What struck us the most was the kindest customer service and professionalism that the team and especially Peach have provided us. The ability to communicate and be understood is invaluable especially when one is travelling. We will return again in the near future. The hotel has a good location, approximately 400 meters from JR Sapporo Station. The room is spacious enough, clean, and comfortable. Facilities are quite good and suitable for a pleasant stay. There is a convenience store located on the ground floor, which is very convenient.

The Hotel is located near to the train station, easy access to central area, the room is very specious, clean, and very comfy to stay. I did have breakfast, and it was very delicious.

It was a great experience and one of the best experience from customer service, food and accommodation. Customer service is 10 stars 🫡🌟

The hotel staff is polite and friendly thier place is excellent clean and safe especially thier spa will recommend to friends if they are travelling to sapporo.

We stayed in a nice big family room for 4 which actually can accommodate 6 guests. Recommend for bigger families. The view from our room is amazing during a clear snowy morning… but the Sapporo experience is even better during a snowy winter night! Highly recommended for anyone who wants to be close to Susukino, Odori Park and Tanukikoji Shopping Street. Everything is close by but not too crowded and noisy. 👍👍👍

Good to stays with clean room and good facility

We are very satisfied and comfortable stay 6nights at this hotel；It's nearby jr station, convenient shop & restaurants, we will choose stay here again next time because reasonable price and provided coffee/tea bag/facial cleanser/toner/cream/etc....

We were there January 2026. Wonderful winter, wonderful snows that no words can describe. Overall we satisfy especially with the cleanliness of the room, bathroom is SUPER CLEAN! Congrats Rembrandt! They provide coffee/tea, kettle, slippers, and cute night gown 😊 in the room. And they tidy up the rooms everyday during our 3days stay. Theres window to view the snows. They also provide coffee making at lobby until night. TQ Rembrandt Style Sapporo
