"Great stay feel like a home so friendly family there view fuji but if you walk 15 minutes then Saiko Lake there have best view food also very delicious"
"Fantastic experience! It was super clean and convenient, with everything we needed. We saw the starry sky at night, and there's a small attraction right outside the door. The air was fresh, and we could even see Mount Fuji. The biggest surprise of all was spotting a herd of wild deer with heart-shaped bottoms grazing nearby at night!"

"Very cozy hotel. Friendly and helpful staff although some have difficulty in communicating in English. The rooms in the new building in the back are very nice. Slippers and night gowns provided."
"Memorable experience of Japanese style room with a direct view of Mt Fuji. Efficient, kind and friendly staff. They even have choices of kids toys at lobby which can be brought to the room to play. The hotel has some age but well maintained, we could experience the traditional feel of it. Breakfast spread was good with Mt Fuji view too. Behind the hotel is a maple foliage forest which we loved it deeply. You can also rent bicycle from the hotel to ride nearby. Onsen facility well maintained. Love the hot and cold pools! Viewing platform at level 6."
"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Glamping Villa. The Pao villa was beautifully spacious for the four of us. The staff truly made the experience exceptional; their care and flexibility for our late check-in, including preparing a superb BBQ dinner at a late hour, were outstanding. If we could suggest one small enhancement, it would be to extend checkout to 11 AM or noon."
"The hotel service attitude is very good! Very considerate, reminding us of breakfast time and noticing that some of us hadn't eaten breakfast, so they called to ask if we had eaten. Complete facilities, free parking, table tennis room, children's playground, and hot springs. The room is very comfortable, and the kitchen utensils are all in place! Very cost-effective!"
"I had high expectations for this accommodation, but it exceeded them. The fact that the bathhouse is certified as a spa gave me even more confidence. They offer a BBQ plan, but I was more drawn to the course menu, so I chose the one that included meals, and it was incredibly delicious. However, please note that there is no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage up to the second floor (the polite owner helps you), and it is difficult to visit without a rental car. If you want to relax in a quiet place, I highly recommend it!
+) Regarding a non-refundable duplicate booking, I immediately requested a cancellation on Trip.com. However, despite the accommodation's agreement, Trip.com delayed processing, causing me significant mental stress. Although it was my mistake, I requested a cancellation immediately, explained the situation to the accommodation, and asked for a refund, receiving their consent. Yet, Trip.com only sent a message and email stating that the reservation remained valid because they could not contact the supplier.
I contacted Trip.com again and asked them to inquire with the supplier, but this situation repeated itself for over a week.
Thankfully, the accommodation eventually issued a refund directly, resolving the issue. (The accommodation also called the Trip.com customer service center, but was told that cancellations cannot be processed solely at the accommodation's request and that the customer must request the cancellation directly.) Since communication was very poor, possibly due to the many intermediaries between the accommodation and Trip.com, please make sure to check carefully whether the booking is non-refundable when making your reservation. ^^"
"The atmosphere is very cozy, and the host is incredibly nice! If you love cats, this is definitely a great choice, as there are many cats to keep you company."

GGuest UserGreat experience! Very friendly staff. Great villa with perfect view of the Fuji mount. Comfortable and clean rooms equipped with projector. Hot auto bathtubs on both floors. Will definitely return.
GGuest UserIt was a great experience at the hotel. The staff were very friendly, and the whole place was spotless. We enjoyed our room, especially the direct mountain view. The food was excellent. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.
KKanoksri K.The room is a comfortable size and offers a lovely view of Mount Fuji from the corner. It is clean and well equipped, with individual air-conditioning in the room. All the staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The hotel also has onsen facilities, including separate male and female as well as private onsen. Parking is available, located a short distance from the hotel.
GGuest UserThe staff was friendly and helpful. They spoke good English and Mandarin. The room was clean, big, and comfortable, even though it was a bit old. The location was perfect, easy to find with parking, and facing Mt. Fuji, which is why we chose this hotel. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to others.
GGuest UserFantastic hotel with ryokan experience. The Mt Fuji view was very well worth the stay. Although the facilities are old and dated, the overall stay was great. Please book it with their traditional japanese dinner and breakfast packages for a full experience. The staffs at both reception and restaurants were always polite and friendly, with huge praise to the entire team. Thank you for making our stay memorable!
GGuest UserAn Unexpected Gem – One of the Best Resorts We’ve Ever Stayed At We booked this resort near Mount Fuji very late, and we were really worried because almost everything was already sold out. But it turned out to be one of the most wonderful stays we’ve ever had on any of our trips to Japan. The resort has several staff members who speak Vietnamese, and they helped us so much. Every time we needed to go somewhere, the shuttle bus took us to the station—even the times when I requested it late without booking an hour in advance, they still tried their best to arrange a pickup. Their kindness truly showed how much they care about their guests. From the driver to the front desk to the restaurant staff, everyone was incredibly warm, friendly, and always smiling. They were genuinely adorable and made us feel so welcomed. Our room was a huge surprise: a massive apartment-style space with four beds even though there were only two of us, plus two bathrooms. Everything was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The resort is located in a large forest, so the moment you step inside, you can smell the gentle scent of pine wood everywhere. The atmosphere feels grounding and refreshing—as if the Earth itself is recharging you. One of the best parts is that they have dedicated areas for pets. I got to play with some of the guests’ pets, and it was honestly such a sweet experience. Breakfast was delicious every morning, in a very authentic Japanese style. I went down for breakfast every day, and the dining area has a beautiful view of Mount Fuji—I even recorded some stunning videos there. I never imagined I would be able to book a resort this amazing. It seems like it has been operating for many years, with a rustic and warm charm that I absolutely fell in love with. Down at the reception area, they also sell all kinds of Mount Fuji souvenirs. When you’re out sightseeing in the Fuji area, you tend to buy a lot of souvenirs and snacks, which makes your bags very heavy—but the resort sells everything right there. I compared the prices, and they were actually much cheaper than the tourist spots, so we bought all our gifts there. Super convenient! I genuinely want to come back to this resort for future trips. It is one of the best places I have ever stayed, and I absolutely adore it. Highly, highly recommended.
GGuest UserThe staff here was friendly and good in English. Can communicate and understand what we need. Highly recommended the location of the hotel is near to the bus-stop also, from both directions. And the view was nice can see the Kawaguchigo lake but without Mount Fuji, because if the direction. Hotel breakfast was buffet style, various type of choices and Japanese food to pick!
