"Great location and easy to find. Lovely surroundings and outdoor areas. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for famililes with children under 10 as the height of the upper floors with no real rail protection could make you nervous. Dogs were allowed which was great if you are looking for that. Inside communal areas great and free to roam. Room was large, clean and comfortable. Very industrial-themed buildings so, if you are looking for quaint, it aint for you! Would go again."
"was full house but still providing very good reception check in services , the room is clean and cozy. Location is great nearby the retail park and restaurants. There is a tram station"
"I always book premier inn wherever I go as its my favourite hotel with comfy beds. But I have a new number 1 hotel and it you the roooomzzzz. Lovely hotel, very clean, kitchen and sofa in room. Central for everything. Very friendly reception team. Perfect night away with my hubby. Thankyou. Amenities top class."
"Clean rooms with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Staff very friendly both on reception and in hotel bar, would certainly stay here again when I next come to Nottingham. Well located to explore the city..!!"
"The hotel services are very good, the breakfast is very nice. The hotel facilities are very good. Personally I prefer hand held shower instead of wall mounted jet."
"The location in the city center and everything made me easy to go. The inexpensive price but good quality of the room, make me so surprising. I'm strongly recommend to stay this hotel."
"Having never stayed over in Nottingham we wanted somewhere central and St James BW Premier was excellent in our view. We chose an executive room which had everything we wanted and was bigger than we expected. Breakfast was in a tasteful and warmly decorated room which was perfect for our Xmas market weekend “feel”. My husband said the breakfast was the best he had had during a hotel break stay. The service was excellent too with a clean well stocked room and a friendly receptionist. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and would definitely come back if staying over in Nottingham again!"

Amazing
GGuest UserAs i was attending a funeral of a dear family member, I was very pleased with the location and more importantly the cleanlines and stress free stay at the orchard hotel. My room was very spacious and clean. The staff were wonderful and helpful in every aspect. The food in the restaurant was above par and well deserved. a trip to Nottingham would definatly warrant a further stay at this hotel. 5 star for definate and would certainly stay again. Thank you for a great stay
OohdealEverything is perfect in this hotel. We love it so much, a highlight of our short trip to Nottingham. We were welcomed by the loveliest front desk member, Lucia, and she helped us set up everything for the room. She also informed us about the ECO scheme of the hotel which we got £10 coupon of this hotel. The hotel is *extremely quiet!!*, have *water complimentary* , have *apples complimentary*. Just a word regarding the aircon, it will automatically turn to heat mode if the room is too cold. Other than that, everything is awesome.
GGuest UserI had a day trip at Nottingham and i booked this amazing hotel ,The room size is adequate for a family with 4 members like me ,the room is absolutely clean and tidy.It also has gym room and swimmimg pool although i didn't have time to enjoy. The reception attendees show up professional who can speak a clear english to ensure me understood because i am not a native citizen .The breakfast is just like all the other hotel which has everything you can eat.Overall it is a recommend hotel for someone who come to Notthingham
GGuest UserIdeally positioned hotel , Train station and music venues with 10min walk, clean room and good breakfast. Only bad point was the bathroom in Room 317 smelled of drains
GGuest UserGood location- easy to find and close to the train station. We drove so used the car park in front of the hotel where there is a discount for staying at the hotel just let reception know you are parked there - is a set fee for 24hrs. Rooms were clean and quite basic but sufficient for what we needed - downside no fridge to chill your drinks. There is a kettle to make hot drinks and room has tv which is good. Ordered the breakfast which was lovely - options to have cereal, fruit, yoghurt, toast, pastries and a full English with coffee/tea and juice. Restaurant overlooks the river which was nice as we could see the ducks and swans Hotel has a bar which was nice to have a few drinks in the evening when we arrived Hotel staff were really friendly and helpful - would definitely go back if we needed to stay in Nottingham again Price was good value for money!
GGuest UserI arrived in the evening around 7.30pm after a table tennis event and was greeted warmly by the owner. He was friendly and quickly sorted my room out.. The room was very clean and tidy as described and the wifi was sound. Although there were other guests staying at the hotel, everybody was considerate and kept the noise a minimum. The bed was comfortable, hence I slept really well. The full English breakfast was very nice in a copy dining room for 18 people. Overall, my single room was value for money and I knew exactly what I was getting. I only saw one member of staff and I guess it was the owner, who made my stay a welcoming one. I couldn't take photo outside as I arrived at night and I had to rush off early in the morning.
BBenjamin ArthurA lovely place. We we're a bit iffy on sraying due to the rating of the hotel but after reading the reviews most were about the rooms being dated. Since we were only planning to be there for a night, who cares? There was an issue with the booking from Trip.com's side which the duty manager Declan was able to resolve in a timely mannor while also making the wait very pleasant with some nice chat. The staff were lovely, including the two young ladys on the bar/food service as well as Declan. Unfortunately didnt get the girls names. The building is stunning and surrounded by lovely woods, perfect for a walk. Rooms are a bit dated, sure, but why are you looking to spend all your time in your room? More than enough to have a comfy sleep in. Also as a side note on that, id imagine It's a listed building and so hard an expensive to update. Overall a lovely night and a pleasant morning having breakfast then a walk. Absolutely would recommend.
GGuest UserUpon my arrival, I walked passed the reception entrance point as there was no entrance signage. After confirming my booking, I sat to wait in a corner where a Christmas tree stood. Refreshment was not available, which I found surprising. My room was occupied. A different room was immediately made available. *As you can see, the room was more than acceptable - apart from some debris on the carpet, it was clean. The room had a lovely, tall ceiling. The room contained a kitchenette with plenty of tea/coffee/milk. The bed was very comfortable, spotlessly clean, with crisp, freshly laundered bedding and pillows. *The bathroom area was pristine. Perfect! *Breakfast was full English for an extra fee. It was delicious and plenty of it, served by chef who was more than helpful All in all, it was a wonderful stay that I fully recommend.
