MM2814ej4s****Wow, I absolutely have to rave about the hotel I stayed at for this business trip! First off, the location is unbeatable – it's so convenient to get anywhere, which saved me a lot on taxi fares and time.
I honestly thought that for this price, the room would just be average. But I was so pleasantly surprised the moment I stepped in! The room was incredibly spacious with a big window. The afternoon sun streamed in, making the whole room bright and cheerful, which instantly lifted my mood. The bed deserves special praise; the mattress was just the right firmness, and the pillows were incredibly comfortable. Once I lay down, I didn't want to get up – I slept soundly all night, even better than at home! Compared to a few other hotels I'd checked out nearby, their price was much more reasonable, but the quality was just as good, if not better. I really felt like I got my money's worth!
The moment I entered the hotel lobby, I was enveloped by a strong Christmas atmosphere. The Christmas tree, colorful lights, and little bells in the lobby were beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, immediately giving me that festive feeling. My colleagues and I couldn't resist taking a few photos.
During check-in, the front desk lady was exceptionally warm and attentive. She wasn't just mechanically going through the motions; she genuinely asked, ”Sir, would you prefer a quieter room? Would a higher floor be okay?” And she actually arranged a quiet room with a great view for me. She clearly explained everything, from how to connect to the WiFi to where to park the car and which floor breakfast was on the next morning. This kind of meticulous attention to detail made me feel really at ease, as if everything had been taken care of for me.
Their breakfast also deserves a special mention! The variety was truly impressive, ranging from Chinese congee, dim sum, and side dishes to Western bread, salads, yogurt, and even a live noodle station. Everything tasted great. I ate a huge plateful, left feeling full and energized, ready to tackle my day.
In short, my overall experience this stay was fantastic, completely exceeding my expectations. Whether you're here for a business trip like me or just looking for a place to relax for a weekend, this is definitely the place to choose. I've already added it to my 'treasure hotels' list, and I'll definitely stay here again next time!

AANDREWLUIIf you're visiting Nanning, this Wuxiang Mountain Villa Hotel is truly the best choice. The experience was absolutely fantastic, beyond words. This time, I happened to be returning to Liuzhou during the off-peak season, so I decided to spend two nights here before heading back to Shenzhen.
The villa is located right next to Wuxiang Lake Park, serving as a natural 'oxygen bar'. Its extensive gardens are home to a wide variety of plants, and within the grounds, you can find swans and peacocks. Guests can even enjoy feeding the adorable animals and koi fish. I would genuinely call this Nanning's ultimate holiday paradise!!! Both the overall environment and the service were absolutely outstanding.
The rooms are spacious, designed with a traditional Chinese style and facilities that possess a classic charm. The balcony is very comfortable and expansive, and in the mornings, you're serenaded by the delightful sounds of insects and birds! Coexisting with nature here is simply so idyllic and relaxing.
Breakfast offered a rich variety of options, and the staff were very polite. The restaurant manager even personally inquired about our dining experience. When we pointed out a minor area for improvement, it was completely rectified the very next morning at breakfast – truly impressive and thoughtful service!
Overall, the service was excellent. There's a convenient concierge buggy service for transfers to and from the guest rooms, and you never have to wait long at all, making everything incredibly convenient!

WWendy NgimHi, I stayed at Double Tree hotel at WuXiang, Nanning. Overall the environment is clean and spacious and the senior staff is much helpful to provide assistance as I was first time at Nanning. Unfortunately, on my last day of visit on 17th March, I encountered a bad experience with Luckin Coffee stall at Double Tree Hotel. A one man staff attending to several orders totally ignored me while I was waiting for his attention to make order. Understandably I tried to wait however, he seems so engrossed over his tasks hence, I get his attention to said I need a cup of coffee and he just said scan the code...I scanned with my usual scanner and did not work out, and revert to him, he then said use Weixin. As this is my first time, I find it difficult as not familiar and I gave up since he doesn't bother to render help. It was very disappointing to experience this after having a good impression of Nanning generally.
I really hope the Hotel can be more friendly as this is supposed to be a four stars hotel.

My experience: It's an older hotel, with fairly standard facilities and decor, but the maintenance was excellent. The rooms and public areas were spotless, and the attention to detail showed professionalism. Its excellent location makes travel extremely convenient, allowing for quick access to destinations whether for business or leisure.
What deserves special praise is the hotel's service team. From check-in to check-out, every employee demonstrated exceptional professionalism and enthusiasm. The staff maintained a friendly smile, proactively inquired about our needs, and responded quickly and attentively. Their professional and meticulous service compensated for any shortcomings in the facilities, greatly enhancing the stay experience. I hope the hotel can maintain this high level of service and continue to upgrade its facilities. I look forward to even more surprises next time I stay.

The duvet was light and fluffy, and the mattress was just the right balance of soft and firm; I fell asleep almost instantly and slept soundly until morning. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, excellent water pressure, and a fine, delicate spray from the rain shower. Paired with branded gardenia-scented toiletries, showering became a real pleasure. The mini-bar had a great selection of drinks, and the complimentary capsule coffee and TWG tea bags were a thoughtful touch that I really appreciated.

After we reported it to the evening's 'little butler,' she immediately came to our room to check it out herself and quickly arranged for us to switch rooms! Not only was the issue resolved promptly, but she also apologized repeatedly and had a fruit platter sent up by a staff member. This kind of responsible and proactive handling of the situation made us feel completely at ease!

The hotel floor arranged by Li at the front desk is suitable, the room is quite large, and the view from the balcony is good at night. What's more worth mentioning is that the curtains have a very good blackout effect, and the sleep is super comfortable and satisfying. The swimming pool and gym are free to use. The swimming pool is spacious, bright, and has a constant temperature, and the water is clean.
