"Good service and friendly reception. As expected from an IHG group hotel. Facilities were great. Swimming pool was great, gym was spacious and equipment was clean, restaurant served great breakfast. Location is superb. It's connected to InterContinental hotel which is also connected to Gaysorn village which is also connected to the R'walk bridge which is connected to CentralWorld shopping mall and Big'C. So technically you don't need to expose yourself to the elements at all. Pretty good if you're travelling with young kids."

"Absolutely recommend! I received a room upgrade and the bed was way so comfortable. I can checked in a bit early and the room was nice slightly old, but completely understandable since it’s an older building. The service ( Staff ) at this hotel is truly the best, 5/5.The view of Bangkok is stunning, and they offer a great tuk-tuk service that picks you up and drops you off at BTS Chidlom for free.Everything was perfect for me! I love it here and will definitely come back again."

"I loved my stay here. I have literally stayed at all the hotels on Lang Suan. The rooms are neat, huge and well equipped. The staff at the reception are reserved but helpful once you stay for long. The location is quite a walk from Chit Lom station or to a nearby 7-11."

"The hotel has a beautiful view of the city skyscrapers on the rooftop. Pool is relaxing, the staff in the café are helpful and friendly. Reception was also very welcoming. Hotel room was clean and tidy. Me and my partner gave them a time to clean the room and it was done at exactly the time we requested for. Would definitely recommend it to a couple who looking for a relaxing stay. Siam square is only a 10 minute walk away, there is lots to do in the area where it is located. If you love the art culture there is galleries near by including the main art and culture centre of Bangkok."

"Stayed at The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam, Bangkok during our New Year family trip and had a very enjoyable experience. The hotel is very family-friendly, with spacious rooms that comfortably accommodated us after long days of sightseeing and shopping. Cleanliness was well maintained, and the beds were comfortable, which is important when traveling with children. The location is excellent — close to Platinum Mall, Pratunam Market, and many food options, making it very convenient for families. Breakfast offered a good variety, suitable for both adults and kids. Despite the busy New Year season, the staff were polite, helpful, and well organized. A nice highlight was being able to experience the New Year festive atmosphere and nearby fireworks and walking distance to new year count down at CentralWorld, which made the trip even more memorable for the whole family. Overall, a great choice for families looking for comfort, convenience, and a lively New Year experience in Bangkok. Would gladly stay here again."

"Hotel was conveniently located beside Big C, opposite Central world mall. Hotel pick up was easy for grab car and the hotel is also accessible via the link bridge at level M by taking the lift to and fro level 9 of the hotel (beside the gym). Housekeeping was done daily and amenities were replenished. A queen bed and bunk bed is good for 3 pax, although the room was a little small. Able to fit a large and medium luggage. Wished there was one more table for putting stuff or eating snacks as there’s only a side table."
