Excellent location - an oasis of calm from the relative hustle and bustle of Chiang Mai (which was actually very calm and relaxing city to be be). I will definitely come back. Breakfast was nothing amazing and the coffee was awful. But the free mini bar was a great touch. Better to go for massage in local places than Waya."

"It's a very nice and well maintained property. Nice and spacious rooms with friendly service. The breakfast has a decent selection of Western and Local flavors. Overall I can recommend it but the value for money isnt great. My expectations were slightly higher for the price I paid. Its a bit pricey for what it is."

"We had a great stay at Hotel Loy in Chiang Mai! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location for exploring the city. What really stood out was the service—both Zen and Tar were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!"

"Everything is great except 2 things they need to improve: 1. Parking - I had to remove traffic cone to parked my car by myself, twice, despite it's very small street, 2 lanes so basically, if you get out of the car, you will block the traffic. 2. TV in the room disconnect from internet, every time it shut. I stay for 1 night but the TV doesnt connect to the internet (it's smart TV) every time I shut the TV. It's annoying to have ppl come into your room twice in 1 day (Hotel should know to use hotel TV not cunsumer TV). 3.Doorlock,should it be RFID card? The manual is cool, traditional but I did forget to lock the room several times as I am familiar with hotel door shut itself everytime no? Beside from these improvments, the room are nice. Asking if I will going back, I don't think so."

"Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, as all staff were super accommodating and quick to help out when needed. Aun, “Ann” in particular was really helpful checking in. The bed was quite comfy and the mini bar fridge being stocked up daily is really nice. The pool was exquisite and well worth taking a dip daily. The shower pressure was good, but a bit narrow so watch out for wet floors, especially stepping down from the bathtub. All in all, a wonderful experience, and will happily book here again the next time I’m in Chiang Mai"

"The Wintree City Resort is a very comfortable place to stay. The breakfast buffet has everything you could imagine and the food is excellent quality. The rooms are much nicer than an average hotel. The bathrooms and showers were built with lots of glass, have a modern feel, and the water is nice and hot. The staff is very accommodating and always will share a smile and a short chat which is very welcoming. They even have security guards in the parking lot to assist with traffic. Take a short GRAB ride to Maya plaza for movie night, or to Nimman square for walking around. I would stay here again."
