"We love place,,beautiful without being extravagant, extremely clean place, an extraordinary conformable bed. The paid breakfast was excelent and the most important was its location. We walk to the national mall, all monuments, museums, restaurants and attractions. We sure will choose Washington Plaza Hotel agramo and recommend to our friends and family. We are avid travelers and this is a gem of a Hotel."
citizenM Washington, DC Georgetown sits in one of the city’s most historic neighbourhoods, surrounded by leafy paths, river views, and the district’s classic townhouses. The hotel is a short walk from Georgetown’s main shopping streets, where citizens can wander between cafés, boutiques, and riverside spots. Georgetown University is close by too, making the hotel a handy pick for guests visiting the campus. Inside, the hotel has art-filled living rooms, a gym, and one flexible event space on the ground floor. All rooms come with XL beds, blackout blinds, rain showers, and smart tech controls. A great fit for travellers who want hotels near Georgetown University without giving up style or comfort, and for anyone who enjoys staying in Washington’s historic riverfront district. Everything is close, easy, and set up for citizens who like to mix a bit of study, city fun, and scenic walks along the Potomac.
"I used it during my business trip to Washington, and was overall satisfied with the reasonable price, facilities, and service. The only regret is that it is a bit far from the White House."
"I stayed in this hotel for the 3rd time. Rooms are big, clean and really comfortable. It is in Arlington, near metro station which is convenient for travel. Will always be my choice to stay when i go to Washington DC"
"Nice hotel, which is newly opened in August, 2025. Obviously very clean. I stayed for two nights. The view towards the Downtown DC and the Potomac river was exceptional. The location was great - very walkable to the Rosslyn station. One short fall was the front desk. I think as it is new, the employee lacked professionalism or may lack training. Approximately 3:55 am in the first night, the hotel suddenly charged my credit card, which was previously used for deposit when checking in. It was really distressing to be awaken in the middle of the night for a large amount of unauthorized transaction. As worried for a potential fraudulent use, I wasn't able to sleep back. Early next morning, I made a inquiry to the front gently but the employee simply replied that was a system error in a very indifferent manner. The response of just treating it as if it isn't anything and later to be released anyway was disproportionate its facility. I think that there is room for further improvement on the hotel' transaction system or service quality."

GGuest UserThe hotel was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. The front desk staff named Marina and other staffs were very friendly and helpful, which made my stay much more pleasant. The breakfast was very nive and abundant. I had a great experience overall.
GGuest UserClean, spacious, and very cosy. The room was comfortable and well maintained, and the coffee products were especially impressive. A very pleasant stay overall.
GGuest UserOne of a kind! Great location (right next to GWU! and subway station), really friendly staff, neat room with customized decor. All in all highly recommend!
BBlack Diamond 007Very convenient location. The subway station is literally downstairs (I think it might even be in the same building). Rooms are a decent and clean. Free coffee is provided and also has a nice meeting room. Overall given the price and location, no complaints! Would def stay again.
AAnonymous UserExcellent service! Big spacious rooms and clean! The beds are so soft that you literally sleep through the night. Many other reviews said that the noise from the train will affect your sleep but we barely hear anything!
GGuest UserThis hotel offers great value for money. The spaciousness makes it feel comfortable, and the small kitchen made it convenient to bring in outside food. It was relatively quiet during bedtime, and they even let me leave my luggage before check-in, which was nice. The location is also close to the subway station, and there are plenty of good cafes and restaurants within walking distance.
