"Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, as all staff were super accommodating and quick to help out when needed. Aun, “Ann” in particular was really helpful checking in. The bed was quite comfy and the mini bar fridge being stocked up daily is really nice. The pool was exquisite and well worth taking a dip daily. The shower pressure was good, but a bit narrow so watch out for wet floors, especially stepping down from the bathtub. All in all, a wonderful experience, and will happily book here again the next time I’m in Chiang Mai"
"It was a very comfortable staying here. Recommend. Location: + close to everything on motorbike (taxi): old city, university and so on. + market and Lotus's in 5 mins walk distance. Facilities: + very good as on photos. + microwave, kettle, dishes and drinking water in corridors. + light breakfasts, little snack in the hall. - when I just came, there was a broken shower heater in the room. Took long time to fix, a nd it was a night. It worked only 10 mins after that. Next day the manager changed a room. - noise because of plains. But didn't disturb me. Cleaning: + even everyday if you need, with towels changing - no soap - black hair in the bathroom, evening after cleaning. In both rooms. Management: + professional. Was ready to help. Thank you!"
"On the first day, my flight arrived early. The hotel front desk staff were very warm and helpful in assisting us with the early check-in process. After leaving our luggage, I went out for a walk, and by the time we returned still before 2 PM, but I had already received my room key. The process was very efficient, and they also thoughtfully explained the hotel facilities, their operating hours, and the usage guidelines. The hotel is located very close to the airport, about a 10–15 minute drive. If you need to get to nearby shopping malls, you can request their buggy service. The drivers are also very willing to help and solve any issues you may have. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and vegetarian-friendly, with a selection of dishes that were all well-prepared and delicious. It’s a perfect place for families to stay. There is also a swimming pool and a gym, both of which are very well maintained, clean and fully equipped. For those who workout regularly, the facilities are more than sufficient. The staff here are all friendly and enthusiastic. Please keep up the great work, your warmth truly makes guests feel welcomed."
"We love Kokotel so much. The hotel is very nice. The room is spacious. The kids were so happy to stay in this hotel. The hotel has a refill water system which was environmental friendly. We will definitely stay in this hotel again if we visit Chiangmai."
"I had a wonderful experience with Stay with Nimman in Chiang Mai. A very peaceful stay. Very clean room, plenty of amenities and a very nice place to stay over all. I had great food as well. I loved their spa and the massages I had were wonderful. The view from the roof was super cool, and the pool was nice. All hotel staff were kind and went out of their way to help me. Thank you for making me feel welcome and comfortable, Stay with Nimman!"
"I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Chiang Mai! The staff were incredibly friendly, always greeting us with warm smiles and going out of their way to make us feel welcome. The service was impressively quick – from check-in to room service, everything was handled efficiently and with great attention to detail. The atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind after a busy day. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chiang Mai."

TTravelProVery nice quiet location, great service and amenities. Room is very sizeable and location is ok. Very happy and would recommend instead of four seasons! The spa was also very good!! Definitely recommend
GGuest UserThis hotel was a delightful surprise. It was warm and attentive. During my 20-day stay in Chiang Mai, this was the best value hotel I visited, offering the most attentive service and the most enthusiastic and caring staff. They prepared everything needed for each guest and provided excellent service. The breakfast was also very thoughtfully prepared. The room was beautifully decorated, which I loved. They even provided complimentary fruit and afternoon tea, and toys for the children – it was perfect! Staying here was a great choice…it exceeded my expectations…and the hotel also has a beautiful Thai owner who speaks some Chinese, which is really wonderful! 👍
GGuest UserThe experience with Away Chiang Mai was amazing! Being a vegan, it’s my very first time to stay in a fully vegan hotel. Every morning, I enjoyed the vegan breakfast buffet without needing to read food labels/ guessing if the dish contained any animal ingredients. Apart from food, the room was very comfortable. The swimming pool was not crowded and I could swim freely. What’s more, while the weather was quite cool during my stay, the swimming pool was supplied with warm water. Away Chiang Mai is such a great place for vacation.
GGuest UserA European-designed hotel conveniently located near Nimman Road, making it an excellent base for exploring the city. You can easily rent a bicycle using the Anywheel App, which makes getting around effortless and fun. Cycling through the neighborhood lets you truly enjoy the cool, refreshing breeze during Chiang Mai’s so-called “winter season.” 🚲✨
GGuest UserA beautiful serendipitous spot to relax. Staff are all friendly and have high service mindset. I asked for Khao Soi which is not on menu and they did it for me. Surprisingly the dish was so delicious, one of good Khao Soi bowls I had. All details in the hotel are so well-curated. A location is good, nearby Wat U-mong which is nice to visit by walking. Not too far to go to center of a city. Lovely experience staying there.
GGuest UserPeaceful and calm stay, truly worth the money. The rooms are exactly as shown in the photos—no surprises at all. Everything felt comfortable, well-maintained, and relaxing. A great place to unwind, and I would definitely recommend it.
VVanthy MaiIf you want a room with good price located inside old town then you should consider this place. However there are some pro and con for your information. Pro: reasonable price. Great location. Friendly staffs swimming pool. Con: room should be a bit more clean than that. AC was really loud.
