"This hotel was perfect to finish off my germany trip, the location is quiet even if it's near the train rail and it was lovely taking videos of it. Out of all 3 hotels that I've checked in this hotel was the cleanest, and has the nicest interior. The staff was very helpful and friendly even if it was late at night, they have their own bar and restaurant perfect if you just want to relax after long trips. Just 10-15 minutes walk it's near the skyline plaza (mall) perfect for your last minute shopping... I would definitely come back here."
"My stay was great, my room was clean , the staff was friendly , the location is quiet and just 3 minutes walk from the tram which goes directly to the city central."
"The room was OK, suitable for a short business trip. However, the description on Ctrip was slightly different. I paid a lot more for a smoking room, but after checking in, I found out it was a non-smoking room."
"I had the great pleasure of spending a few days at this hotel, and I can highly recommend it! I received a very warm welcome upon check-in; the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always helpful. My room was spotlessly clean, modernly furnished, and offered a fantastic view. The bed was super comfortable, and it was immediately apparent that great attention had been paid to detail. The bathroom was also impeccably maintained and equipped with high-quality fixtures."
"The environment is great and the facilities are excellent!"

Amazing
GGuest UserLocation of this hotel is very closed to many sightseeing spots such as the old town and the opera house. Rooms in this hotel is very comfortable. We were super tired from a long flight and we had a very nice sleep iand a nice staying at this hotel.
GGuest UserLoved the hotel. It was closed to Mühlberg metro station which directly takes you to the airport. It was clean and had a great breakfast. Just a few stops to the myzeil shopping mall.
GGuest UserWe stayed here for 2 nights for the convenience of being close to the airport, as I had a long international flight to catch out of Frankfurt. The shuttle bus service from the airport was confusing as many buses were picking up from the same spot, but we eventually got it. The shuttle bus back to the airport was straightforward, one every 20 minutes. We particularly appreciated the service of the staff - the number of passengers who come through the door in crowds can be overwhelming, but they always stayed professional and calm. We had an issue with our first room, the air conditioning didn't work (it was 35C during the day) and they offered to change rooms for us. After another similar experience with the second room, they very generously upgraded us to a nicer room, and the air conditioning was much better. The beds were very good. Sadly, we didn't get to try their traditional German restaurant even though I really wanted to, as it was closed on the Sunday evening. The lady at the pool change rooms was very sweet and kind, she helped to show us how the lockers worked. The bar restaurant lady manager(?) was also very nice, she sat us at an outdoor table when we asked to change seats as it was very hot inside. Overall, we felt very well taken care of, and the service staff made up for the non-working a/c.
GGuest UserIt was my 3rd time here excellent hotel rooms very nice the roof top is amazing. All staffs are extremely friendly and helpful Best option for the airport.
GGuest UserConvenient for a Quick Stopover I recently stayed at the IntercityHotel Frankfurt Airport for a quick overnight transit, and while the location is certainly convenient for catching an early flight or a late arrival, the overall experience was quite average. The proximity to the airport is the hotel’s strongest point, making it a practical choice for travelers in transit. The shuttle service was efficient, and the check-in process was straightforward. The room was basic but functional, providing the essentials for a short stay. However, the decor felt somewhat dated, and the overall atmosphere was more utilitarian than welcoming. It’s a decent spot to rest for the night, but not much more than that.
GGuest UserA little off the beaten path but still in a relatively nice location. About a 15 min walk to central downtown or a 2-3min metro ride. Nice grocery stores and restaurants in the general area. The room itself was small but comfy. The bathroom had a small shower with amazing water pressure and super hot water. Was quiet at night and had a comfy bed. Overall, nice for the price.
