The staff at the hotel, particularly Film at the counter and Eddie the porter, were incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. Their friendly and attentive service made our holiday truly special. The hotel's amenities were fantastic, with a delicious breakfast spread and multiple swimming pools that were perfect for our family to enjoy. The location was also convenient, with easy access to transportation to Patong and other nearby beaches via Bolt app, which made getting around a breeze. Overall, our stay at Thavorn Palm Hotel was well-spent and exceeded our expectations. "Stayed here for 4 x days on way to Oz… ( couple plus 21 year old) remarkable tranquil feel within the hotel; delightful friendly staff; unique setting of access to water/ pools from ALL rooms ( which were superbly clean spacious & comfy) swim up to bars fun & delicious cocktails! .. plus of course the picturesque boat delivery of room service via the waterways! truly remarkable place. Outside, it is bustling street life,markets, stunning beaches, fantastic location for Walks to beaches( Karon, Patong, Kata) or easy taxi.. restaurants a plenty. Boat trip to PhiPhi island an absolute must. Unfortunately we left an iPad ( with students uni assignment on!) in a taxi to airport… staff here went above & beyond in communications secured the return of iPad to hotel,(remarkable in itself!) held on to it, .. packaged it…so we could courier it home to UK.. it arrived today!! Could not be more grateful for the amazing support and kindness by the staff… we are so so enormously grateful and highly recommend staying here to experience all it offered us..and more! Stunning on so many levels. Do not hesitate to book if you are looking!!"

"OYA International Resort Phuket is a little gem of place to stay, especially for people interested in an area where fitness is a high priority. The Villa has a kettle, microwave and fridge with a freezer compartment TV offers various language settings. Bed is a large king and very comfortable with additional single bed in living area if required. Small pool with beds and sunshades was ideal A small amount of building work is going on at present, but that didn't affect our stay at all. Would definitely return"

"We stayed in the Family Connecting Room. It was excellent — connected but separate, with a door between. The AC was quiet and easy to adjust, and the balcony had a great view. Everything was very clean across the hotel. The beach is a short walk away. At first I was unsure about walking along the road (not knowing Thailand), but it’s doable — not too busy, some lighting. There’s also a shuttle that takes you to the beach or back up to the rooms, though it didn’t run that often. Breakfast was impressive, with a mix of local and Western options. The pool area was a highlight: lots of loungers, not too crowded, and a shaded amphitheatre-style seating area. My son loved the 5-meter jump into the pool — safe and open daily. I was nervous at first but ended up jumping too. The slide was a nice touch as well. We got lucky with a local market one evening just outside the hotel — great street food and a fire show. Wi-Fi was solid. Staff were friendly, helpful, and had a good sense of humour. Mostly families staying when we were there. Noise wasn’t a problem, aside from the usual Thai birds calling out in the mornings. The beach itself is beautiful but overcrowded."

"Love this place , very friendly and professional staff, they go the extra mike to help you , i want to go somewhere, front desk manager call a car for me on one of the applications, so i don't need to take a taxi , she also ask the driver to give me her whatsapp so she can pick me up later , housekeeping personnel very nice and friendly, room very clean , love the breakfast, nice buffet, also the pools on the roof, from 1 to 10 i give 10 , highly recommend, very near the beach, just cross the street, many restaurants near , very simple was a very good choice"
