This is my third time staying at KOKO. The hotel is conveniently located near Nishi-Kasai Station, making it easy to get around. There are also plenty of food options in the restaurant street near the station, plus 7-Eleven and FamilyMart convenience stores downstairs, which is really handy!

The hotel location is very convenient, near the bus interchange and just beside Kasai Station, only about a 5–7 minute walk to the hotel. The room is comfortable; it would be better if tea packets were provided inside the room, but guests can take them from the counter. The counter cabinet also provides guest amenities like moisturizer and toner, which is a plus point. Breakfast is standard — it would be perfect if there were more options such as fresh fruits and noodles.

The room is spacious and clean, with a fully equipped kitchen including cutlery, utensils, and knives. There are several large supermarkets nearby with friendly prices, offering a one-stop solution for all your daily needs. It's very convenient to walk to both the subway station and the bus stop for Disneyland. Disneyland is a 20-minute drive away with no transfers needed. The only downside was that during our three-night stay, there was no housekeeping service to replenish trash bags, bath towels, or tissues. We had to contact staff to request them. I suggest that the room be stocked with these supplies according to the actual number of nights booked.

Staying at this hotel alone was an absolutely perfect experience! While the overall space isn't huge, the clever Japanese design really shines through. The layout is incredibly well-planned, allowing plenty of room to open up two suitcases comfortably, and the storage areas are a thoughtful touch. For a solo traveler, it never felt cramped or restrictive. The cleanliness throughout the entire room was astonishing. From the bedding and tabletops to every corner of the bathroom, everything was spotless. The towels, toiletries, and other amenities were neatly arranged, and this meticulous attention to detail really put me at ease. The location couldn't be better. It's just a short walk to the tram station, making daily commutes, sightseeing, and dining out super convenient. Plus, there are three convenience stores and a drug store nearby, so you can easily grab late-night snacks, restock travel essentials, or pick up daily necessities in one go, without any detours. It's truly ideal for solo travelers. The front desk staff were also very attentive, communicating smoothly and friendly. Both check-in and check-out processes were incredibly quick. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. For a solo trip to Japan, choosing this place is a no-brainer – highly recommended!

Room is good option for budget traveler. It is just one hour bus ride from the airport. 5 min walking distance to bus stop going to disneyland and Disneylandsea and from this bus stop it is only 15-20 min ride to reach to these destinations. There’s a convenience right outside the hotel, a 2 min walk to 7/11, mcdo and other restaurants. Perfect location if u want to stay closer to Disneyland and Disneylandsea but doesn’t want to spend more for accommodation. The train station is also just 3-5 min walk. The location of the hotel is highly recommended. They also clean and change sheets everyday. You can also borrow charger from them. They have heaps of selection for android and iphones.

Pros: It's good to go to DisneySea. From Kasai Station Bus Terminal No. 10, take the pink bus to Disneyland. Close to Kasai Station, cheap, no restaurant, so breakfast is not possible. Right next to a convenience store and close to McDonald's. Cons: No reservations for accommodations far from the elevator. It's assigned to a roadside, but it's a 4-lane road, so it's not recommended for people who are sensitive to vehicle noise. I took a picture because I had to memorize the door lock number, but it was inconvenient. They said the window can't be opened, but the cleaning staff said they'd ventilate it while cleaning. There seem to be a lot of omakase restaurants nearby.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The price-quality ratio is excellent. The location is very convenient — only a 5-minute walk to the метро. There are many convenience stores nearby, which is very helpful. The hotel offers complimentary coffee 24/7, and at the reception you can take any necessary amenities such as skincare products, bath salts, combs, toothbrushes, and toothpaste — everything is thoughtfully provided. When we were checking out, it was raining, and they even had umbrellas available for purchase for just 100 yen — such a nice little detail. House pajamas and slippers were replaced daily. The room was very clean. We stayed in February, and it was slightly drafty near the door, but the heating worked well and made the room comfortable at night. The breakfast was good and filling. They also provide luggage forwarding service to your next destination. The staff helped us fill out all the forms and sent our suitcases to Kyoto — it was very convenient. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again.

