"Absolutely excellent, Masha'Allah! The cleanliness and tidiness were superb, and even the amenities provided made it feel like a five-star hotel. They've thought of everything you might need, from toothbrushes and cloth slippers to an iron and ironing board, in addition to the usual towels and shampoo. Truly outstanding! The staff were quick and professional in their service. It's definitely worth experiencing, though the location is a bit far from the Haram, about a 30-minute walk. By car, it's close, and they mentioned having a bus, but I didn't try it personally. Overall, an excellent experience and worth trying again if they maintain their high standards."

The front desk staff handled check-in smoothly and professionally, always ready to assist with questions or requests. Equally impressive was the cleaning team, who maintained the rooms and public areas to an exceptionally high standard. Their attention to detail was evident daily, and their polite and friendly manner made the stay even more comfortable. As the hotel is only around six months old, everything feels fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms, corridors, and common areas are spotless, well maintained, and beautifully finished. "I stayed at Sebal Almasi Hotel in Madinah for a few days. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its excellent location, very close to Masjid Nabawi. The hotel was clean and well-maintained when we arrived, and the overall environment was pleasant. However, there are some areas that need improvement. The reception staff were not very helpful, and communication was difficult. The front desk staff often seemed busy with their phones, and for even small issues we had to visit the reception multiple times before getting assistance. Housekeeping service was also below expectations, as no one checked whether the room needed cleaning during our stay. In addition, basic amenities such as a toothbrush and toothpaste were not provided in the room. Overall, the hotel has a great location and a clean, comfortable atmosphere, but the customer service and housekeeping need significant improvement."
