Had a genuinely pleasant stay here as a solo traveller. The hosts were incredibly meticulous and punctual throughout my stay, helping me with my luggage up to Level 2 and even upgrading my room while allowing me to choose the one I preferred. They thoughtfully planned my departure timing the next morning and arranged transport for me as well. The location was excellent, just a short 2 minute walk into Furong Ancient Town with plenty of food and places to explore nearby. They even brought me to see the waterfall and helped purchase my scenic area tickets in advance, which saved me the hassle of queueing or figuring things out upon arrival. Truly appreciated the hospitality and care, would definitely recommend staying here if visiting Furong Town.

The owner of the guesthouse is so kind, arranged a pickup at the train station for me and also offered to accompany me to the train station after my stay. Also the room itself is super comfortable, with a/c and a big bedroom. It is not directly in the city center but 10 min walking, which was a plus for me because at night it was really quiet. It was the most comfortable night for me in china so far.

The hotel is excellent. It's located just outside the main scenic area, so it's not noisy and very quiet. There's a large, free parking lot nearby, which is very convenient. The hotel's design is great, the rooms are spacious, and they even come with a scenic balcony. All the facilities are complete, and it's clean and hygienic, making for a very comfortable stay. While it's only about a ten-minute walk to the scenic area, the hotel provides a dedicated shuttle service. This means you can enjoy a comfortable stay and save energy exploring the sights. What's more, the hotel group also operates other guesthouses and bars within the scenic area. When you're exploring, you can visit their bar for some great photo opportunities – it's a popular spot for snapping photos of the waterfall, offering a unique perspective from across the river, opposite the official viewing platform. It's definitely worth a visit for some fantastic shots. The bar owner is incredibly enthusiastic too! The hotel had mentioned there wouldn't be a minimum spend and that we'd get complimentary tea and snacks, but the bar owner went above and beyond and even gave us an extra half-dozen beers. We're very grateful for that! The hotel itself also has a hot spring on its sixth-floor rooftop, which is incredibly relaxing after exploring the ancient town. The butler even surprised us with a complimentary bottle of red wine, which was another unexpected bonus. Overall, this hotel is truly excellent, offers fantastic value for money, and is highly recommended.

This is the perfect place to stay when visiting Furong Town. It is a quick and scenic 10 minute walk from the ancient town and the views from the hotel itself are fantastic. The hotel was clean and well organised making our stay very comfortable and we left satisfied. The owner picked us up from the train station and made us feel very welcome our entire stay and cooked a generously sized portion of traditional chinese breakfast in the morning which is included in the price. The morning of our departure the owner wrote us some calligraphy each on traditional chinese rice paper for free which i am going to keep as a fantastic souvenir! I couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Facilities: This was my first time staying in a guesthouse, and it was a great experience. The room was well-equipped, clean, and odorless, with plenty of hot water and strong Wi-Fi. The bedding was high quality, and there's free parking available. They also provide complimentary bottled water. It was very convenient for getting around, and I'd give the overall experience a perfect score. Service: The owner and staff were very welcoming. They even helped me with my luggage and offered a welcome fruit platter with delicious, fresh fruit. Their service attitude was excellent, and they thoughtfully informed me about the performance times at the scenic spots and the best locations to view the waterfall. I'll definitely come back here with friends next time.

The Perfect View & Peaceful Escape in Furong Town If you are visiting Furong Ancient Town, Nianxi Courtyard is an exceptional choice. It offers the perfect balance of proximity and peace. The Location: It is much more accessible than expected—less than a 2-minute walk from the main road and a quick 3-minute stroll down the slope to the town entrance. This is a huge advantage because the ancient town can be very noisy with live music from open-air pubs; staying here allows you to enjoy the quiet while being just steps away from the action. 1) The Room & Views: The rooms are super clean and modern. The absolute highlight is the balcony and garden, which offer stunning views of Furong Town illuminated at night. It’s a breathtaking sight to enjoy with a cup of tea. Also it is newly renovated. 2) Exceptional Hospitality: The owner lives on-site, making the property feel very safe. She went above and beyond, lighting the path for us for night walks and recommending a fantastic restaurant with river views and local cuisine. We were even treated to fresh seasonal tangerines for our walks and breakfast! 3) Transport Logistics: Since public buses aren't readily available. We took taxi to the place. The owner can arranged a very reasonably priced private transfer for us when we wanted to head back to the station. Always inform in advance so that it will be not at others inconvenience. 4) Pro Tip: Don't miss the local performances at the square (throughout the day, do check on the schedule) and riverside in the evening—they are a must-see! Sad that we stayed only 1 night. But Furong is enough for a 1 day trip unless extended stay is to more of a relax and be lazy trip.

The hotel provided free pickup & drop off service to the railway station. He was very friendly and handy, helping with the luggages. The room is cozy. The location is unbeatable, close to old street and waterfalls. We would love to recommend this home stay to everyone.

The location is good (near the entrance to the city), but the maps don’t show the hotel (we tried to find it in Didi application and Amap- they couldn’t find this hotel)- so we just used the location of nearby hotels. The train arrived at 22.00, so we had a late check in. The owner was waiting for us. It was cold in the room (the window was opened ) when we came and we switched on the AC but it took ages to heat the room. We couldn’t lock the door, the door lock is broken. All the rest, the room is good for 1-2 nights.

The room was in a fantastic location, clean, and quiet. The young staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; they guided us to parking and even assisted with our luggage. To top it all off, we were lucky enough to see a beautiful rainbow right from the guesthouse!

The B&B room was incredibly spacious. Although it's right in the bustling old town, don't worry – it gets perfectly quiet after 10:30 PM. Having the toilet and shower in two separate areas felt so luxurious; honestly, I've stayed in countless hotels and B&Bs, from high-end to budget, and I don't think I've ever seen such a thoughtful setup. Being in the heart of the town means there are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, local specialty shops, and foot massage places nearby. Eating and shopping are super convenient – there are even three breakfast spots just around the corner. The waterfall is only a three-minute walk from the B&B's front door, and Tuwang Bridge and Tuwang Square are just two minutes away. The owner, a tall and handsome young man, was incredibly welcoming. He met us at the town entrance, helped us arrange parking, carried our luggage, and even saw us off when we left, which was really heartwarming. Oh, and if you're tired and don't want to venture far, you can enjoy the old town's night view from the fifth floor (the top floor) of the B&B itself. It was very convenient, a great experience, and excellent value for money. Highly recommend! 👍👍🙏🙏