The hotel is affordable and room is cozy and decent size for a Japanese tokyo hotel. It comes with japanese breakfast for example curry vegetables and curry chicken in Japanese style. There is also free flow of drinks from 12 to 6 pm. Happy hour offers liquor. Room is spacious enough to fit my 30 inch suitcase . Kettle is clean without any calcium stains. Amenities are limited to bath towels, pajamas and green tea. However the bathroom has organic shampoo, conditioner and bath soap.

The hotel is located in a residential area which is very close to a Tokyo Toei Subway station. You can find a lot of shops, supermarkets and restaurants around. However, the hotel itself is quite dated, and I am the unlucky one that got a room with a very small bathroom. There is no thermostats available so you can only adjust the ventilator speed and the room may get very warm. But the male colleague at the front desk was quite friendly and I like the daily free drink as well.

Overall, I was quite satisfied. The cleanliness and environment were excellent, no complaints there. The only minor point was the room size, but that's to be expected in Japan, so it was perfectly acceptable. A big plus is that the hotel offers services in both Chinese and English. Most importantly, with so many restaurants nearby, it's incredibly convenient for everything – dining, staying, and getting around.

KkhosodaI had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was genuinely impressed by every aspect of the experience. The cleanliness was exceptional—everything from the room to the common areas was spotless and very well maintained. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, providing more than enough space to relax after a long day. The location is another major highlight. It is very convenient and well-situated, making it easy to access nearby attractions, transportation, and restaurants. This made my stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. The service was outstanding throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a warm and professional attitude. Their hospitality truly made a difference. The food was also delicious, with a great variety of options and excellent quality. Every meal I had was satisfying and enjoyable. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service.

GGuest UserQuite a disappointing stay. I initially thought it was a Dormy Inn because the first characters of the name were the same, and it was also a hot spring hotel, which made it very confusing. The service here was a world apart from Dormy Inn. The room was incredibly small. The breakfast in the pictures looked very rich, and I thought it would be a lavish buffet, but it turned out to be just a bento box, and they didn't even provide cutlery. The price wasn't cheap either. It really ruined my mood. The hot spring was also tiny, and they didn't even provide hair dryers in the hot spring area.

MmtmlCleaning is chargeable at 1.5k yen per clean. Otherwise no cleaning whatsoever - but they do give you new towels and a trash bag daily (hung on your door knob). Breakfast is pretty cute and homely - I liked it when I tried it at a different province, so I rebooked dormy inn. They have a luggage scale at level 2, so very convenient if you have been shopping like crazy. The shopping street around the area is pretty interesting, and I love uneo park. However, some pretty strange stuff during my stay: 1. They insisted on entering my room for an ”inspection” but didn't specify why. When I called to ask, they said it was a bedframe inspection. As a solo female traveler my preference is not to let random people into my room, especially if they're not going to clean after these external people enter, but reception said they couldn't wait until my stay was over a few days later. When I came back to the room, my blanket was shifted and untucked entirely from one side, and my electronics were moved around. 2. A bug appeared on my sink mirror, so I gave feedback to the hotel staff as mini bugs means there's more bugs, and suggested that they fumigate. They said ”oh... sorry” suddenly all proceeded to look away from me and pretend I didn't exist, which was super weird treatment, and very rude lol. I didn't even ask them to change my room, the point is that these bugs are likely to have infestations, and if I came back in another trip to this hotel, I would not like to see more. They didn't even bother asking me what floor I was on, so 100% they don't seem to have any intention of dealing with this. Very weird and poor behaviour - I think it was too much to expect Onyado Nono service in Dormy Inn, so I don't think I will come back.

There’s a FamilyMart, AEON, and many delicious and reasonably priced restaurants nearby. You can walk to Tobu Department Store every day for shopping. The hotel offers a welcome drink available anytime, and there is a separate onsen for men and women. In the evening at 6:00 PM, there is a free happy hour with drinks—perfect for alcohol lovers. My husband really loved it. The amenities are also of good quality. If I visit Japan again, I would definitely choose to stay here—the price is very reasonable too.

CCN_NanaThe facility was great in general. Except you cant stay over the day its just for sleeping, showering and then you can leave it ln daytime, leave your stuff, as they clean and restrict the sleeping area. Otherwise it was kind of an all inclusive experience and did have a clean and nice washroom, as well as all round service. But it was a bit loud in the morning, the cleaning stuff rummages around exactly in front of the bed, talking, making noise cleaining beds 2 hours before check out.
