"Second time staying at this hotel and booked this again for my family trip this round! Really wonderful hospitality from the hotel staff and the 1pm check in timing was helpful for us to rest after a red eye flight. Hotel room is very clean and has all the basic necessities provided. Coin laundry and vending machines are available at alternate levels too."
"Luxurious & designed capsule hotel chain in Hakata Fukuoka. This is very first time to stay in Hakata brunch. It’s so nice to stay here for businesses and travel alone. But just one I point out ,No need to change sheets&make bed during my stay there for environment. so getting less chemical detergents !!! ※ just my opinion"
"It was a pleasant stay! There were several nearby food and shopping options and great accessibility to buses, subway lines and Hakata JR station. Hotel provided efficient service and clean rooms with essential toiletries."
"The hotel is located within the Hakata Station complex, making it very strategic. By the room design, you can tell that the hotel is quite old, but it is clean and very well maintained, with complete amenities."
"I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is excellent-very convenient and close to Hakata station. The room was clean, comfortable. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free and pleasant stay!"
"The room we took was very big for Japan standards! Location is truly amazing! It is near all the shopping malls and the main Hakata Station. Food and restaurants can be found everywhere. There's the famous Ichira at Sun Plaza which is just next to the hotel. It's also within walking distance to several popular shrines and shopping malls. They have a laundry room on our floor. Not sure if available on every floor but we had it on our floor. They are very strict with what you throw away though. I think it's because they are usually the last stop for many travelers and alot of people throw away luggage, clothes etc and it makes it inconvenient for the hotel staff."
"The bed is the hard kind, buckwheat pillow. The female onsen very relaxing, 1 indoor pool with 2 jacuzzi jet, 1 outdoor pool, 1 cool pool and 1 infared sauna. Inside onsen have a water dispenser and also vending machine. Washing machine is 300 yen per use, and dryer at 100 yen per 30mins. There’s a small fridge in room, but tv channel quite limited. The window can be open but to a small extend. Can’t really hear any noise from the neighbours. So I assume the sound insulation is quite good. The lobby also have plenty of seating space and the full range of amenities provided. Overall 👍🏻"
"Very good hotel. Room is very clean and well maintained. Staff all very kind. Located very close to the Hakata station. Breakfast is fantastic, can’t believe that they have so many variety. However you must be there early, otherwise it can be very crowded and you will have to wait."

Amazing
GGuest UserHigh quality service and equipments in this hotel , it's like it .
GGuest UserThis room comes with a washer/dryer which i find really useful and convenient as i can pack light even during the winter season. Besides the good location and cleanliness of the room, the hotel has a relatively good spread for breakfast. All the staff are also friendly and helpful. I’m making a trip to Nagasaki, but i’ll definitely come back to this hotel again when i return to Fukuoka!
GGuest UserThe hotel has three types of rooms/cabins: regular pods, private cabins and premium private cabins. For the pods, there is a separate locker room to stash your belongings in; private cabins have their locker inside, as well as a table and a chair. The hotel was clean and nice, you get towels upon check-in, and towel tickets for every day of your stay in case you need a change. Toiletries and room cleaning are on-demand. You cannot use toilets or showers from 11 AM to 3 PM due to cleaning, but otherwise you can freely use the lounge with the microwave, manga and hot water, and your own cabin/pod.
GGuest UserWe stayed for 1 night in a twin room at this hotel and we were very pleased. The room was spacious enough for the 2 of us. We carried 2 small suitcases and there was just enough space to open it up fully. I agree with some of the other reviews, in case you have a large suitcase, it will be tight. Positives * Good location (approx 13 mins from JR Hakata Station). * Comfortable beds. * Good shower/ bathroom. * Friendly staff and extremely helpful. * Check-in and out was easy without any issues. Negatives * There was hair in the corner of the bathroom. It looked like when the floor was cleaned, it was swept into the corner and forgotten about. * Some difficult to reach areas were not dusted.
GGuest UserVery convenient location, right in front of subway station and 1 station away from Hakata Station, canal city hakata is just across the street, yatai stalls all walking distance from hotel, lots of shops around the hotel, the onsen was wonderful!
GGuest UserOne of the best hotels we stayed in during our Japan trip. The room was extremely well thought out and very comfortable, especially for travelers. Having a washing machine and microwave right in the room made a huge difference and made our stay so convenient. Everything we needed was provided, and the room was clean, modern, and well maintained. Service was excellent and the overall experience felt effortless and stress free. Highly recommended, especially for couples or anyone staying more than a night.
GGuest UserI recently stayed at Hotel Forza Hakataeki Chikushi-Guchi Ⅰ and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from Hakata Station’s Chikushi Exit, making it ideal for travelers arriving by train or heading to the airport. The room was clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with smart amenities such as a massage chair and a humidifier, which added a nice touch of comfort after a long day of travel. The bed was comfortable, and despite its central location, the room was quiet and restful. The staff were friendly and efficient, and check-in/check-out was smooth. I also appreciated the complimentary coffee and refreshments available in the lobby area. Overall, Hotel Forza Hakataeki Chikushi-Guchi Ⅰ offers excellent value, comfort, and convenience for both business and leisure travelers. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Fukuoka.
GGuest UserWe thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this well-appointed hotel. The check-in process was seamless, thanks to the courteous and efficient staff. The lobby immediately impressed us with its sophisticated, contemporary design. Our room was generously sized, and the bathroom was particularly noteworthy, featuring dual sinks—an excellent convenience for families. The hotel’s location proved ideal, situated within easy reach of the train station and adjacent to a convenience store. Additionally, we were fortunate to visit during cherry blossom season, allowing us to enjoy the picturesque park directly across the street, where we captured memorable photos. This hotel delivers an outstanding combination of comfort, style, and convenience. Without hesitation, I recommend it for both leisure travelers and families. We look forward to returning.
GGuest UserLocation was great, very close to eateries, close to subway and also train and bus station to outskirts of Fukuoka. Parco, muna, and other department store are also nearby. Room was OK, manageable for 2 with 2 large suitcases. TV channels are all in Japanese, but u don't watch TV on holiday anyway. Bathroom and amenities were great, they provide free amenities in the lobby. Lounge were nice, though only coffee is provided, but it's good to just sit and sip coffee. The view from my room was Ritz Carlton, so u feel like staying there.. 😝😝
