It was incredibly clean and tidy, making for a very reassuring and comfortable stay. The owner is exceptionally kind, warm, and thoughtful, and the staff's service is also very attentive and detailed, always ready to help with anything. They really went above and beyond. The hotel even provides mosquito coils and a swimming pool, showing great attention to detail. The only slight downside was that the food's flavor was just average; I hope they can improve this in the future. Overall, highly recommended!"

"My partner and I came to Semporna for a trip, and she did a ton of research beforehand. After comparing many places, she finally settled on this newly opened hotel, and it turns out her judgment was spot on, haha! Soon after booking, a staff member proactively reached out, added us to a service group, and gave us so many helpful suggestions for airport transfers and itinerary planning. It was incredibly thoughtful. When we arrived, we found that the front desk had thoughtfully prepared various emergency supplies that guests might need, which really showed they put a lot of care into running the place. Overall, our stay was simply: comfortable! We didn't have to worry about a thing the entire time. My girlfriend's choice was definitely a good one, and I absolutely have to give them a great review and show my support."

"The room was very clean. It just opened in February this year and the environment is nice. It's an eight-minute walk from the tourist jetty center, and there's a Chinese-speaking receptionist. It's great value for money! The landlady even helped me call a taxi back to the airport. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Semporna."

The hotel is right by the sea with great views. Downstairs, there are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and other amenities, which is super convenient. The pier for diving is just across the road from the hotel. It's really convenient! I'll definitely stay here again next time."

First, it's a newly opened place, so the facilities are all new, making it perfect for sleeping at night after daytime boat trips. Second, it's very close to the market and pier, making dining and sightseeing convenient. Third, their security measures are good; there are combination locks on both the first and second floors, including the hotel entrance, which is great since I often leave things inconvenient to bring on boat trips in my room. Fourth, and most importantly, their customer service staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, offering helpful reminders and reminders. The most incredible part? We arrived after 10 PM, and the owner was still waiting for us! He even personally cooked us fried eggs and noodles 🍜. Eating that warm meal, I almost shed a tear… To get this kind of treatment in a foreign country truly warmed my heart. ✅ The room details were exceptional, and the built-in Chinese outlets were a stroke of genius 🔌 The room looked exactly like the pictures, but it was even bigger and more comfortable! Wooden floors plus cozy lighting really gave it a full vacation vibe. I especially want to praise the built-in Chinese outlets – you can charge your phone and camera without needing an adapter. That attention to detail completely blew me away. "Let me show you the boss’s kittens. I came to Semporna to compare many hotels. I decided to book this hotel one day in advance. The proprietress was very good. The room was very clean. Damn, the public stairs were reflective, and although in the town, it was absolutely safe. There is a door downstairs. There's a door upstairs, you can't get in without a card. In short, it is very recommended. I am very sad to leave today. I can't bear the proprietress here. The processing shop downstairs is very clean. The diving instructor is also very good. "We used the Grap app for taxis in Semporna because Q3 INN HOTEL wasn't listed on the Grap map yet since it only opened last October. So, you could choose Grace Hotel or BaWang ChaJi, as they're only about 20 meters away – very close. The hotel offers free instant noodles, snacks, and drinks. There's a coffee machine providing free coffee and hot water. We're health-conscious, so we brought our own water bottles to use the hot water provided. The hotel is very close to the Longmen Guesthouse pier, a 7-8 minute walk. You can see the pier from your room balcony. The hotel facilities are all new, but there's no renovation smell, which is great. The owner is very dedicated to running the business. Thumbs up! 👍 Staying here... There's a seafood restaurant downstairs. My friend and I ate there for several nights in a row. Yes, it's seafood! Next door is a place selling black thorn durian, which is also incredibly delicious and authentic. On the day we left, I left my water bottle at the hotel, and the owner happened to be flying back to Guangzhou that evening at 7:00 PM. They even delivered my water bottle to the airport! I was so touched. Even after I went through security and was at the check-in counter, the owner contacted security staff to open the glass door and hand me my little blue collapsible water bottle. Super NICE ❤️ My friend and I stayed for three nights. On our last night, we went to the bar downstairs at the hotel 🍷 and listened to locals sing Mandarin songs. It was quite nice. The only downsides might be that the toothbrushes were a bit soft, the air conditioner would be better with a wind shield, and the rooms near the road could have better soundproofing. Also, having more clothes hangers would be very convenient, as we went out to sea every day and needed to dry clothes. Laundry detergent was also a concern; I brought a small bottle, but it ran out, and they only had laundry powder. In short: My friend said this place is the best value for money. We originally planned to stay in a water villa on Mataking Island, but we ended up staying at this hotel by chance. It was great. Highly recommended 😎 👍👍"
