Amazing
OOmidI had a fantastic stay at StarNest Willesden Junction! From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and well-organized. The apartment was spotless, stylishly furnished, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay — fast Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy bed.
The location is excellent, just a short walk to Willesden Junction station, making it super easy to get around London. Despite being so well-connected, the area was peaceful and quiet at night, which I appreciated after long days of exploring the city.
The host was exceptional — friendly, responsive, and professional, and check-in was seamless. Overall, StarNest Willesden Junction felt like a home away from home. I would stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting London!

GGuest UserI travelled to Wembley for a football event and stayed at a hotel just a three-minute walk from Wembley Central Station. It was also next to a London designer outlet and a five-minute walk to the stadium. The staff, particularly Jimmy, was very professional and helpful, making for a pleasant stay.

GGuest UserThe stay at the hotel was good. It was clean and well maintained. However the pillows and the mattress were not very comfortable to sleep on and the buffet breakfast menu was repetitive everyday. It would have been good if there was more variety for vegetarians.
On a weekday during our stay there was very loud music from late evening till after midnight from an event at the hotel premises. Considering the fact that we had an early important event to attend the next day it was very inconvenient and disruptive since we were unable to fall asleep till the music stopped and we ended up sleep deprived and exhausted.

CCoronAbsolutely amazing place to stay, easy to just hop on a bus to the tube station to find the main tourist places to go. Staff are friendly and will do anything they can to accommodate you. I would definitely recommend staying here.

GGuest UserOur original hotel booking was cancelled and we were transferred to this hotel and were told that the room cost was £550 a night, I can only guess it was this price as Oasis playing at Wembley. The location was perfect for Wembley, just about a 5 minute walk away. We were allowed in our room early which was great service. The room was described as 'deluxe' but was standard in my opinion, one of the knobs was missing off the shower and there were a few bits in the room that could have done with a little maintenance but the light controls and air con were very responsive. We had breakfast but when we arrived there were no plates, no cutlery and there was only plastic disposable cups for juice and paper cups for coffee which needed replenishing. The full English breakfast was a good size, the only thing that let it down was a cold uncooked tomato. We had a good stay but if we had have been charged the full price I would have been expecting a lot more. Well done to Trip for transferring us at no extra cost.

GGuest UserCan’t fault the location of this hotel if you’re visiting either Wembley Stadium or Wembley Arena both in walking distance which is why we booked it. Other hotels nearby were £300-£400 plus, we paid £190 for our room, for that you get no frills, by that I mean a clean bed and towels but no toiletries. The stickyback plastic covering had come away from the bottom of the shower. The floorboards creaked badly when you walked around the room (felt sorry for the people underneath) and the carpet had clearly seen better days. A nice long mirror in the room but no plugs nearby to do your hair or make up. Lighting not efficient for either of those tasks, wall light barely hanging on the wall and the general look of the room was very dated and shabby. For the money we expected a nicer room than we got and with a little money and effort it could have been. So for us not a particularly pleasant stay.

NNikolettaMI stayed 1 night. The room was good, little noisy facing to the main road. Shower in the room was convenient as the other shower on the floor wasn’t working or was only cold water coming. The bed was really good, bed linen was smelling fresh. I felt content and quite comfortable for the bargain price. 🙏🏻

LLorena Viera RodríguezThe hotel is not that far but around 40 min by metro to any place in the center, so is still but you need to count with that extra travel time in your holidays schedule.
About the hotel, the rooms are quite good and clean. Just smalls toilets and showers but as almost all hotels around. I would just say that is in a roundabout so kite busy and cars noice if your windows are open, if not is ok.
The personal was really kind and seems they are 24hours in the place and quite disponible.
We stayed two nights and they gave given new towers for the second day.
The neighborhood is calm around, but with supermarkets and restaurants.
Definitely, a good price quality relation.

RRichardPolite staff. Room was nice and quite, as requested. Very clean bathroom. Rudely awoken from the other guest shouting in the hallway, this went on for 2 hour!!! 12:30am until 02:30. Staff apologetic but nothing more done.
