"What I liked best was the communication via WhatsApp. Great. The friendly lady at reception was also very helpful. The kitchen had everything you could need."
"This hotel was perfect to finish off my germany trip, the location is quiet even if it's near the train rail and it was lovely taking videos of it. Out of all 3 hotels that I've checked in this hotel was the cleanest, and has the nicest interior. The staff was very helpful and friendly even if it was late at night, they have their own bar and restaurant perfect if you just want to relax after long trips. Just 10-15 minutes walk it's near the skyline plaza (mall) perfect for your last minute shopping... I would definitely come back here."
"Very conveniently located to the Tram and supermarket nearby in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Room is perfect for one except bathroom is very small otherwise good place for a short stay."
"My stay was great, my room was clean , the staff was friendly , the location is quiet and just 3 minutes walk from the tram which goes directly to the city central."
"Very close to the airport, the hotel is quite satisfactory, there is no drinking water provided, the hotel buys five euros a bottle, and the supermarket can't buy 5 cents a bottle in the next few days."
"The Frankfurt Airport Marriott Hotel offers an excellent stay right inside the airport complex, making it incredibly convenient for travelers. The rooms are modern, spacious, and exceptionally clean, with comfortable beds and well-equipped workspaces including coffee machines. Guests appreciate the quiet atmosphere despite the proximity to the airport, allowing for restful sleep. The staff is consistently praised for being friendly, professional, and helpful, contributing to a smooth check-in and overall pleasant experience. The hotel features nice dining options with good food quality. Its direct connection to Terminal 1 allows for easy airport access, ideal for business travelers and transit guests. Some minor points mentioned include occasional high prices for breakfast and room service, but overall, it provides great value and comfort for a short stay in Frankfurt."
"The hotel is just 10 minutes walking distance away from Frankfurt T2. It your flight is to/from T2, it is a good choice. Room very clean, breakfast is good. Very close to the subway station"
"Overall, as Holiday Inn's reputation, this hotel was cozy and good. I n particular, the quality of the bed was good, so I slept comfortably and quality. The breakfast was fresh and diverse. However, I couldn't understand that parking fees should be added."

Amazing
GGuest UserLocation of this hotel is very closed to many sightseeing spots such as the old town and the opera house. Rooms in this hotel is very comfortable. We were super tired from a long flight and we had a very nice sleep iand a nice staying at this hotel.
GGuest UserIt was my 3rd time here excellent hotel rooms very nice the roof top is amazing. All staffs are extremely friendly and helpful Best option for the airport.
GGuest UserLoved the hotel. It was closed to Mühlberg metro station which directly takes you to the airport. It was clean and had a great breakfast. Just a few stops to the myzeil shopping mall.
GGuest UserWe stayed here for 2 nights for the convenience of being close to the airport, as I had a long international flight to catch out of Frankfurt. The shuttle bus service from the airport was confusing as many buses were picking up from the same spot, but we eventually got it. The shuttle bus back to the airport was straightforward, one every 20 minutes. We particularly appreciated the service of the staff - the number of passengers who come through the door in crowds can be overwhelming, but they always stayed professional and calm. We had an issue with our first room, the air conditioning didn't work (it was 35C during the day) and they offered to change rooms for us. After another similar experience with the second room, they very generously upgraded us to a nicer room, and the air conditioning was much better. The beds were very good. Sadly, we didn't get to try their traditional German restaurant even though I really wanted to, as it was closed on the Sunday evening. The lady at the pool change rooms was very sweet and kind, she helped to show us how the lockers worked. The bar restaurant lady manager(?) was also very nice, she sat us at an outdoor table when we asked to change seats as it was very hot inside. Overall, we felt very well taken care of, and the service staff made up for the non-working a/c.
GGuest UserA little off the beaten path but still in a relatively nice location. About a 15 min walk to central downtown or a 2-3min metro ride. Nice grocery stores and restaurants in the general area. The room itself was small but comfy. The bathroom had a small shower with amazing water pressure and super hot water. Was quiet at night and had a comfy bed. Overall, nice for the price.
