"Incredibly kind and effective staff on the check-in desk! I arrived late and was very tired, but they were so nice while being efficient at the same time. Got a complementary upgrade and they always made sure to greet you when walking by. It's the small things that make IHG great. Breakfast was express standard, but no complaints. The room was a presidential suite, and it was spotless and in great condition. Convenient location from the airport, but definitely need a car."
"Wyndham Pitts has got to be commended for its central location and unblocked view of the Three River confluence, at a great price! Check in was smooth and travel to other parts of the city was very easy, with various amenities like 24h convenience stores and jazz bars within walking distance. One could also walk to the Andy Warhol museum through the majestic Three Sisters bridges and also the Duquesne Incline for a breathtaking view of the city. And finally the pool has a great view. One could probably only complain about the aging furnishes with some cracked or stripped wooden sections of the walls, and I thought it would be nicer to have a kettle in the room."
"This pace was great! The amenities were next level - especially love the gym equipment in the room. The location was great, and the staff were very helpful"
"The hotel's American breakfast pattern is OK, because there are many people to eat, you can get the room. The front parking lot is free, and there is a coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave in the room. The room is big enough. The downside is that the air conditioner has a loud sound and the wind direction cannot be adjusted. Because it is too late to stay, I don't know if the hotel can solve this problem."

Amazing
GGuest UserPittsburgh is a truly wonderful city to visit with so much to do. Hotel Monaco is right in the heart of it and an easy walk to the hop on hop off your bus and sporting venues. The tour bus is particularly good as it will take you to up to 21 different stops / spots in Pittsburgh. Hotel Monaco is next to an excellent Italian restaurant. The hotel room service was food and arrived quickly. The Biergarden on the roof and the free drinks for guests from 5 - 6pm daily are both nice touches. I cannot recommend a trip to Pittsburgh highly enough.
GGuest UserThe hotel is clean and the building is newer compared to many other hotels in Pittsburgh, which makes for a more comfortable experience. Breakfast is provided free of charge, with scrambled eggs, sausage/bacon and some type of potatoes. Also, a variety of drinks and fruit. Highly recommend.
777CVery nice and clean hotel. The virtual front desk attendants are very friendly and helpful. 100% recommended! Very unique layout of furnitures. Love it!
GGuest UserThis is our second stay at a hotel under the same brand, but in a different city. The front desk staff today were very welcoming. The room was spacious enough for our family of five, clean and tidy, and the water pressure was excellent. The location is convenient for getting around, and the service was warm. Overall, this hotel provided a great experience for my family! 👍
11ccmThe hotel environment is clean and tidy, the service staff is warm and polite, the transportation is convenient, and the surrounding facilities are complete. The room is quiet and comfortable, the facilities are complete, and the cost-effectiveness is high. It is a pleasant stay experience.
GGuest UserTryp was awesome. Great historical location and renovation. Location was fun, safe. Staff was excellent. Will strongly recommend. Only one issue - apparently a new rule was implemented regarding checking in early afternoon. After a 6 hour drive I arrived at 1:15pm and asked to check in. I travel for a living so I was a bit disappointed to hear it would cost an additional $50 to get my room an 1 1/2 ”early”. I asked if it was ready and was told yes. So after a 6 hour drive my choice was to sit in the lobby for an hour and a half+ or pay the $50. I said I understood if I was trying to check in at like 9:00 am. When checking out Tryp made the experience right. Overall, as a frequent visitor to pittsburgh I look forward to returning and highly recommend.
GGuest UserThe hotel is in a good location, the service is good, it is convenient to go anywhere, living on a high floor, you can see the beautiful scenery of the whole city from a distance, the hotel is cost-effective, and the experience is good
GGuest UserReally good location, just a few minutes walk from a very nice part of town. The hotel is very modern and comfortable with lovely amenities, including a pool and gym. Breakfast was generous although missing some bits, we were very happy. The room itself was very comfy and although the bedding wasn’t the nicest, it was very clean. I will say the area itself felt a little sketchy at night and we were concerned about the car, but all was fine. It was very different by day!
