This is a great new hotel. There are definitely some improvements still being made, but that didn't bother us at all. The staff is wonderful, they help with everything you need, and the pools are clean and large. Breakfast is very good. And the restaurant in the evening is also excellent. The food is delicious. This hotel is more than just walls; it has a soul from all the staff. I wish you prosperity❤️

Very nice hotel and amenities and right on the beach. They put us in adjoining rooms per the request. Rooms clean and very efficient housekeeping. Breakfast really good buffet and coffee service. Good selection of restaurants, also on beach. Small street with shops and massage 5 minutes walk. The best part is the entertainment centre, with free gym, table tennis and also pay reasonable price for tennis, squash, snooker, pool, archery and a 4 lane bowling arcade !! Great fun and fitness. Highly recommend for chill or activity or both

Excellent and enjoyable stay, the resort is very near to the beach and provides easy access to surf classes at Better Surf Thailand. Breakfast selection was great too, no complains about the food. lovely stay, will definitely come back again!

We have had such a nice stay for weekend breaks with family, spacious room with reasonable price. The staff friendly and always a smile on their face, breakfast is good. Recommend Grand Mercure Bangsak to everyone.

Our stay at the Marriott Resort was truly enjoyable. Spending five days there felt like pure relaxation from start to finish. The staff were consistently very kind, friendly, and attentive, which made us feel welcome at all times. We particularly enjoyed the gym facilities. The only small thing we missed was a dedicated room for yoga or a bit more open space within the gym for personal workouts. However, this was not a major issue, as the gym was not overly busy and it was easy to improvise when needed. Overall, everything else was excellent and met our expectations fully. The atmosphere, service, and comfort made our stay very pleasant. We would definitely return to this resort and gladly recommend it to others.

Would highly recommend this hotel. Staff so friendly and welcoming. Little touches like a fitness room were great. Eco friendly toiletries and towels weren’t changed every day. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

We also loved the little touches: the JW Garden where herbs are grown for the kitchen, the serene Quan Spa, and the family-friendly amenities like the kids’ pool and activities. Evenings were magical, with golden sunsets and live music by the beach. If you’re looking for a peaceful, luxurious escape with world-class service and a touch of Thai soul, JW Marriott Khao Lak is a top-tier choice. We left feeling refreshed, pampered, and already planning our return.

small cosy hotel. very beautiful and staff are very friendly! Do not miss dinner here, Jumpoo is a michelin award restaurant located in the hotel!
