"AMAZING, will come again. The front desk staff was super friendly and helped us carry the luggage to the cart. The room and the lobby were clean. Looked great. The bartender at the bar was friendly as well. Easy access to the parking lot (parking fee $25 + tax / day). Good location."
"Very handy location easy to check in especially there are plenty of space for guests to sit comfortably with a cafe restaurant. Close to Bayside market and Brightline train station as well as metro train in the door steps."
"Great location if you are interested in the Wynwood Walls. Room was spacious, clean and well designed. Rooftop pool can be accessed until sunset....Great gym and has yoga classes (unfortunately did not get a chance to take advantage of it). Includes $15 credit to food and drinks per night (some exclusions). Pool table also available to guests in the lobby. Water and nespresso are also included."
"The hotel is extremely beautiful and comfortable. It had all the amenities and more of what we needed. The pool top area, is exquisite, calming and relaxing. I miss this place, and would definitely be coming back."
"I had a great time at the Moxy Hotel in Wynwood, Miami for my first trip to the city! The hotel had a vibrant, modern vibe, and the staff was super friendly. It’s in a perfect location, with plenty of art, food, and nightlife nearby. Can’t wait to return!"
"Beautiful hotel located just 5 mins to Kaseya Center. The best choice if you are going to watch a NBA match in the evening. Gym is spacious and clean, love it! The view of Miami from the pool in the morning is breathtaking."

Very Good
GGuest Usercomfortable and well-equipped with facilities
추추운 미어캣It was nice to stay for a night. The desk chair by the window was quite unstable though would be great if you guys check that out. Other than that it had great view and spacious room.
GGuest User15 minutes walk away from the Miami Aiport Metro train station, Metro bus station and Tri train station. It is great for solo and if you want to explire the city, transportation is convenience. The hotel is simple and with cool designs. Really enjoy my stay.
GGuest UserVery satisfied with the hotel and booking experience! I booked the hotel on ”Ctrip”. The hotel is stylishly decorated, clean and sanitary. Check-in and check-out are very fast. The hotel has a shuttle bus to Miami Airport 24 hours a day, every 15 minutes, and the breakfast is on the first floor. It tastes very good. The swimming pool is also on the first floor. Five-star recommendation! The hotel is right next to the airport, very close, you can see the planes taking off and landing, and the sound insulation is very good! Thank you Ctrip!
GGuest UserPleasantly surprised after reading some negative reviews. Clean and comfortable room. Restaurant in hotel is excellent even though opening hours was limited. Shuttle service was reliable and driver was courteous and helpful. Would definitely stay again next time while on layover in MIA.
GGuest UserReview:
I arrived at 7:00 AM and found no staff, no reception, and no check-in instructions. My wife and I had to wait outside until another guest happened to come out and let us in. Inside, I met someone who I thought was staff, but he was just another guest. He tried to help me contact the hotel, but no one — not even other guests — could reach the manager.
There is no real lobby, just a yard. I waited three hours outside until someone finally responded. Then I was told I couldn’t check in until 3:00 PM unless I paid $100 extra. That’s way more than most hotels charge for early check-in which is about 20$. I asked for a refund so I could leave — they refused.
With no choice, I left my luggage with the housekeeper (the only helpful person) and had to walk around the city with my wife for six hours before coming back.
When I finally checked in, I just got a text message with a door code — no person, no welcome. The room had lots of bugs, and both of us got bitten badly overnight. There were even cockroaches in the kitchen.
This is not a real hotel. It’s overpriced, poorly managed, and has no customer service. Avoid if you care about basic hospitality.
