I traveled alone with my 3 year old daughter and we had a fantastic stay! The owner was very kind to upgrade us to the largest king size bed room which was very spacious for my kid to run around. Unfortunately she didn’t realize we booked 2 nights and made us move the second night but still gave us an upgraded room! She made up for it by helping me move and watch my child while I settled into the second room. She and the restaurant chef were so kind with allowing us to eat a late breakfast because my child was too tired and could not wake up in time before breakfast ended. The chef made us a delicious fried rice with some tomato/eggs and hot Mongolian milk te which was the best meal we’ve had in Inner Mongolia because we are tired of eating lamb. Everyone treated us so well and loved my outgoing daughter. We sang karaoke at night and my daughter sat on the swings and ran around in the courtyard playing. I loved that the light to the AC turns off when the room lights turn off but the AC is still working. It makes sleep so much better to not have a light shining on you. The rooms are very new and there’s lots of cabinet space. Parking is available. Bottled water, slippers, shampoos/body wash are all provided. We also got free tickets to the grassland which we unfortunately could not make it to but appreciated. Thank you to the owner and the staff for making our stay so comfortable! We will definitely come back and stay again!

As it was my first time in Manzhouli and I was there for a business trip, I sought out a hotel that offered good value for money. After experiencing it firsthand, I've decided to give it a positive review. **Location:** The hotel is situated in a lively area of Manzhouli, making it incredibly convenient for both dining out and sightseeing. The building also features an underground parking lot, and to my pleasant surprise, the hotel even reimbursed the 20 RMB daily parking fee – a fantastic bonus! **Facilities:** The hotel is well-equipped with facilities, and many small details were handled very nicely. **Service:** The hotel staff provided excellent service; they were warm, welcoming, and very thoughtful. **Hygiene:** This is the only area where I'd have to deduct a point. The room itself was actually very tidy and clean, but I found a small bed bug on the bed. It was truly the only imperfection during my stay. **Overall:** Should I return to Manzhouli in the future, whether for business or leisure, I would definitely stay here again and wholeheartedly recommend it to my friends.

The hotel is located next to the most central square. The room is on the second floor, there is no elevator, the boss helped carry the luggage. The room is quite big, it is a suite, the big room has two beds, the small room has a bed, the bed is not small. The room is quite large and it is very convenient to put the suitcase. One-time towels are available, which is great. The only problem is the location of the shower. The bracket of the fixed shower cannot be adjusted at an angle. When the water is opened, the water sprayed is directly facing the wall. If the height is less than 1 meter 9, it will not be stained. The shower can be taken down and held in hand, which is really not convenient. When I checked out, the proprietress also sent two breads, thank you!

This is my second time here. The environment is great, perfect for taking photos. The front desk staff are super enthusiastic, and even the cleaning aunties greet you warmly when you see them. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hailar!

The hotel is clean and tidy, the rooms are relatively large, and the environment is good. It is right next to Matryoshka Square. In the south-facing rooms, you can watch the light show in the room every night. In the north-facing rooms, you can see Russia in the distance. Downstairs is the China-Russia trade port. It is very close to Matryoshka Square and Guomen Scenic Area. The hotel owner was very enthusiastic, helped us with suggestions on our itinerary, and even made homemade maps for free. Finally got to check out the famous Matryoshka Doll Hotel, and my stay far exceeded expectations! The exterior is an iconic giant matryoshka doll building; its intricate paintings truly shine in the sun. The Guinness-certified unique architecture lives up to its reputation. Stepping into the lobby was breathtaking: a 60-meter high domed ceiling, crystal chandeliers, and palatial frescoes create a grand and dreamlike atmosphere. Matryoshka elements are everywhere – in the corridors, elevators, and guest rooms, with customized cups, amenity kits, and cushions, all adding a fairy-tale touch with meticulous detail. The room was spacious and clean, with excellent hygiene. The mattress was soft, and soundproofing was good, complemented by smart amenities. There's even a cute matryoshka robot that delivers meals and guides you, which the kids absolutely loved. The staff were warm and friendly, and check-in was efficient. The stay included unlimited access to the Matryoshka scenic area, which was super convenient, and the night view with the lights was absolutely stunning. Overall, it combines aesthetics, comfort, and a great location, making it perfect for family trips or couples. I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Manzhouli!

The campsite is conveniently located right off the main road with parking available. Friendly security guards help with luggage delivery to your room, which is a great touch. The tent environment is unbeatable; you have stunning views of the vast grassland right outside your window, and you can stargaze at night. The bonfire party was a highlight, with lively dances and a fantastic firework show – highly recommend! The Qushui Yuntian managed by the hotel is definitely worth a visit; the sunset there is absolutely beautiful.

The Matryoshka Hotel is quite unique, consisting of two adjacent buildings, Block A and and Block B. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The hotel restaurant, in particular, is huge and offers a wide variety of breakfast options. The front desk staff, especially employee number 004, was very enthusiastic and pleasant.

The hotel experience is great! The room is spacious and bright, the mattress is very comfortable, the bathroom facilities are complete, and the service is warm and thoughtful. The key is that the whole house is smart, the experience is full, and it makes people feel good. It is near the square and there are many snacks around, which is very convenient!

Hello. First a room that was not possible for a second, so it was so smoked. The administrator provided another room that was less smoked, good in the two windows and quickly all went out. Plus: A beautiful view from the window, next to the step-by-step availability of a bunch of shops and cafes. The hotel is small without noisey neighbors. 3 elevators work fast. Defects: Very high threshold in the toilet, broken bed linen, in 9 days of stay never cleaned and changed towels, toilet paper, all toothbrushes and pastes, champagne bought themselves. The Chinese citizens who smoke very much are inhabited. Conditioners do not work.
