A great stay at the Zhongshan Hot Springs Resort. The breakfast was excellent and even included western food like bacon and eggs and French toast. Coffee machine made perfect espresso every time. The business rooms were clean and comfortable. The hot springs were easily accessible and not too crowded during the weekday we stayed. The gym had free weights, but was hard to find and most of the machines were broken or couldn’t power up (no elliptical or bikes, but the treadmill worked). Staff was very polite and responsive. Some were able to communicate clearly in English, although Chinese is clearly the preferred language.

GGuest UserFirst off, the location is excellent. The Qijiang River is just a few dozen meters from the hotel entrance, and Qijiang Park is a short walk to the right from the bridge. Crossing the Qijiang Bridge brings you to the Sun Wen West Historical and Cultural Street and Zhongshan Park. The Ferris wheel is not far away, and the bridge offers a perfect spot for night photos. Secondly, the service was great; they upgraded my room type for free as requested. Thumbs up! Finally, the room was spacious, simple, and stylish, reflecting the standard and professionalism of a brand-chain hotel.

GGuest UserExcellent hotel at a nice location. It is next to a shopping mall where you can find numerous eating places and almost everything else you need. There are aldo a good number of restaurants and spas and entertainment establishments across the streets on all sides.
Staff is friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel is kept very tidy and clean. Free coffee and free laundry service at the reception level.
The only thing to complaint about is its slow Internet connection. Half a star may be deducted because of this but given all the other excellent features, I still give it a 5/5 rating.
In short, great value for the money!

GGuest UserIif your visiting because your in the lighting business then this is an excellent hotel to stay in, as many suppliers, factories, expos, etc are nearby. It’s not really a tourist area as such and to travel into Guangzhou City culture is about 1.5-2hrs.
The hotel house keeping is excellent in the rooms and all over the hotel. The staff are very polite and helpful and many speak some English. The food is fairly Western in the main restaurant and there is a Starbucks seconds from the hotel entrance. We had a slight issue with payment cards when we arrived and WeChat didn’t work but Alipay did.
The spa facilities were however disappointing. The swimming pool is large and good but you must wear a hat however the whirlpool doesn’t work, no bubbles and the steam room is poor. When we arrived at lunchtime it was on a very low setting so we had to wait about 30 minutes for it to warm up but it didn’t get hot at all and the sauna is the same, programmed on a very low setting. The spa service was very good and my stones sports massage was excellent. Overall an excellent stay especially for business and comfort. Try to avoid the hotel WiFi as it will block some western services including Netflix.

GGuest UserMy stay at Hilton Zhongshan Lihe was absolutely fantastic! The hotel is right in the city center, and the floor-to-ceiling windows in the high-rise rooms offer stunning city views. The heated pool was wonderfully cool and refreshing, and I even got to watch the sunset from the 60th floor in the evening. The room was clean and comfortable, with excellent air conditioning and soft bedding. The service was thoughtful and attentive, and the breakfast spread was plentiful. It's super convenient for getting around and shopping. Staying here in Zhongshan was incredibly comfortable. A big thanks to Xia Tian for recommending the great food spots, I'm very satisfied!

I was pleasantly surprised by the amenities – the high-speed WiFi and the separate wet/dry bathroom really enhanced my experience. The staff were attentive and thoughtful, proactively offering travel tips. The cleanliness was impeccable, everything was spotless and bright. I was very satisfied with this stay and will definitely choose this hotel again when I visit Zhongshan.

Not only did they give me a detailed introduction to my room and the surrounding area, but just from hearing me mention I was there for tourism, they meticulously planned out a travel itinerary and recommended local Zhongshan delicacies. That's something I haven't experienced at other hotels. The room design and breakfast were surprisingly good, perfectly meeting the needs of a traveler like me. The cleanliness and service were impeccable in my opinion, making it a place I'd definitely consider staying at again. For me, a perfect trip always gets a boost from the hotel experience, and the front desk really delivered this time. I'll be back!

GGuest UserCame to Guangdong with my child during the winter break. A big thank you to Ms. Yin at the Crowne Plaza for her warm hospitality; she specifically asked about our needs during check-in. The hotel's location is great, with traditional dim sum restaurants and an amazing roasted goose nearby – that roasted goose was truly superb! I'll definitely be back next time.
