Nice hotel, big room compare to previous hotel I visited but small bathroom. Location is not so close to the metro for me, however it's less than 10 minutes walk. I like the self luggage storage here, very easy to use.

This was my first time experiencing a capsule hotel, and I was amazed by how well everything was organized. The hotel is designed with a clear separation for two genders: male guests stay on the second and third floors, while female guests are on the seventh and eighth floors. There is a shared common room where everyone can relax, work, or chat — the transparent glass walls offer stunning views of the surrounding area, making it a delightful place to unwind. Each guest is assigned a personal locker, which can be accessed using a unique card with a QR code linked to the capsule number — a thoughtful and secure system. Male and female bathrooms are located on separate floors, but there are also toilets conveniently available on the capsule floors for nighttime use. It’s impressive how much thought went into the design of this space. A nice touch was the complimentary tonic booster drink for guests. Overall, the capsule experience was unique and enjoyable. I do wonder if capsule hotels for couples exist — that would be an interesting concept to try!

good loction , have big super market near hotel , many resturants around hotel , but no shopping place , hotel is quite , In a room floor ,bed, bathroom is clean but window and light on the top , thing on the top it have many dust

I liked this place. A pretty standard classic capsule hotel: sizeable capsule with a console, daily turnover service, large shower and onsen room with an attached steam room. Service was good: they have an army of twinks working there after hours, it was like being checked in by BTS. All issues I had with my capsule (broken lightbulb) were addressed quickly and cheerfully. Sometimes it kinda seemed like they were laughing at a few of the foreign guests, but you know what, fair. This place is kinda rules heavy, with lots of notices posted around the property. There is no eating or drinking in the capsules, and instead you have to go to this common area that feels a bit like a hospice for abandoned uncles. Vending machines, manga library, smoking cubicles, that sorta thing. Clean and tidy though, equal numbers of dudes using it for remote working and day drinking (I have a feeling that some ppl live in this place). They have the usual elaborate system of lockers and keys, but they will store your luggage for you while you are out. No need to check out in the day. Overall a chill experience. While I was staying there though some dude did have a mini breakdown about what he saw as it's shortcomings, so I just wanted to comment on that. According to him the place was disgusting. He was especially perturbed by the housekeeping service and the showers. His claim was the the toilets were dirty and that it was unacceptable to fold bedsheets on the floor. Mind you, he was having this rant at 10:30 - checkout is at 10:00, meaning that a whole stampede of airport-bound weebs had just taken spicy ramen fuelled power dumps so they could get out of there on time. Most of the day the facilities were pretty spotless in my opinion. In regards to folding the bedsheets on the floor, I dunno what in the Disney princess he was expecting, but there really isn't anywhere else to do it. I think it's unreasonable to expect little doves to come fly your linens into your capsule tbh. The capsules are literally on... the floor! What do you want? His overall complaint that the space was generally messy was a lot more valid. At this point I had a suspicion that they kind of segregated foreigners from Japanese customers. It's true, that the foreign floor was a bit of a tip - luggage thrown around, empty bottles everywhere, garbage. I went up to the Japanese floors to snoop around a bit. Spotless. (Pictures of both included for comparison) In this case I think the call is coming from inside the capsule, not really fair to hold the staff accountable to your own messy manners. His final gripe was about the showers - specifically the lack of private cubicles. Private cubicles were not advertised anywhere and Japanese onsens are pretty standardly communal spaces, so again I dunno what he wanted. Maybe a shower, with a curtain? Maybe a shower with a door? Maybe a shower with a psychic forcefield that would make his ex girlfriends forget his underwhelming junk and prevent his father from behind disappointed in him? I'm not sure. But I guess the dozen shower stations with soap, shampoo, and face wash weren't cutting it. In fact a lot of the Western guests seemed pretty pranged out by the shower situation, waiting until like two am to wash up and then scurrying around the baths with a hand towel infront of their package like a little purse. If you regret going bald, that's on you. Kinda silly, but if you are bashful maybe this also isn't the hotel for you. Unreasonable though to blame the establishment for you own shame. Anyway, that's all to say the worst part of my stay was for sure the ranting and raving from an unshowered backpacker while I was trying to have a lie in. Otherwise a pretty decent stay.

Hotel has good location near to JR Otsuka

I’m a solo traveller and stayed at First Class Female Cabin for 3nights. The area is spacious and sparkling clean. love the staff’s friendly hospitality, they will greet every guests walk-by and pay attention to our request/needs. Public hot bath is also a plus point after a tiring day, not crowded and the overall experience is comfortable. I will be back!

The room was very clean, beautiful, and spacious. The bed, pillows, and blankets were very comfortable. Almost all the necessary personal items were provided. There was no drinking water in the room, however, there is a supermarket and convenience store near the hotel, which is very convenient. The hotel is very close to the train station, but the room was not noisy, which is great. This would be the hotel I would like to stay at again on my next visit.

My stay at Prince Hotel was nothing but joyous - this hotel shines in those little things that are the most important for a comfortable trip. The whole building, from the lobby to the guest floors, is immaculate and well kept, giving a clean and cozy feeling that immediately relaxes you. The only that I will say about this hotel is: the staff was phenomenal: every single employee was genuinely warm, enthusiastic and helpful. Their warm smiles and readiness to help made check-in and check-out and all the dealings in between easy and joyful experiences. The room was on the small side (this is standard in Tokyo) but was intelligently designed with all the basics, and the size never got in the way of our having a good time. Moreover, the daily housekeeping service was flawless – our room was meticulously cleaned every day, ensuring it remained neat and fresh throughout our stay. Besides the tiny space, I really have nothing to complain about. This is a clean, well-run, practical hotel in a good location in Tokyo makin it a great choice for visitors to the citiy. I’d definitely stay here again and would suggest it to anyone who needs a dependable, comfortable place to stay!

More distinctive decoration but poor sound insulation. No elevator. The stairs are very narrow. The room where you live is hard to carry the box. The toilet is outside with a key to unlock. It is a bit cold in winter after taking a shower. (The proprietress of the Taiwanese restaurant downstairs is very enthusiastic, but the store cannot use payment treasure and cash) Service: Full self-service no service

We had a wonderful family stay at Tokyo Dome Hotel. The location was perfect — right next to Tokyo Dome City with plenty of entertainment, food options, and easy access to the subway. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and offered beautiful city views. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making check-in smooth and ensuring we had everything we needed. Our child enjoyed the nearby attractions, and it made exploring Tokyo so convenient for the whole family. Overall, a great experience and a hotel we would happily return to on our next trip to Tokyo. Highly recommended for families!
