"Perfect location. Not only are you in the heart of downtown Seoul but the basement on the building has direct access to a subway station. The building is also shared with a Starbucks and other small restaurants and shops. I really enjoyed having my own kitchen, microwave and washing machine in the room. I also liked the modern decor and the cleanliness. My friend and I wished that there would have been more storage space for our belongings and more space in the room. It was very cramped having two beds in such a small room. It also would have been nice for someone to come in daily to give us clean towels and empty the bin for us. Overall, I would definitely stay here again as a solo traveler but not with more people as the room and storage space is too limited."

The hotel has coin-operated washing machines and dryers, as well as a microwave, which is very convenient . Bathroom amenities are provided. For toothbrushes and toothpaste, you can get them from the hotel’s vending machine, which is very convenient. Free WiFi I really loved this place and did not want to leave. Housekeeping did a great job keeping the room tidy every day. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful, always willing to assist with questions or requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. Overall, G3 Hotel Chungmuro offers great value for money, especially for travelers looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a central location. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Seoul."

"Overall, a nice experience and offered good value for money. The hotel itself is aesthetically pleasing with a nice design throughout, and everything felt clean and well-maintained. The main drawback for me was the location. While technically in the city center, the hotel is situated uphill, which made the walk to and from the nearest subway station, Dongguk University Station, a bit tiring. It's not a severe issue, but if you plan on relying on the subway and walking a lot, be prepared for a minor climb. Additionally, there isn't much in the immediate vicinity of the hotel in terms of shops or restaurants, so you'll need to venture out for meals and entertainment. The hotel boasts two swimming pools, which is great, but it's important to note that a standard hotel guest only receive free access to the indoor swimming pool. Access to the other pool and the sauna facilities is an additional charge, which was a little disappointing. On a very positive note, the gym facility is excellent. I can't comment on the quality of the breakfast as it was not included with my room reservation. I inquired at the reception, and the price was quite high—around KRW 64,000 (USD 45) per guest—which I felt was rather expensive for a single meal. The most significant issue affecting my comfort was the poor soundproofing. I could clearly hear guests talking next door, and conversations from people walking in the hallway were also distinctly audible. This definitely detracted from the peace and quiet one hopes for in a hotel room, especially at night."

"Location 10/10 - the hotel is located in a very nice area, nearby. There is a CU downstairs and lots of coffee shops in walking distance. Room 9/10 - clean and new room. The only downside is that you can hear everything from the hallway and from other rooms. Staff 10/10 - we didn’t meet with anyone but they were active in the chat if somebody needed anything."
