"The room service for breakfast was great, the hotel provided an entire set table with the requested meals laid out. The location was perfect for access to the US consulate and the public transport was right within walking distance."
"The room is big and clean. It has big windows too. The staffs are nice. It is close to the tram station so it’s convenient. However, you need to pay deposit to rent a kettle. Overall, I enjoy my stay here."
"The hotel is clean and affordable. It’s close to Frankfurt Airport, making it a great transit hotel for us to relax for one night before catching an early flight."
"Very clean and comfortable modern hotel with phenomenal breakfast. I wish we were staying in Frankfurt longer. The gym is better than most hotel gyms — it even has a smith machine!"
"The family room was incredibly spacious, and the hotel itself was spotlessly clean. The city center is also within easy walking distance. On-site underground parking is available, offering excellent value for money. The room never felt cramped."
"It is right next to the tram station. And not far from downtown. The reception lady was nice and gave me a lot of free water during my staying coz my sickness."

Amazing
GGuest UserLocation of this hotel is very closed to many sightseeing spots such as the old town and the opera house. Rooms in this hotel is very comfortable. We were super tired from a long flight and we had a very nice sleep iand a nice staying at this hotel.
GGuest UserLoved the hotel. It was closed to Mühlberg metro station which directly takes you to the airport. It was clean and had a great breakfast. Just a few stops to the myzeil shopping mall.
GGuest UserWe stayed here for 2 nights for the convenience of being close to the airport, as I had a long international flight to catch out of Frankfurt. The shuttle bus service from the airport was confusing as many buses were picking up from the same spot, but we eventually got it. The shuttle bus back to the airport was straightforward, one every 20 minutes. We particularly appreciated the service of the staff - the number of passengers who come through the door in crowds can be overwhelming, but they always stayed professional and calm. We had an issue with our first room, the air conditioning didn't work (it was 35C during the day) and they offered to change rooms for us. After another similar experience with the second room, they very generously upgraded us to a nicer room, and the air conditioning was much better. The beds were very good. Sadly, we didn't get to try their traditional German restaurant even though I really wanted to, as it was closed on the Sunday evening. The lady at the pool change rooms was very sweet and kind, she helped to show us how the lockers worked. The bar restaurant lady manager(?) was also very nice, she sat us at an outdoor table when we asked to change seats as it was very hot inside. Overall, we felt very well taken care of, and the service staff made up for the non-working a/c.
GGuest UserConvenient for a Quick Stopover I recently stayed at the IntercityHotel Frankfurt Airport for a quick overnight transit, and while the location is certainly convenient for catching an early flight or a late arrival, the overall experience was quite average. The proximity to the airport is the hotel’s strongest point, making it a practical choice for travelers in transit. The shuttle service was efficient, and the check-in process was straightforward. The room was basic but functional, providing the essentials for a short stay. However, the decor felt somewhat dated, and the overall atmosphere was more utilitarian than welcoming. It’s a decent spot to rest for the night, but not much more than that.
GGuest UserA little off the beaten path but still in a relatively nice location. About a 15 min walk to central downtown or a 2-3min metro ride. Nice grocery stores and restaurants in the general area. The room itself was small but comfy. The bathroom had a small shower with amazing water pressure and super hot water. Was quiet at night and had a comfy bed. Overall, nice for the price.
