Three days before my arrival, my dedicated client manager called to confirm my itinerary needs and informed me that a quiet, high-floor suite had already been reserved based on my past preferences. Upon arrival, the room was perfectly arranged to my liking: the curtains were half-open to let in natural light, and what touched me most was that she had pre-arranged a late checkout for me. The Loyalty Department has proven over time that true loyalty service isn't about points redemption, but about making each guest feel like a unique and cherished member of this family. Thank you for making every trip a comfortable experience for me.

MM764017****I came to Nanning for Hua Chenyu's concert and New Year's Eve, and I booked this hotel thinking it was close to Chaoyang Square. It exceeded my expectations – truly great value for money. On the day of check-in, the front desk even called to confirm my arrival time and upgraded my room for free, which I really appreciated!
The hotel's location is excellent. It's about a nine-minute walk from Chaoyang Square, Pingxi Night Market is just a few hundred meters away, the subway station is about 300 meters, and Nanning Station is also only a few hundred meters away. It's incredibly convenient to get anywhere.
The hotel rooms are spacious, and the bathroom and toilet are very clean and bright, with excellent hygiene. The shower room is very thoughtfully designed; the rack for clothes and the laundry basket are right at the entrance, within arm's reach. The toilet is a smart, constant-temperature one, and having a heated toilet in winter made me not dread using the restroom as much.
Another small detail: all the hotel's bath towels and hand towels are sealed. Before, I was hesitant to use hotel towels for fear of them being unclean, but the towels here are sealed and need to be opened, which is super, super good.
The front desk service attitude was also great, and upon checking in, the room had snacks like milk and candy. All in all, it was a very satisfying stay. It's hard to find a hotel with such good value for money. Nanning is fun and has great food!

The convenience alone made my stay incredibly easy and stress-free.
Upon entering the apartment, I was immediately impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The hosts clearly take pride in ensuring the space is spotless and inviting. The decor is modern yet warm, with touches of local flair that give it a unique charm. The furniture is both stylish and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. My room was spacious and equipped with all the essentials I needed for a comfortable stay, including a very comfortable bed, which ensured I had restful sleep every night.

The environment is split into two parts: the interior is excellent, but the exterior is a bit rough.
The B&B's location is super convenient; just downstairs, you're at Sanjie Liangxiang, making it easy to find food and explore creative cultural shops. Definitely recommend it. It's perfect for first-time visitors to Nanning. Plus, a short walk away, there's an old-brand Laoyoufen that's delicious too…

The transportation is convenient, the parking is free, and there are many small shops behind the hotel, including restaurants, quiet bars, and small supermarkets! The hotel lobby is beautifully decorated. The hotel breakfast is average, but the bed and quilt are very comfortable. The hotel is intelligently controlled. Just shout Xiaodu Xiaodu to help you open the curtains and turn off the lights. The tea bags are in the tea, and the disposable toiletries are also OK. I will choose next time

DDavidWe decided to stay on few more days as we enjoyed our stay here. One thing , though, is that the breakfast has to be more varied and creative as, after staying 4 days, we were so afraid of eating the same old breakfast day after day. The night supper provided is simple yet good enough. Self service laundry is great and the tv is especially large and room is relatively large. Overall we give thumbs up for this hotel.

WWan SuwanThe location of the apartment is great, plenty of restaurants, 24hrs convenient stores around the building, short walking distance to Mira Mall & Sheng's Tiandi where you can find good supermarket & lots of nice restaurants & good food places. MixC Mall, Hang Yang City & Convention & Exhibition Center are in short distance taking taxi is ~CNY10-15 & convenient, as taxi stand is just right in front of the walk way to the building.
The apartment building & the unit itself are old and don't have enough maintenance, they offer the kitchen but if staying less than a month, it's almost useless as they don't provide any of the kitchenware at all, except the electric kettle, not even the proper glasses nor utensils, only 2 daily paper cups in the bathroom.
Room facilities & many little things in the unit are all run down & don't have proper maintenance like door knobs, handles, shower, kitchen taps, table, etc, cleanliness is not good enough, however, the bed sheets & bedding stuff are clean enough with no smell. They offer the daily cleaning, but just floor clean, no change of anything, no drinking water provided. The amenities are very basic & few, most are disposable, better bring your own, anyhow, some requests are well responsive like we request to change the kettle, cause it is out of order, 1 additional chair as they provide only 1 chair in the unit & laundry detergent.
In overall, if you don't mind and can bare those run down facilities with not good enough maintenance, it is a value for money to stay in such location in good neighborhood.
