"Located across the street from Hanzomon Station Exit 5, the hotel is easily accessible to Tokyo’s metro lines. The hotel is clean and aesthetic. The front desk staff were kind and there are even free drinks for you to take next to the elevator upon your arrival (one per person). The room was clean, perhaps a little small for three people but not bad and the bathroom was decently sized with a bath/shower system but I was not a fan of the showerhead and the water pressure quality. Overall, good hotel for Tokyo especially for the price."

The location is excellent, situated right in the city center with easy access to major attractions, shops, and public transport – everything was conveniently within walking distance. The hot spring facilities were a true highlight: clean, spacious, and perfectly heated, providing a deeply relaxing and soothing experience after a busy day. My room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with modern amenities. Housekeeping maintained impeccable standards throughout my stay. The staff were exceptionally polite, friendly, and attentive, offering warm and professional service from check-in to departure. Overall, this hotel perfectly combines a prime location, comfortable accommodations, relaxing facilities, and genuine hospitality. It made for a truly rejuvenating getaway, and I would happily return!"

"The hotel location is amazing because it’s super close to the Nippori south exit (with stairs leading to the 1/F) and north exit (with both escalator & elevators leading to the 1/F). There are familymarts, 7-11 and supermarket nearby with just walkable distance. The breakfast was so good as the restaurant provided a large variety of food choice. The pillow was also of good quality which made us sleep so well. The only thing to advise is that the hair dryer was quite weak which might take around 10 minutes for ladies to dry up their hair. It’s advisable for customers to bring their own hair dryer."

"Stayed here for a night. The location is very convenient which is right next to the subway station A1 exit ( like 10 steps). Staffs are friendly and helpful, speak fluent English. The room is slightly smaller than the typical hotel room in city centre of Tokyo. The room is clean with no odour. Water pressure is good and water is warm enough but not sufficient for bath. We have the breakfast included which is to get from the next door coffee shop, pretty simple and can be order as to go. At night, the noise from emergency was loud and there were warning noise from the roadside. Would say this is an okay hotel if noise and size of the hotel doesn’t concern you."

"The room is tidy and clean and well equipped  The bed is big and cozy with a wide range of pillow choices  Though true public onsen is quite small but good enough for the short relaxation after shopping. A surprising welcome drink in at night with free flow of different alcoholic drinks is certainly a bonus."

"The room we opted for allowed us to have 2 big luggages open fully at all time with comfortable walking space. Bed and toiletries were cleaned and we enjoyed our stay at Hamacho Hotel Tokyo. Walk to the nearest metro takes about 10-15mins. Nonetheless we recommend this hotel if you are looking for a quiet neighborhood to unwind for the night."

"The hotle is near the Roppongi subway station. The hall and room are very clean and well smell. The Front Office Associate and waiters at restaurant are all well in English. You can see the Tokoy Tower within room. It's very beautiful at night."

"First time visit Tokyo and I like this hotel! Gonna book again for my next visit! Near to Komagome station JR Yamanote Line! Not only it is conveniece, but the hotel has good facilities too! Really convenience for those who have big luggage to carry around. Nearby has 3 convenience stores. Breakfast is tasty as well. Highly Recommended!"
