I traveled alone with my 3 year old daughter and we had a fantastic stay! The owner was very kind to upgrade us to the largest king size bed room which was very spacious for my kid to run around. Unfortunately she didn’t realize we booked 2 nights and made us move the second night but still gave us an upgraded room! She made up for it by helping me move and watch my child while I settled into the second room. She and the restaurant chef were so kind with allowing us to eat a late breakfast because my child was too tired and could not wake up in time before breakfast ended. The chef made us a delicious fried rice with some tomato/eggs and hot Mongolian milk te which was the best meal we’ve had in Inner Mongolia because we are tired of eating lamb. Everyone treated us so well and loved my outgoing daughter. We sang karaoke at night and my daughter sat on the swings and ran around in the courtyard playing. I loved that the light to the AC turns off when the room lights turn off but the AC is still working. It makes sleep so much better to not have a light shining on you. The rooms are very new and there’s lots of cabinet space. Parking is available. Bottled water, slippers, shampoos/body wash are all provided. We also got free tickets to the grassland which we unfortunately could not make it to but appreciated. Thank you to the owner and the staff for making our stay so comfortable! We will definitely come back and stay again!

The hotel boasts an excellent location, just about 200 meters from Zhongsu Jinjie Street. To its north, you'll find a vibrant local residential market offering very affordable prices if you explore a bit further, making it incredibly convenient. The hotel was impeccably clean, and its facilities were excellent. The owner was exceptionally kind and accommodating. Upon seeing we were traveling with seniors and children, they generously upgraded our room, which made our stay incredibly comfortable. We were even gifted some lovely fridge magnets! Highly recommended!!!

The hotel is located next to the most central square. The room is on the second floor, there is no elevator, the boss helped carry the luggage. The room is quite big, it is a suite, the big room has two beds, the small room has a bed, the bed is not small. The room is quite large and it is very convenient to put the suitcase. One-time towels are available, which is great. The only problem is the location of the shower. The bracket of the fixed shower cannot be adjusted at an angle. When the water is opened, the water sprayed is directly facing the wall. If the height is less than 1 meter 9, it will not be stained. The shower can be taken down and held in hand, which is really not convenient. When I checked out, the proprietress also sent two breads, thank you!

This is my second time here. The environment is great, perfect for taking photos. The front desk staff are super enthusiastic, and even the cleaning aunties greet you warmly when you see them. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hailar!

I stayed here for one night as I had driven down from Genhe and had been exploring the white frozen grasslands, and driving along the Hulun Buir Ice and Snow Festival tracks. The hotel was decent and made for good sleeping and had clothes washing facilities. There was also lots of parking space. The hotel has a security guard for some reason. I haven't figured that out yet as no other hotel or guesthouse I have stayed in seems to need one. I guess it will make some of you feel safer and some of you think twice. The hotel door handle needed to be fixed, the door didn't shut properly and I just had to slam it to stop the alarm from going off. I paid for breakfast and it was okay. But I recommend going to local breakfast place for Baozi for the same price. I still recommend the place for a night of rest at a decent budget, but if you want a more memorable stay then find a more personable guesthouse.

This yurt hotel is quite good. The rooms have everything you need, and the facilities are decent. The hotel is located on the north shore, offering great views from elevated spots and easy access to the grasslands, making it a relaxed experience with fewer crowds (during peak season, cars queuing for the south shore scenic area can take half an hour). The hotel provides butler service, and responses are always prompt. The food is also pretty good... It's just that during peak season, the costs for accommodation, food, and activities are all a bit on the high side, but that's to be expected.

The hotel is clean and tidy, the rooms are relatively large, and the environment is good. It is right next to Matryoshka Square. In the south-facing rooms, you can watch the light show in the room every night. In the north-facing rooms, you can see Russia in the distance. Downstairs is the China-Russia trade port. It is very close to Matryoshka Square and Guomen Scenic Area. The hotel owner was very enthusiastic, helped us with suggestions on our itinerary, and even made homemade maps for free. Live in a real yurt! The bedding in the room is very good, the camp environment is also very good, the sunset is beautiful! The front desk brother and the photographer are super handsome, promise me, be sure to see them, okay 🤩🥳🤠

The receptionist lady at the hotel was very friendly, kind, and welcoming. The hotel is located in a very convenient area in the city center, which was a great advantage. However, the cleanliness of the bathroom was not satisfactory. The hotel did not provide enough bottled drinking water according to the number of guests staying in the room. I believe it is important to provide clean bottled water based on the number of guests and beds in the room. This does not cost much for the hotel, but for tired travelers who have been on a long journey, it is a small but valuable comfort. There were also no porcelain cups available for drinking tea in the room. In addition, some foreign guests were talking loudly, coming in and out of the hotel, and making a lot of noise until around 2 a.m. This made our stay uncomfortable and disturbed our rest. We had traveled a long distance and were extremely tired, so we decided to overlook these issues and requested to extend our stay for one more night at the same hotel to get some rest. However, the hotel increased the room price, which was disappointing. Furthermore, although the agreed check-out time was 2:00 p.m., we were asked to leave after 12:30 p.m. As a result, we could not finish our lunch and had to check out at around 1:30 p.m. We hope the hotel can pay more attention to respecting the agreed check-out time and providing better service for guests in the future.
