed Laochujia restaurant and several other eateries. No lack of food and shopping day or night if you stay in this hotel. For those who prefer a slower day, it's a short walk from Lizzy to Zhaolin Park."

"Anyone who's stayed at Qian Tong Hotel will rave about it! First, its location inside the scenic area makes exploring and dining incredibly convenient, and it's less than three kilometers from Central Street. Second, the hotel's interior is a peaceful oasis, and the rooms are incredibly spacious, clean, and bright. The hotel's attention to detail shines through everywhere. The ladies at the front desk are warm and thoughtful. On the day I checked in, a lovely young woman met me at the entrance to the scenic area, helped with my luggage, and was even more heartwarming upon arrival at the hotel, offering hand warmers and desserts – truly thoughtful! No words can describe it better than experiencing it yourself!"

"Our family of three, with a two year old daughter stayed for eight nights (28.12.25-05.01.26). Xiao Shuang from the Hotel was extremely helpful and organized a pickup at the airport prior to our arrival. After we got at the hotel in the evening, we came to realize that one of our suitcases was missing.  Xiao Shuang had multiple calls with the driver and the airport authorities and in no time the suitcase was found. She organized a vehicle to deliver it to the hotel. The suitcase was delivered at the hotel the same evening!  Everyone at the hotel was very kind - especially to our daughter and very professional! Everyone was helping fast, regardless of the request!  Xiao Shuang helped us get tickets for the Ice World on a very short notice over WeChat. For our first walk outside in the cold we received a gift for our daughter - warm pads for the feet and body!  On the day of the checkout our family received a goodbye gift!!! We thank everyone at the reception, housekeeping and at the restaurant, especially Xiao Shuang for the lovely stay and the wonderful memories from Harbin! 谢谢🙏！"

"Great themed hotel and with an amazing location right at Zhongyang street where you can see all the amazing ice sculptures without having to walk far in the -30 Degree weather. The staff was very polite and attentive, the best thing about it is of course the dress up session with the photographer. Highly recommended for a novelty stay."
