Great resort! Incredible pool, breakfast, had a great selection of hot/cold foods. The lifts were fast. Free buggy to Grand world and back. Also a free airport shuttle, but make sure you book 12 hours ahead

I enjoy the stay with my family and kids in Pullman Phu Quoc resorts. Especially my kids enjoy the large, clean swimming pools and relaxing private beach. The front desk and concierge are super friendly and helpful. The breakfast provide variety of choices for both adults and kids which everyone could pick their favorites. The staff are attentive, friendly, and accommodating, enhancing the overall hospitality experience. The resort also offers helpful amenities like free airport transfer and various activities. I would recommend this resorts to my friend and family for their future visit in Phu Quoc.

New hotel. Rooms are are comfortable and stylish. Territory is very green and beautiful. Electro car service can get you to any part of the hotel. Pools are clean and big enough to not feel crowded. Restaurant on the 8 floor is hidden gem, worth to visit. Food in all restaurants are very good, but too pricey, about 2-5 times more expensive then in other places in Vietnam, depends on type of cafe and restaurant. Disadvantages (stayed at high season, January): Too small and crowded breakfast area, like at the train station in peak hours. Not enough sun-beds near the pools and the beach, need to come as early as possible. Hotel is not ready for high season. Also be ready to pay deposit - 1 million VND for 1 night, but in the end of staying it seemed very comfortable

The hotel is good for family vocation with a big swimming pool, childcare room, daily activities, bicycle rental, gym, karaoke & spa for all age groups It is conveniently situated with a night market across the hotel. There's rows of massage shops and varieties of restaurants such as Vietnamese, Korean, Western & seafood. It took about 20 mins to Duong Dong, Central & about 40 mins towards Northern Phu Quoc. Also, it is suitable for a couple. We had an enjoyable wedding anniversary stay at BWP.

It was a really comfortable place to stay with the family. The breakfast was really delicious. Everything was very nice. Will come again.

Hotel is very near the airport which is a plus. Free airport transfers both ways. Front desk / restaurant staff are very helpful and friendly. Complimentary afternoon tea was a nice touch. Pool is huge and staff are friendly. Nice cabanas and deck seats. Gym needs improvement - no fan / ac, towels didn't seem clean and dumbells were a little rusty. Gets very stuffy in there too. Room was a good size with great views of the ocean. Aircon in the room was a little warm during the day. More hooks can be provided in the washroom to hang towels or clothes. Our room didn't have a rack to hang our wet swim gears.

Stayed for two nights. Overall, it's a decent hotel, but there are nuances that they formally warn you about in a letter. However, renovations next door starting at 7 AM are a bit much. The receptionist was friendly.

Good to all travelers! We stayed at this villa as a family. We liked the villa very much, we rate it 10/10. The house's design is thoughtful. The rooms are well thought out and well equipped. The bathrooms are very nice. The landscaping with tropical trees and flowers is great. Bougainvillea is great. The night lighting of the villa is very impressive. Every three days there is a complete cleaning and replacement of all towels. The linen is new, dry and spotlessly white. There is a washing machine. It helped a lot with rinsing beach clothes, T-shirts, and beach towels. Everything was dry in the morning. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, but I would advise the manager to change one of the pans, add 8 earthenware cups instead of plastic ones and 10 pieces of small teaspoons and add 8 large plates for the main course. In this case, there will be nothing to complain about. Our extended family was comfortable staying in this villa. Everything is completely consistent with the description. The location is in a quiet location in the complex of the same Sun Tropical Village villas. Security with a barrier around the perimeter, video cameras and more. Everything is great, but take into account one very important point. This is a problem common to the entire island of Phu Quoc. The island is preparing to host a major economic summit in 2027. The whole island is one big construction and reconstruction project. And not all the villas in this complex are ready for operation. At the moment, only 30% are involved. The rest are being put into operation very quickly. With us, one of the neighboring villas was fully equipped by about 40 workers, from concrete to complete furniture and landscaping in 12 days. The pace is impressive. So, if your villa is nearby, then you will have noise problems. I talked to one of these residents, who complained that he had a villa for rent for a month, and nearby repairs. Fortunately, during our stay with Evelyn, preparatory work was just beginning. Tips for nearby restaurants - Chinese Fu Lu Kang (excellent work by a professional chef, instant service, full Chinese menu, except for Peking duck, we recommend absolutely everything). Grill Station is a decent menu when you want to switch from Vietnamese cuisine. Com Nha Vietnamese Cuisine is the latest restaurant on the way to the beach. Very affordable prices and excellent food quality. Better than on the beach - Draft Beer Bai Khem. We used the last one when we were at the beach all day. I recommend all the listed restaurants. KingKong has the best currency exchange, while Khem has a 1% worse exchange rate. If you skip the transport to KingKong, then the course is the same. The general advice on Khem's vacation location is if finances allow, then Premier Residence, New Wolrd, JW Marriott. That is, the territories that were closed and completed for reconstruction with half board. The latter is important because Vietnamese cuisine is sparse and monotonous. At the same time, you are guaranteed that you do not have large-scale repairs with the demolition of floors behind your wall. We recommend the Shop-center and farm of sea and river pearls - Ngoc Hien Pearl Farm. You can even book a transfer from the hotel if you really intend to buy something. Service: very good. Concierge is a very polite and helpful employee. Our respect. Rooms: perfect Two bicycles in free use. The manager needs to fix the seat on one of the bicycles and lubricate the chains. Internet - WIFI is fast without freezes. I recommend this villa for 10/10, but I advise you to check about possible repairs before renting.
