GGuest UserI traveled alone with my 3 year old daughter and we had a fantastic stay! The owner was very kind to upgrade us to the largest king size bed room which was very spacious for my kid to run around. Unfortunately she didn’t realize we booked 2 nights and made us move the second night but still gave us an upgraded room! She made up for it by helping me move and watch my child while I settled into the second room. She and the restaurant chef were so kind with allowing us to eat a late breakfast because my child was too tired and could not wake up in time before breakfast ended. The chef made us a delicious fried rice with some tomato/eggs and hot Mongolian milk te which was the best meal we’ve had in Inner Mongolia because we are tired of eating lamb. Everyone treated us so well and loved my outgoing daughter. We sang karaoke at night and my daughter sat on the swings and ran around in the courtyard playing. I loved that the light to the AC turns off when the room lights turn off but the AC is still working. It makes sleep so much better to not have a light shining on you. The rooms are very new and there’s lots of cabinet space. Parking is available. Bottled water, slippers, shampoos/body wash are all provided. We also got free tickets to the grassland which we unfortunately could not make it to but appreciated. Thank you to the owner and the staff for making our stay so comfortable! We will definitely come back and stay again!

GGuest UserThe room was quite spacious, breakfast was good, and the service was warm. The location is also decent, with several restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Overall, it's okay.
However, there are some downsides:
1. The way to turn off the night light is very peculiar; you can't figure it out on your own and need to call the front desk or housekeeping for instructions.
2. It's advertised as a non-smoking room, but the smell of smoke was quite noticeable.
3. The pillows were uncomfortable. In this regard, international chain hotels don't compare to similarly priced domestic brands. The domestic competition means they often excel in providing more meticulous and thoughtful details.

JJieliuziluxianshengAs it was my first time in Manzhouli and I was there for a business trip, I sought out a hotel that offered good value for money. After experiencing it firsthand, I've decided to give it a positive review.
**Location:** The hotel is situated in a lively area of Manzhouli, making it incredibly convenient for both dining out and sightseeing. The building also features an underground parking lot, and to my pleasant surprise, the hotel even reimbursed the 20 RMB daily parking fee – a fantastic bonus!
**Facilities:** The hotel is well-equipped with facilities, and many small details were handled very nicely.
**Service:** The hotel staff provided excellent service; they were warm, welcoming, and very thoughtful.
**Hygiene:** This is the only area where I'd have to deduct a point. The room itself was actually very tidy and clean, but I found a small bed bug on the bed. It was truly the only imperfection during my stay.
**Overall:** Should I return to Manzhouli in the future, whether for business or leisure, I would definitely stay here again and wholeheartedly recommend it to my friends.

SShasidianziyang🚗 Parking right outside the hotel is super convenient, and it even has its own courtyard. Although we drove, I noticed the hotel has its own shuttle van for airport transfers, so public transport users can arrange that.
🛀 The room was spotless, and the decor felt brand new. The bathroom amenities were seriously impressive – face masks, mouthwash, makeup remover wipes, laundry detergent, hair clips, disposable bath towels, you name it! It’s the most comprehensive set of toiletries I've ever seen at a hotel, a delightful surprise right after landing in Hailar.
Since we were doing a full loop, I was worried about potentially sparse amenities in the smaller northern towns later on, so I even took some of the disposable bath towels with me. I highly recommend this hotel as your starting point in Hailar if you're doing a tour. When you check out, you can even ask the front desk for an extra two sets of toothbrushes for your onward journey, just in case!
👔 The hotel's laundry room is also incredibly clean. They have separate washing machines and dryers for men and women, plus individual bamboo baskets for guests to put clothes that haven't been picked up yet, so the next person can use the machine – super thoughtful! I washed a load right after I arrived, and after completing my trip, I came back to this hotel and immediately headed to the laundry room again, haha!
🛗 The front desk is on the 7th floor. If your room isn't on the 7th floor, you'll need to take another elevator. However, the security and front desk staff on the 1st floor are very helpful and will assist with luggage delivery to your room – the whole process was seamless! d(^_^o)
👍 Both the manager and front desk staff are very welcoming. After finishing my trip, I chose this hotel again upon returning to Hailar because of the excellent service and room quality. I checked in very late, but the manager still remembered my booking from a week ago and specifically called to ask if I wanted a room upgrade, which was incredibly thoughtful. They had also helped me with local attractions and recommendations during my first stay a week prior, making for a fantastic experience.

He personally shows guests the room and actively introduces how to visit the surrounding area. It feels like home. The room can overlook Russia and Matryoshka. Plaza, the price is much cheaper than in the city

GGuest UserTuoga Camp is nestled on a hill near the Moergele River in the Hulunbuir Grassland. During the day, it's a living desktop wallpaper with blue skies, green grass, and grazing cattle, horses, sheep, and camels. The 'Cloudtop 2.0' rooms are incredibly clean and comfortable. The tents feature traditional felt blankets and logs, seamlessly integrated with modern smart toilets and showers, allowing out-of-town guests to comfortably enjoy traditional folk accommodation. The breakfast is abundant, offering not only Mongolian milk tea but also delicious large cuts of beef and Russian sausage. What's truly exceptional is the service, especially our seven-star butler, Kexin, who made our stay incredibly pleasant. We traveled with a wheelchair and without our own car, but the hotel butler alleviated all our concerns. They arranged a vehicle to take the elderly up to their room on the hilltop and proactively offered to arrange transportation to the scenic areas. The staff at the restaurant, front desk, and in housekeeping were all incredibly warm and welcoming. I highly recommend staying at Tuoga Camp to experience the vast grasslands!

The key is that the whole house is smart, the experience is full, and it makes people feel good. It is near the square and there are many snacks around, which is very convenient!

GGuest UserWhen visiting Manzhouli, you absolutely have to stay at the Matryoshka. The newly opened Building A didn't have any king-size rooms, which was a bit confusing, so I booked Building B instead. While the facilities are a bit older and less modern than Building A, it's still quite good overall. The hotel's amenities, such as restaurants, cafes, recreational facilities, and supermarkets, could be improved. The public areas are filled with small shops selling Russian products, making it feel a bit less like a hotel and more like a tourist attraction. Overall, I recommend it; it still has its own unique charm.
