Hotels near 13th arr., Paris

The staff is friendly and the location is good. But: it's very noisy. The windows don't close properly and noise comes from the street. The walls are thin, so noise comes from adjacent rooms and the common areas are impossible to sleep in. The shower stalls only have hot water, and the temperature can't be adjusted. The water is so hot that I had to rinse off my shampoo in the sink in my room. The room has an unpleasant, old-fashioned odor.

When I checked out in the morning to catch my flight, the front desk asked me to pay the price difference. This is the first time I have encountered this in my travels around the world. Finally, I talked to Ctrip customer service, and the front desk staff said that they made a mistake. The front desk staff is suspected of fraud. I have never encountered this. It should be an isolated case.

Actually great hotel for reasonable price. At first entrance throw us off looking plain and old, we almost missed it, but when we entered the place we were pleasantly surprised by the nice atmosphere and fresh welcoming look coupled with the pleasant receptionist. Room was really nice and clean and climate control was working really well. We weren’t disturbed when being in room and every time we came back we found room put together nicely. Staff were really welcoming and location proved to be great. Really nice experience

Modern structure, reception 24/24 h , small room with even smaller service and lack of bidet, good location about 300 meters from the place d'Italie and 200 meters from the metro.

I chose this hotel primarily for its location, which turned out to be fantastic for exploring the city. The room was also adequate and comfortable enough. Unfortunately, the experience was let down by the lack of what I consider to be standard hotel amenities. I was quite surprised that there was no kettle available in the room, no designated trash can, and no tissues. For the price and category of hotel, I would typically expect these basic items to be provided.

Hotel was clean, staff were helpful when we arrived a day later because our flight was cancelled. Breakfast was yummy too! Lounge area was also great! I cannot complain. Good price for the location.

No water boiler and cups in the room, not enough electrical socks and none in the bathroom but except these points all was very well! Very hood service and very friendly staff, great place to stay in paris, hotel in a quiet small street but near tube station. overall experience was very good

Beyond expectations! The hotel is located near Place d’Italie station (13 arr), near the police station. The neighborhood is peaceful and we feel safe. The room looks a bit dated and small but totally acceptable. We’ll stay here again when we come back to Paris.

The location of the hotel is very good. It’s not too far from the olympiades metro station and close to the Asian district. There are many good restaurants with reasonable prices. There are also many Asian stores. The room is not too small for Paris, but it has some smell as the hotel might be a little old. Some of the staffs are friendly and they can speak English.

The room was truly beautiful, and I was very pleased with it. My only significant complaint is that the bed faced an entire wall of mirrors. I personally dislike sleeping opposite a mirror, so if this bothers you, I'd suggest either avoiding this hotel or requesting a room without mirrors from the front desk. The hotel, however, completely lacked a proper lobby. The elevator was quite old-fashioned, almost antique, and seemed to only fit one person at a time, but I actually found it charming. The cleanliness was exceptional; the room was cleaned daily, and hygiene standards were excellent. They even provided disposable slippers! I loved the bathroom's color scheme. The room decor, including an elegant wooden table, was lovely, and there was a pleasant, subtle fragrance. The bathroom itself was very spacious and comfortable, although the main room was a bit small and might feel cramped for two people. There are many appealing restaurants on the street directly behind the hotel, though I didn't get a chance to try them. Breakfast is served on the top floor, which I didn't visit, but I imagine the views would be great. The hotel staff were extremely friendly, and luggage storage was available. The location is also fantastic, with a metro station nearby and bus number 68 right downstairs, which conveniently goes through central Paris. I usually took the bus back to the hotel and was very satisfied with its accessibility.
