Experience Memphis like a local in this 3 bedroom Tudor style home, built in 1934 but has been recently renovated. Traditional and formal, yet charming and very elegantly decorated. The master bedroom is something to behold but the star of the show is the on-suite shower. More of a spa-like retreat, featuring a marble-tiled walk-in shower, with a bench and rainfall shower head, personal sprayer wand, and a sleek frameless shower door. The heart of the home, the kitchen, (fully stocked) is a culinary dream with gas cooking, double ovens, and rich aromas that invite memorable gatherings. The gas fireplace in the living room adds a touch of romance to the ambiance and promises cozy evenings. Amenities include central AC, gas stove, new appliances and High Speed WIFI. This property is ideal for those with mobility challenges as almost everything is on the primary, street level floor.Since the airport is only 15 mins away, we do hear some planes fly overhead.
